A slight rewriting of the Mass Effect 3 ending.

Faced with the past he had once left behind, Commander Shepard of the Alliance Navy doesn't hesitate to do what he thinks must be done, even if his squad and friends think otherwise. (ONE-SHOT).

This is an AU Mass Effect story, featuring all the same characters you know and love, in a Galaxy Spanning Alien Abduction Adventure. It's about 300 years earlier though. I haven't decided if FemShep will be in it yet.

This was the Mass effect universe, there was no other feasible explanation other then that someone had drugged me, or that I was dreaming. I almost never dreamed and I was never addicted to any kind of drugs, plus the fact that no one would've checked in on me after I was unconscious since I never had many close friends after I had fled my home country. I had to stop the Reapers.
