It is a rewritten cycle. The events are going differently. Eragon doesn't start out as a farm boy. A dragon does not hatch for him right away. What if the deity's that the dwarves worship weren't completely made up? Eragon and Murtagh cross paths with a woman not quite of earth. Her name is Kilf, and the stories of old aren't quite right. Takes place in book one, multiple OC's and pairings. Not strictly original storyline.

Eragon didn't make the journey with only Brom and Saphira. He had Riley too, a tough spirited young woman. Follow her adventure with Eragon as she also reveals the secrets of her past. It follows the book closely and gives it a woman's touch.
