A client from Sherlock's past leaves him emotionally compromised and it is up to John to save his friend. Takes place post The Empty Hearse and before The Sign of Three.

John is woken early in the morning by one of Sherlock's experiments. An overtired Sherlock and a caring John, pure fluff. Written with the prompt Fish and Sock, suggested by my sister.
