A/N: So, this is the 11th chapter of Pokémon PF. But before you read, there are some things that need to be addressed here. Ash already earn the Leaf Badge from Erika. That means they won't be doing Gym Battle, but she will appear as a supporting character. I put in the summary that this takes place after M20 and I know people will be complaining that Ash already earns the Rock Badge and the Water Badge. But in my headcanon, he didn't earn those badges yet but already earn the Leaf Badge.

Kanto, Celadon City

After leaving Pokémon Tech, our heroes arrived at Celadon City to take a break from traveling, "It sure brings back memories, Pikachu?" Pikachu nodded, "So this is where you earn your first Gym Badge?" "Yeah."
They entered Celadon City, and Brock and Misty smelled something, "What is that smell?" Brock keeps on smelling. Ash isn't surprised by the scent they sniff, "It must be the smell of Erika's Perfume." "Erika?" Misty asked, "The Gym Leader of Celadon City."
Brock quickly follows the smell, "Brock!" Ash and Misty follow him to the Gym, "This is where smell leads?" "Of course, she's a Gym Leader after all." "Ash, is that you?" They turned around to see a girl in kimono behind them, "Erika! It's been a while." "Yeah." Brock and Misty looked at each other, "You're the Gym Leader?" They said, "Of course."
Ash explains the first time they met and when their battle in the Gym, "Wow, I can't believe you won that with Butterfree and Pikachu." Ash and Pikachu smiled at the compliment, "Speaking of which, how's Butterfree?" Erika asked, "Oh, I... released him."
That surprised Erika, "You released him?!" Ash nodded, "I wanted Butterfree to be happy with his mate. So I released him." Erika smiled at how Ash's released Butterfree, "I see. I'm happy that Butterfree has a mate." "Yeah."
"Oh, right. Ash, can I ask you a favor?" Ash nodded, "You see, have you heard of Gringey City?" "I heard of it." Brock said, "It's a city with many Power Plants and Factories."
Erika nodded, "Some of the pollutions managed to get here. So I was asked for help, but I'm busy with the Gym." "So that's why you need Ash?" She nodded, "Sure, we'll help. You're our friends, after all." Erika was happy with the response, "Thank you."
A Trio watching the conversation, "Gringey City, huh?" "What do you think, James?" "I think we should catch a Pokémon living in that city." Jessie and Meowth smiled at the idea, "Yeah, and we should get that Pikachu." They agreed on the plan. They follow Ash and the others without getting noticed.
Kanto, Gringey City

Ash and the others follow the direction to Gringey City. They arrived in the city known for its factories, "This smell is awful!" "Agreed." They tried to find the station while avoiding the smell. they found the station, "Found it." They are relieved of where they are.
With Team Rocket Trio, "Damn it, we lost them." Then a Pokémon appears in front of them, "What's that?" James checked his Team Rocket's guide and found it, "That's Magnemite." "Magne."
Jessie looked at Meowth, "Meowth, translation." "Well, he said, 'Are you here to throw trash, again?'" "What?! No, we're just passing by." Magnemite looked angry at them, "'Lies! You people always throw trash here like it was nothing!'"
As Magnemite started to use his attacks, "W-Wait, we're from Team Rocket. We only just arrived here to catch and steal Pokémon." "Yeah, it's true." Magnemite stop using his attack, "Um, Meowth?" Magnemite tells Meowth something, and he's surprised, "He said, 'Team Rocket? I always wanted to join them.'"
Jessie and James were shocked to hear it. "So you wanted to join Team Rocket?" Magnemite nodded, "All right, then welcome to Team Rocket."
Jessie takes out her Pokéball and then throws it at Magnemite. The Pokéball shakes, and the capture is complete, "Well, that was unexpected." "Yeah, but at least we have a new Pokémon on our team." They nodded at that.
Ash and the others head inside, seeing everyone is busy, "Excuse me?" The receptionist looked at Ash and the others, "Yes?" "We would like to report to Officer Jenny about the pollution."
The receptionist sighed, "Well, this just keeps getting better." "Why's that?" "Everyone in this city to report the same thing to this station." Ash looked at Brock and Misty, "What about the neighbor cities?" "They also reported it."
They left the station after reporting it. "What should we do now?" Suddenly the lights begin to flicker, "What's going on?" Then the lights immediately turn off.
Brock looked at his guide and found the source of the problem, "The generator's broken." "What generator?" Brock showed the generator on his Travelling Guide, "The Hydroelectric Generator is the source of the lights. If there's no water..." Misty understands this, "Then the generator isn't working." Brock nodded, "Something must have clogged the tunnel for the water."
"Does it tell us where the entrance is?" Brock looked at his Travelling Guide, "Well, there is an entrance to the sewers. If we head to the sewers, we can find out what's clogging the tunnel." "Good idea, let's find the entrance."
"Do you hear that?" Jessie looked at James and Meowth, "Yeah, looks like they're trying to fix the generator." "Should we follow them?" "Of course. After all, we must capture that Pikachu." "Yeah!" They follow Ash and the others to the entrance to the sewers.
"Is that it?" Ash said, "Yup." Ash and the others looked at the sewer's entrance, "So, how are we going to get this open?" A yellow duck Pokémon walked at the sewer entrance, "Who's that Pokémon?" "I'll check."
Ash took out his Pokédex, then scanned it, "Psyduck, the Duck Pokémon." Pokédex said, "Always tormented by headaches. It uses psychic powers, but whether it intends to do so is unknown."
Psyduck looked at the sewer's entrance and tilted his head. "I don't think he knows what to do." "Yeah." Ash looked at Pikachu, "Pikachu, think you can lift it with Iron Tail?" Pikachu nodded.
Pikachu uses his Iron Tail to lift the cover, and it works, "Nice, Pikachu." Pikachu gives a thumbs up, "Ready to head in?" Brock and Misty nodded and headed into the sewers. Psyduck doesn't know what to do, so he jumps down into the sewer.
Gringey City, Sewer
05.10 PM
"It sure smells even worse down here." Ash and Pikachu agreed with Misty, "But what about Togepi?" "Don't worry, I'll hold him." Togepi hugs Misty as her mother, "So Brock, which way?" "We should look for a tunnel that has less water." They walked forward, hoping for the best.
They walked around, and suddenly air felt awful, "What's that awful smell?" "Whatever it is. Must have been something that clogs the tunnel." Brock and Misty agreed with Ash's theory.
They walked towards it and found many-many purple Pokémon attached in the tunnels, "Do you think those Pokémon that's caused this?" "Probably." Ash took out his Pokédex, then scanned it, "Grimer, the Sludge Pokémon." Pokédex said, "Made of sludge. It smells too putrid to touch."
"Hehehe, so that's the Pokémon that caused this." They turned around to see a Trio Team Rocket behind them, "You three, again?"
"Prepare for trouble!" "Make it double!" "To protect the world from devastation!" "To unite all peoples within our nation!" "To denounce the evils of truth and love!" "To extend our reach to the stars above!" "Jessie!" "James!" "Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!" "Surrender now, or prepare to fight!" "Meowth! That's right!"
Ash goes serious at Team Rocket, "Are you here to steal, Pikachu?" They smiled, "Why yes, we're Team Rocket, after all."
Jessie and James took out their Pokéball, "Brock, think you can unclog the tunnel?" "I'll try." Misty went into battle, "This time, Ash won't be alone." Jessie smiled at this, "But be cautious. We have a new Pokémon in our team."
Ash & Misty vs. Jessie & James
"Go, Weezing!" "You too, Magnemite." Jessie sent out a new Pokémon from her Pokéball, "Pikachu, go!" "You too, Poliwag!"
"Magnemite, Thunder Shock." "Pikachu, Thunderbolt." Both Pokémons' attacks clashed with each other, "Weezing, Tackle." Weezing charges for the attack, "Poliwag, Headbutt." Poliwag tries to headbutt Weezing but gets pushed away.
"Pikachu, Iron Tail." Pikachu uses his Iron Tail to hit Magnemite. It hits, but nothing happens to him, "Didn't hurt that much?" "Magnemite, Sonic Boom." Magnemite shoots out an awful sound at them, "My ears." Ash and Misty try to continue the battle but still feel the sound.
"Power it up." Magnemite powers up the Sonic Boom. The Sonic Boom hits Brock then the Grimers are sleeping in the water tunnel, "Jessie, stop the shoot!" Meowth told Jessie, "Huh?" The Grimer gets out of Water Tunnel.
They were mad about who made them wake up, "Grim." "Meowth?" Meowth gulped, "He said, 'Who wake us up will deserve punishment!'" The Grimers charge their attacks and shoot them at Team Rocket, "Aaaaah."
"We're blasting off again!" They blast off to drain, "Do you think they will be alright?" Ash asked, "Possibly."
Winner: No One
"But we have a problem." Brock talks about the Grimers, "I know." Ash, Brock, and Misty pulled out their Pokéball, "Guys need your help!" Ash sent Charizard, Scyther, and Rhyhorn. Misty sent out Staryu and Horsea. Brock sent out Geodude, Zubat, Nidoran Male, and Nidoran Female.
"Let's go!" They agreed with Ash and started the battle, "Charizard, Scyther, Slash." Both use their attacks to send the Grimers flying, 'Look like the training paid off.' "Rhyhorn, Fury Attack." Rhyhorn nodded, "Pikachu, Quick Attack into Iron Tail." "Pika!" Rhyhorn charges forward at the Grimers. Pikachu uses his Quick Attack and Iron Tail at the same time.
One Grimer tried to attack Pikachu but got thrown away by a Psychic. Pikachu looks around him. But did not find anyone.
With Misty, "Staryu, Rapid Spin." Staryu spins his body at the Grimers, "Horsea, Bubble. Poliwag, Water Gun." Both Water Pokémon shoot their attacks at the Grimers.
With Brock, "Geodude, Seismic Toss." Geodude picks up Grimer and tosses it at the other Grimers, "Nidoran, Helping Hand with Zubat." Nidoran Male nodded and used Helping Hand with Zubat, "Zubat, Confuse Ray!" Zubat shoots power up Confuse Ray, "Nidoran Female, Fury Swipes." Nidoran Female hack and slash at the Grimers.
Then a bigger Grimer appeared, "Man, that's big!" "Yeah, Charizard Flamethrower. Pikachu, Electro Ball." They shoot their attacks on the big Grimer.
The combination caused an explosion, "Scyther, Double Team." Scyther makes copies of himself, "Scyther, Quick Attack! Rhyhorn, Horn Attack!" Both of them charge for an attack. They pushed the big Grimer into the wall, "Take this!" Ash throws his Pokéball at the big one. The Pokéball shakes, and the capture confirms.
"Looks like that's all of them." "Yeah." The Pokéball Ash holds immediately teleports, "Must have sent to Prof. Oak." "Yea, hopefully, he can forgive me for the Pokémon I caught."
Pallet Town, Prof. Oak Laboratory
06.32 PM
At Prof. Oak Laboratory, a notification came up on his computer, "Let's see." Prof. Oak checks it and finds Ash caught Grimer, but its size is big than regular, "It's impressive. I better ask Ash how he's able to find it." The Pokéball arrived at the table.
He picks up the Pokéball, "Now, let's see you in person." He sent it out and saw how big the smell was, "This smell awful. I guess I know where Ash found it." The Grimer fainted, "Well, time for you to heal."
Gringey City, Sewer
06.42 PM
With Ash and the others, "So what are we going to do with these Grimers?" They heard a footstep from the hallway. The figure reveals to be Officer Jenny, "Officer Jenny." Officer Jenny looked around, "Can you three explain what happened?" "Of course."
Kanto, Gringey City
06.53 PM
They got out of the sewer, and they explained what happened in the sewers. "I see. We will find those Grimers' new home." "That's good, but what if it's happened again?"
Officer Jenny sent out the answer, "We will tell the people here. So that it won't happen again." Ash, Brock, and Misty were happy with the response.
They went to the nearby Pokémon Center but heard something behind them, "What is that?" They turned to see Psyduck behind them, "Are you following us?" Psyduck nodded.
Misty walked towards it, "Do you want to come with us?" Psyduck nodded, "All right." Misty sent out her Pokéball and threw it at Psyduck. The Pokéballs shake, then the capture confirms, "A new Water-Type Pokémon."
Gringey City, Pokémon Center
07.07 PM
At the Pokémon Center, "I see. Thanks for your help." "You're welcome, Erika." Erika then turns off the PC. After having to tell the news of what happened, Ash heads into his room and sleeps.
Midnight, Marshadow washed his body off after being into the sewer, "Shadow." Marshadow quickly heads into Ash's room to keep watching him.
Outside, "Man, we're gonna need a bath." "Agreed." Jessie, James, and Meowth sighed, "But at least Magnemite is powerful." They nodded at the good news, "Let's head for a rest. We're tired." "Yeah." The Trio heads into hiding.
A/N: So, that's the chapter for today. And everyone, I will be doing some tests next week. Don't worry, I'll try to update and continue writing as I can. And you noticed that I gave Team Rocket Magnemite. Well, I wanted a Pokémon that can counter Pikachu. So, I choose him. Don't worry, I'll give Team Rockets their Pokémons from the original series.
