A newly divorced Rick Castle gets a call that Alexis has the flu. Can he handle a sick day all by himself? Set post Meredith divorce, pre-Gina.

Beckett, Ryan, and Esposito keep Castle company while Alexis undergoes emergency surgery. No spoilers, could happen at any point during the series. Just a little story I had forgotten I wrote during the past year.
