"Careful!" Lila giggles as she aids her six-month old son as he attempted to waddle, but his uncoordinated attempts resulted in him softly landing on the picnic towel, a confused look in his angel eyes.

Sometimes it goes between chestnut like hers, or blue like her husband, whom sat beside her with a large smile on his face as he encouraged little Paul Hamon Smith in trying again, the determination in those little blue eyes as he tried again, but landed on his rump once more.

"Oh, he'll be a handful!" Odette giggled as she sat with Ben and their newborn that sat in the hand basket with her baby blue pacifier in her mouth, a content look, in her silver-blue eyes.

Scratching the side of his face, Ben mused, "Well, what do you recommend we do for Christmases and birthdays?"

Once they come of age, they'll snoop for presents in the way of reading their parents' minds, which Theodore advised Ben that the one way his parents hid everything's by envisioning an impregnable wall, eventually they'll tire themselves out, and there's still surprises at Christmases and birthdays.

"Didn't stop you!" Odette pointed out that Theodore remained determined to find out what their parents got him, causing Theodore to bring up, "Says the one who snooped for presents when she was supposed to be in bed!"

Oh, Odette couldn't pull that angel eye with him and Hammond, if she tried, when she couldn't see into their parents' heads, she'd simply snoop everywhere for her presents.

Odette tried defending herself, but Theodore crossed his arms as he let out a haughty laugh.

Causing Ben to turn to his wife, going, "So that's how you been getting around it!"

Every time he tried, somehow, Odette finds a way of learning what he gotten her for her birthday, anniversary, or Christmas.

"I acted surprise!" Odette tried saying, causing Theodore to laugh harder.

It got a rise out of little Paul who giggled as he went to his father.

Gently taking him into his arms, Theodore cradles his son, telling him, "Oh, you're not going to be any better, are you?"

Leading Lila into saying, "No."

Going to be a handful, little Paul's got her spunk and Theodore's determination, he'll figure out every little present they got him.

Should encourage him into becoming a spy!

The couples conversed, periodically checking on their children, when they overheard a familiar sound in the distant, and two sets of footsteps coming towards them in the meadow.

"Come on, professor!" They heard a girl call out to someone trailing behind her.

They heard a response, "Dorothy, I'm not a hill climber, I'm the Doctor!"

Showing up over the hill, Dorothy raced towards the couples, her long brown hair tied behind her flapping in the wind as she hurried towards them.

She stopped short of them, turning her head, seeing Hammond slowly making his way over the hill, using his umbrella as a hiking stick as he struggled, before managing to get his bearings.

He walked with ease towards the impatient Dorothy, seeing Odette and Theodore's eyes glisten, happy to see their older brother back from another adventure to spend time with them at their picnic.

Tipping his beloved uncle's hat towards them, Hammond called out, cheerful, compared to his usual demeanour.

In a rare twist, he changed his outfit, usually wearing expensive suits, Hammond took on a whole different wardrobe, that hadn't they known better, he was someone else completely.

"Look professor, a baby!" Dorothy pointed at the newborn as Odette gently wiped her face with a soft napkin.

A twinkle in his dark eyes, Hammond goes, "Oh! Is that my little niece?"

A nod from Odette as Hammond hurried to kneel beside his newborn niece, curiosity in her little silver-blue eyes.

"Look at you! You'll look like our mum, yet!" Hammond cooed as he reached out to touch her tiny nose, she reached out to grab his finger with her small hands.

An excited giggle as little Paul struggled to rush after his uncle, causing him to nearly trip over his feet, Hammond grabbing hi, in time, holding him in his other arm while continuing playing with little Christine Jane Melrose.

Dorothy sat adjacent of them, playing with little Paul as he became curious at her appearance, coming towards with his angel eyes twinkling.

"How's the business going?" Theodore asks his brother.

A sigh from Hammond, he answers, "Same o' same o', you'd think after the thirteenth time, the Daleks would get the hint."

An understanding nod from Theodore, he says, "Oh, they never do, trust me."

Wouldn't make it easy if they finally realize their mistake, but it's part of life as the Doctor.

Dorothy then spoke up, saying, "Oh! Professor melted a couple!"

An impish smile on Hammond's face, he regaled the tale of how he and Dorothy brought an end to an incursion attempt by a cabal of Daleks, resulting them becoming a melted mess.

Dorothy's penchant for using a baseball bat certainly helped Hammond prove a point, causing her to give her own impish smile.

"Are we sure this is your brother?" Lila looked towards Theodore, seeing her former boss becoming the Doctor, his behavior far different than what she's used to seeing, causing her husband to chortle.

Rubbing his mouth with his large hand, Theodore tells Lila, "I'm sure, my dear!"

Even if it's a shock to him, Theodore knows this man was his brother.

"Careful, nephew, careful!" Hammond smiled as he sees little Paul rearing up trying to walk on his own, stubbornly, he tried coordinating his steps, but though he didn't lack determination, his little feet could only do so much, and Dorothy caught him before he fell on his little rump once again.

Sighing, Lila uttered, "And dad thought I was stubborn!"

Feeling the slight nudge by her husband, she turned her head towards him as he tells her, "Runs in the family!"

"Yeah, yeah…" Lila rolled her eyes at her husband's remark.

Leaning down to kiss his cheek, she murmured, "You are the definition of stubborn."

Little Paul relentlessly attempted to walk on his own, but inevitably failed, growing tired, and settled having a nap in his mother's arms while she continued talking to the others.

Dorothy showed interest in the children, asking if they'll have telekinetic capabilities, like Charles Xavier, causing Hammond and Odette to raise their brows and Theodore having a laugh.

"I don't think it works like that, Dorothy," Theodore tells her as she investigated the hand basket, seeing little Christine, content after having her lunch, and now settled for her nap.

The sight of the sleeping children made Ben ask Hammond, "When are you going to settle down, anyway?"

A light scoff, Hammond goes, "Oh, I'm much too stuffy for that sort."

Theodore air jabbed him as he says, "Oh, don't say it that way, I broke into her flat, now look at us!"

Sharply Lila tells him, "Breaking and entering and stealing my food!"

She didn't forget that part and Theodore weakly shrugged as he tells her that he made it up to her, at least.

Shaking his head, Hammond says, "I don't think that'll happen twice, little brother."

Causing Dorothy to tell him, "Professor! You're being too hard on yourself, there's someone out there for you!"

Exhaling sharply, Hammond goes, "Only my student would try and "encourage" me!"

Protesting this, Dorothy brought up that it's part of her studies.

"Embarrassing me in front of women's part of it?" Hammond raised his brow at his student.

Weakly, Dorothy shrugs as she hesitated, "They were too stuffy for you, anyway!"

Hammond gave out a chuckle before he says, "My student for you!"

Ever since that day, Dorothy's been getting into her own form of trouble, sometimes at Hammond's expense, of them being her trying to lure women towards him, despite his insistence that he's not capable of having a steady relationship, or any form of relationship, really.

"Word to the wise, boss, don't say never, trust me on that one," Lila tells her former boss not to say never, pointing to little Paul as he slept in her arm.

Odette agreed with her on that one, looking towards the content Christine.

They both said the same thing, now here they are, with their own respected bundles of joy.

"See, professor?" Dorothy tried using that as justification, but Hammond didn't see it that way.

The sun's slowly setting over the horizon when the picnic wrapped up, Hammond hugged his brother and sister tightly, shaking Ben's hand, patting Lila's back as he warned her of the future she'll have with little Paul.

Dorothy waved them goodbye as she went with Hammond back to the TARDIS, where they went off on another adventure.

The meadow quieted, a breeze blew past, there's movement near the trees, a figure stood by, the quivering leaves showed his illuminating eyes.

… Elsewhere….

In an old Victorian mansion, a baby cries in its crib, there's an echo of clanking heels as a woman came into the nursery holding a bottle of formula, softly cooing at the baby as she walked towards the crib before reaching inside, producing the crying baby wanting food.

Gently holding the baby and the bottle, the woman went around the nursery towards an old-fashioned rocking chair, where she sat down on it, adjusting her flowing velvet dress as it flowed over her legs as she sat.

Carefully, she adjusts herself as she began feeding the baby from the bottle, humming to it as she whispers, "Hush little baby, don't say a word, mama's gonna give you, a whole new life."

THE END

(And so, that is the end of "The Bizarre Adventures of Doctor Who" but it is not the end for the story. There is one more before it's finally over. There are still questions that needs answering and that will be all given in the third and final entry of the trilogy, "The Strange Adventures of Doctor Who.")
