In retrospect, when a car is careening straight for the cab you're in, maybe shouting "Look out!" isn't the best warning. You should simply get out of the cab and out of the line of danger- Oh, wait, you can't do that? Well then, shouting "Look out!" is probably the best line of action.

Three years have passed since Sherlock was gone, and since then, John had those nightmares. He used to wake up sweaty and screaming almost all damn day, and learned to deal with it. Got used to it.
