An AU situation where everyone is in a little bit different place. Jim Beckett hit the job instead of the bottle and created a company to help other, whatever kind of help that might be.

Two days before Christmas. There is a robbery at the National State bank for where a fortune in jewels were taken. It's the 12th precinct to find out who is responsible for the crime. Even though prints were left inside the bank vault. This is a new story for the holiday season with more chapters to be written.

This new series of stories involved the return of Jackson Hunt and his Black Ops group. They are involved in stealing a fortune of diamonds from the owner. She is planning on a Easter Egg auction for which Richard Castle is involved in donating.

So, this was essentially my attempt at what did eventually become S5E1 'After The Storm' and I would like to point out, that I wrote them falling off Castle's bed months and months before the premiere. In fact, I wrote this first chapter the same day 'Always' aired, which was May 7th 2012 and posted it within the week over on castletv dot net. LOLZ

I think the title says it all. Castle gets into trouble while borrowing a horse. Think season 1 episode 1. This popped into my head watching s1e1 so I wrote about it.

"You have no idea," Beckett says to Castle. "No, Detective Beckett you have no idea what you just started. You challenged me to challenge that I attend to take on." This is a short thing I wrote cause I was bored.
