Join Thomas Tran and his friends as they travel to Twelve different periods of time in prehistory, diving in the "Twelve Most Deadliest Seas of all time" to find Mr. Krab's millionth dollar which has been taken by a coelacanth, and encountering and interacting with the prehistoric creatures who inhabit them.

6. Episode 6-Buzz-saws

Prehistoric Seas-Episode 6: Buzz-Saws

French Narrator: "Our heroes have entered uncharted waters in the Permian Period, 262 million years ago. It was the age of the weird and bizarre on the land reptile like creatures more related to mammals dominated the earth, But the seas monstrous flesh eating sea monsters from giant salamander like amphibians that look like crocodiles to shark-like fishes with a lower jaw that of a buzz-saw!"

The 8th Most Deadliest Sea of All Time

Time: Permian 262 million years ago

Place: Mexico-Brazil

Sea Monsters/Hazards: Helicoprion and Prionosuchus

Other animals: Nautiloid (Acanthonautilus cornutus)

[The scene changes to the ocean with Thomas and Charlie on a kayak paddling through the open ocean.]

Charlie: "So here we are in Mexico during the Permian still looking for that fish that took Mr. Krabs millionth dollar for no reason."

Thomas: "I know, but it's still around here somewhere so keep your eyes peeled. But

Get a look at these buzz-saw jaws. It's a whorl row of teeth in a spiral."

[As Thomas brings out a photo of a whorl jaw of teeth]

Charlie: "Sure looks like a snail shell only it's a-."

Thomas: "A fish so do you want to know who the owner of this whorl belongs to?"

Charlie: "Our fish?"

Thomas: "Nope, It belongs to a shark like fish called helicoprion. They were more related to rat fishes which were distant relatives of sharks and when scientists found the skull they were confused I have no idea where does it go in the body? There's have been different reconstructions of the helicoprion most of them very inaccurate hopefully if we found one we'll know where the whorl belongs to in its body."

Charlie: "Yeah, right let's go back to the boat."

[Meanwhile on the boat the toons were still on the lookout for Mr. Krab's Dollar and some were growing very annoyed of it.]

Brock: "Still no sign of fish."

Squidward: "We have been time traveling and still haven't found that fish just for Mr. Krab's

Stupid dollar! [Squidward takes a dollar out of his wallet] Well, if he wants his dollar back, I say we give it to him. Know what I mean? Huh? Huh? Huh?"

SpongeBob: "Oh, I feel ya."[Chuckles]

All: "We're in! Yeah, I had it there!" [Snickering and jabbering]

[The scene cuts to where Mr. Krabs is still scouting the area]

All: "Mr. Krabs! Mr. Krabs!" [Mr. Krabs steers his eyes toward the others to see them waving a dollar] "Look what we've got!"

Mr. Krabs: [jumps down and gasps] "Is that? Could it be? [Takes the dollar] Me millionth dollar?

[Starts cheering again as well as SpongeBob and Squidward and the toons]

Mr. Krabs: "Whoo-hoo!" [Rubs the dollar on himself but he notices something strange so he stops dancing] "Wait a minute!" [Rubs the dollar back and forth again and points at the dollar] "This isn't me millionth dollar."

[The toons look at each other]

All: "Uh?"

Mr. Krabs: "This is an ordinary dollar that's been crumpled up, torn slightly, soaked in the ocean, and kissed with Coral Blue #2 Semi-Gloss Lipstick."

[Shows his dollar bill just like described crumpled up, torn slightly, soaked in the ocean, and kissed with Coral Blue #2 Semi-Gloss Lipstick.]

SpongeBob: [wearing blue lipstick] "Actually, it's Coral Blue number th-" [Squidward whacks him on the head with a fishing rod to shut him up, but it's already too late] "-ree!"

Mr. Krabs: "I trusted you, and you gave me this?! I can't believe me own crew would betray me like this."[Sobs]

Squidward: "No. Uh-uh. No, we will not be swayed by tears anymore."

Mr. Krabs: [stops sobbing, then narrows his eyes] "I see. Then I guess I have no choice but to offer a reward."

Squidward: "You're kidding?"

SpongeBob: "Woo! Is it another fishing trip?"

Mr. Krabs: "No, it's this sandwich." [Nails the sandwich to a flagpole]

Squidward: "A sandwich? You expect me to break my back over a sandwich?"

Mr. Krabs: "Not a sandwich," [shows a plate full of sandwiches and dumps them into the ocean.] "The Sandwich."

Squidward: "Whatever, we got plenty more…" [He, SpongeBob, and the others get shocked. Mr. Krabs throws the refrigerator into the water] "...eat."

Mr. Krabs: "Now, I think we understand each other. Nobody eats until I get my millionth dollar back."

Squidward: "Uhh, SpongeBob, can I have a word with you?" [Quietly] "Have you noticed that Mr. Krabs has gone…" [Yelling] "Completely insane?!"

SpongeBob: "What do you mean?"

[Points to Mr. Krabs, who is dressed like he is at a funeral sobbing at a tombstone with the words "R.I.P. Me Millionth Dollar" on it. He then hugs it. Meanwhile underwater the sandwiches float down and the fridge door opens. A shiver of shark like fish came upon them and ate the sandwiches and other food from the fridge. Then they saw the boat and now they know where the food is coming from.]

SpongeBob: "Squidward, he's lost something near and dear to him. Haven't you-" [Mr. Krabs is heard laughing oddly]

Squidward: "Look again."

[Mr. Krabs uses his eyes as a jump rope while giggling like a crazy person. Just as Thomas and Charlie came back to the boat.]

Charlie: "Hey what happened to our fridge?!"

Squidward: "It was him!" [Pointing to Mr. Krabs]

Charlie: "I'm going back down and get the fridge. [As he ties the rope around his waist] When I tugged on the rope three times!"

Double D: "No! It's not worth it!"

Charlie: "Yes it is! I'll take my risk!" [As Sandy gives him an extra oxygen tank.]

Thomas: "Okay after three tugs on the rope, we'll pull you up!"

Charlie: "Ok got it well, wish me luck."

[As Charlie dove back in the water to search for the fridge. As time passed May and Max were swimming in the water while Mr. Krabs is sleeping in his cabin as Thomas talked to the others.]

Thomas: "So he threw out most of our food supply, but he didn't say anything about catching our own food."

[Later Thomas pulled in a fishing net full of nautiloids nearby and dragged them on the deck.]

Thomas: "Acanthonautilus cornutus, nautiloids think of it as fried or grilled calamari and a vegetarian one too."

[Later they were grilled or fried on the grill or pan over a stove as the crew ate.]

Akko: "This tastes good."

Cilan: "Delic!"

Ash: "May! Max! Come over here!"

[As they were in the water still.]

May: "Coming!"

[Then something rubs against May's feet causing her to shriek.]

Max: "May?!"

May: "Something touched me!"

[Then the brother and sister see a shark fin appearing out of the water and several more

Max: "Uh oh!"

May: "Sharks!"

Max & May: "Help!"

[They started shouting for help getting the crew's attention.]

Finn: "Jake! Send out a life preserver!"

Jake: "Got it!"(Grunts)

[As he tossed it to them.]

Jake: "Grab it!"

[They held onto the life preserver as the crew pulls them in on deck]

Thomas: "Are you two okay?!"

Max: "Yeah, thank you!"

May: "What's going on?!"

Thomas: "Double D check out the TV screen!"

[Double D turns on the video camera attached to the stern and the screen shows a shiver of shark-like ratfish with a low jaw with a whorl of teeth similar to a buzz saw.]

Thomas: "That's it! Right there! The Helicoprion and look at the jaws in action"

[Some of the helicoprions were eating the nautiloids with their lower buzz-saw teeth whorl jaws.]

Thomas: "That's what the jaws are used for feeding on soft bodied prey, and may have functioned as a deshelling mechanism for hard bodied cephalopods such as nautiloids and ammonoids."

Numbuh 4: "Wait why are they here?!"

SpongeBob: "Other than those nautiloids, it must be the sandwiches and the fridge that Mr. Krabs dropped in attracted them!"

Numbuh 5: "Well, it looks like it!"

[Then we noticed the rope being tugged three times and it means one thing.]

Leni: "It seems Charlie found it!"

May: "But what about those buzz-saw sharks?"

Thomas: "We gotta do it fast you pull him in while I speak to the Captain!

[Charlie was swimming up with the fridge tied up with the rope and finds himself in the helicoprion feeding frenzy. He had an electric cattle prod stick in case any of them went too close. As Thomas dragged Mr. Krabs out of his cabin babbling like a maniac.]

Thomas: "Mr. Krabs don't you realize what you just did by dumping our food supply into sea!"

[Points to the fins on the Surface of the water, but he still wasn't paying attention so to snap him out of it, he slapped him in the face.]

Mr. Krabs: "Thanks, I needed that."

Thomas: "No problem."

Mr. Krabs: "Don't you worry, I'll be fine soon and In fact, I thought of an idea to get me dollar back!"

Thomas: "Mr. Krabs, Listen I know you're desperate. But we got other problems, the crew told me you dumped our food supplies into the sea and look!"

Mr. Krabs: "I had to do something to get them back on board the Mission

Thomas: "Well, it has attracted a shiver of buzz-saw shark like Ratfish called Helicoprion, so I need you to pull yourself together."

Mr. Krabs(sighs): "Alright!"

[Back to Charlie he gasped and armed with the cattle prod if the buzz-saw sharks got too close, but finally he and the fridge reached the surface.]

Charlie: "Gimme a hand here!"

[As the crew came and pulled him in.]

Thomas: "Charlie you okay!"

Charlie: "It was crazy down there with those buzz-saw shark and looks like I found out where the teeth whorls were placed on the lower jaw!"

Thomas: "We sure did too, now let's get out of here!"

[Soon the S.S. Cheapskate sailed away from the Buzz-saw sharks, the crew watched the sunset as another anomaly portal appears, but not before Thomas spots a giant salamander like creature with the head and size of a crocodile.]

Thomas: "Look over there on the shore! That amphibian is a Prionosuchus, A large temnospondyl salamander like amphibian with its body and head similar to a crocodile. Although it's resting on the shore, it would of been an ambush predator feeding on fish and aquatic animals, there is a lot more in store for us in traveling in the Deadliest Seas in Prehistory."

[As our heroes disappeared into the portal anomaly to search for the fish.]

French Narrator: "Buzz-saw sharks and crocodile salamanders were just one of the strange oddities of the Permian, But they'll all become extinct when the worse mass extinction event came, The Permian-Triassic Extinction Event, The Great Dying, in which it was the Earth's most severe known extinction event, with the extinction of 57% of biological families, 83% of genera, 81% of marine species including Helicoprion and 70% of terrestrial vertebrate species. As the Paleozoic ends, a new era begins, and a new cast of Sea Monsters arise from the deep in the Mesozoic."

Another well-done original chapter, in the next chapter, our heroes enter the Mesozoic era, the age of the Dinosaurs, and encounter various marine reptiles.

This chapter will have a lot of speculative behaviors so you can suggest additional dialogues, quotes, scenes, and natural or speculative behaviors for the prehistoric animals.
