That Morning, Villager walked with Ruby and Yang to the Locker Room to retrieve their weapons. On the way there and in the Locker Room, Villager noticed that people were giving him weird looks.
People were probably wondering why a person of his size was doing at this school, underestimating him, AGAIN.
As they were getting their weapons and Villager was grabbing his tools, Villager saw a couple of kids talking about something, he didn't really know what they were talking about though.
One was a girl with orange hair and a pink and white outfit with a heart on her chest. She seemed to have a really aloof and goofy personality.
The other was a boy with Black Hair in a ponytail. He had a dark green outfit that made him look like some sort of ninja. He seemed to be very calm and composed.
"Wonder what those two were so worked up about?" Ruby asked.
"Oh, who knows?" Yang said as Villager grabbed all his supplies and Materials. "So, you seem awfully chipper this morning!"
Yang was right. Last night, Ruby was not in a great mood. Right now however, she seemed happy.
"Yep, no more awkward small talk or getting-to-know-you stuff." Ruby replied as she grabbed Crescent Rose. "Today, I get to let my sweet heart do the talking."
"Well, remember Ruby, you're not the only one going through initiation." Yang said. "If you wanna grow up, you're gonna have to meet new people and learn to work together."
"Ugh, you sound like dad." Ruby complained. "Okay, first of all, what does meeting people have to do with fighting? And secondly, I don't need help from other people to grow up, I drink Milk."
"But what about when we form teams?" Yang asked.
...Teams?
"Uh, I don't know, I…" Ruby started. "I'll just be on your team or something. Or maybe Villager's!"
"Maybe you should try being on someone else's team? Maybe Villager's?" Yang suggested as she started to brush her hair.
"My dearest sister Yang, are you implying that you do not wish to be on the same team as me?" Ruby asked.
"What?! No! Of course I do, I just thought that...I dunno, it would help you break out of your shell?" Yang said.
"WHAT, I DON'T NEED TO BREAK OUT OF MY SHELL THAT'S ABSOLUTELY-"
Villager decided to let them have at it. He went to a quieter area of the Locker Rooms and went over his arsenal.
His tools consisted of Boxing Gloves, A Bowling Ball, A fireworks dispenser, a shovel, some pitfall seeds, A slingshot, A Net, His Lloid rocket, his Balloon Trip Helmet, some Tree saplings, a watering can, an axe, a ladder, A Vaulting Pole, A Fishing Rod, and an Umbrella. Good thing Villager's 'semblance' let him carry all of this stuff.
After a whole situation with Weiss, Jaune and a girl with red hair who looked like she was dressed like she was from Sparta, Villager thought he heard her say that her name was Pyrrha, Jaune somehow got himself pinned to a locker by Pyrrha's spear piercing his sweatshirt. Pyrrha took her spear back, apologized, and went on her way. Ruby, Yang and Villager helped him up.
"Would all first year students please report to Beacon Cliff for initiation?" Glynda Goodwitch's voice said on the speaker. "Again, all Beacon students report to Beacon Cliff Immediately.
"Having some trouble there, Lady Killer?" Yang asked.
"I don't understand, my dad said all women look for is confidence." Jaune complained. "Where did I go wrong?"
"'Snow Angel' probably wasn't the best start." Yang said as they all walked away with Villager close behind.
(End Music)
Later, everyone at Beacon was lined up at Beacon cliff in front of Ozpin and Ms. Goodwitch.
"For years, you have trained to become warriors." Ozpin said. "And today, your abilities will be evaluated in the Emerald forest."
"Now, I'm sure many of you have heard rumors about the assignment of teams." Ms. Goodwitch said. "Well, allow us to put an end to your confusion. Each of you will be given teammates...today."
Teammates, huh? So Villager was going to be paired up with some people he most likely didn't know. Oh well, Villager supposed it wouldn't be that bad.
"These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time here at Beacon." Ozpin explained. "So it is in your best interest to be paired up with someone with whom you can work well. That being said, the first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner for the next 4 years."
Villager: *Shocked Reaction*
Ruby had the same expression.
"See? I told you!" The girl with the orange hair from this morning said.
"After you've partnered up, make your way to the northern end of the forest. You will meet opposition along the way." Ozpin said. "Do not hesitate to destroy everything in your path or you will die."
Oh great, That meant Villager had to most likely deal with more Grimm. Oh well, at least this time, Villager could go all out. He heard Jaune gulp.
"You will be monitored and graded for the duration of your initiation." Ozpin continued. "But our instructors will not intervene."
So no help from the teachers, got it.
"You will find an abandoned temple at the end of the path containing several Relics. Each pair must choose one and return to the Top of the Cliff." Ozpin said. "You will guard that item, as well as your standing, and Grade you appropriately. Are there any questions?"
"Yeah, uh, sir?" Jaune raised his hand, only for it to be ignored.
"Good, now take your positions." Ozpin said.

Everyone stood on platforms and prepared themselves for combat. Weiss was the first to be launched. Villager realized that he was going to be thrown into the forest as well and prepared himself
"Uh sir? I've got a...uh...question." Jaune said. "So this, landing strategy thing...what is it? Will you be dropping us off or something?"
"No, you will be falling." Ozpin said.
"Oh, I see." Jaune said. "So, will you be handing out parachutes for us?" Jaune asked as Nora got launched.
"No, you will be using your own landing Strategy." Ozpin replied as a boy with silver armor, Ruby and Yang got launched.
"What exactly is a landing strateGYYYYYYYYYYY?" Jaune said as he got launched before he could finish.
Ozpin looked out to the distance and took a sip from his coffee before turning to Villager. "Good Luck."
Villager nodded with a determined smile, before being launched after the other students of Beacon.
Villager used his Balloon Trip helmet to float down safely. He landed on the right side of the forest, meaning that he had to go in the Northeast direction. He landed on the ground, put away his helmet and began to run. As he was running, he began to think of who could be on his team. If he could choose, he would definitely pick Ruby, Yang and Jaune. They seemed like the nicest people here that he was close enough with. His thoughts were interrupted by a familiar, low growling noise. Villager stopped to see another Grimm however this time it was different. Instead of a werewolf, it resembled a Bear.
Villager prepared his axe. The Grimm tried a left swipe from it's paw. Villager rolled back before running at the creature and swinging his axe forward. It hurt the Grimm, but it didn't kill it. More Grimm started to show up until there was about half-a-dozen Grimm surrounding Villager. Villager started with the Grimm that he first fought. A couple swings from his axe finished it.
Villager turned around and took out his Vaulting Pole. He used it as a makeshift Bo staff and whacked away 3 Grimm. He then used the Vaulting Pole to boost himself into the air, before impaling the Grimm below him with it. He did the same with another one.
With 3 Grimm remaining, Villager used his net to catch two of the Grimm and yeeted them into the sun. He finished off the last one with his slingshot at full power. Sheesh, Grimm sure were annoying. Huntsmen and huntresses have to deal with these guys all day so unfortunately he would have to deal with it.
Nevertheless, Villager kept on running.
As he was running he saw a gigantic feather. That must have been a huge bird.
Villager eventually began to hear some faint, familiar voices.
"Think this is it?" Yang's voice asked.
Villager came out of a bush and saw Yang and Blake looking at what appeared to be an abandoned temple with relics set on platforms. This must be the place Ozpin was talking about
"Oh, hey Villager!" Yang said. Villager waved. "Have you found a partner yet?" He shook his head. "That's okay, I'm sure you'll find someone eventually." Yang said before she and Villager followed Blake into the ruins. The three of them began to inspect the relics, which seemed to look like…
"Chess Pieces?" Blake questioned.
"Some of them are missing." Yang said. "Looks like we weren't the first one's here."
"Well, I guess we should pick one." Blake said. Villager went up to a random Chess Piece and reached for it. He was small, but he could still reach the relic. He grabbed a golden Bishop piece.
"How about a cute little pony?" Yang asked as she grabbed a golden knight piece.
"Sure." Blake said as she rolled her eyes while smiling.
Villager smiled too. This was surprisingly easy.
Blake, Yang and Villager all gathered next to each other. "That wasn't too hard!"
"Well, it's not like this place is very difficult to find." Blake said.
They all smiled at one another before they heard someone scream. "Some girl's in trouble!" Yang exclaimed. "Did you guys hear that? What should we do?"
"Heads up!" Another familiar voice said. They looked up to see Ruby... falling from the sky? She was about to hit the ground until Jaune came out of nowhere and slammed into Ruby, sending the both of them flying into a tree.
"Did your sister just fall from the sky?" Blake asked.
"I…" Yang began.
More ruckus caught the 3's attention. The girl with Orange hair from this morning was riding on a Bear Grimm like it was some Rodeo. The girl then shot the Grimm with a Rocket Launcher, killing it and falling off it.
"Aww, it broke." The girl said.
The boy from this morning appeared to. "Nora, please, never do that again." The boy said in between breaths. The girl now named Nora, zoomed over to the ruins and grabbed a Golden Rook piece. "I'm queen of the castle, I'm queen of the castle!" Nora sang.
"Nora!" The boy called.
"Coming Ren!" Nora replied as she zoomed off to Join the boy now named Ren.
"Did that Girl just ride in on an Ursa?" Blake asked.
"I…" Yang started, before being interrupted again. Villager saw Pyrrha being chased by a Grimm that resembled a giant Scorpion.
Villager shuddered. He hated scorpions.
Pyrrha dodged a few strikes from the Scorpion Grimm before calling out, "Jaune!"
"Pyrrha!" Jaune exclaimed, he looked to Ruby as she was running. "Ruby!"
Ruby landed on the ground next to her sister. "Ruby?" Yang said.
"Yang!" Ruby said.
"Nora!" Nora butted in.
Smash Announcer: VILLAGER.
"Did that girl just run all the way here with a deathstalker on her tail?" Blake questioned.
Villager looked at Yang to see that she was about to explode with anger! "THAT'S IT! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something crazy happens again?!"
"Um, Yang?" Ruby said, pointing up. Villager looked up to see Weiss hanging onto the talon of what looked like a Giant Bird Grimm.
"How could you leave me?!" Weiss yelled.
"I said jump!" Ruby called back.
"She's gonna fall." Blake said.
"She'll be fine." Ruby said, waving her hand in a 'forget about it' motion.
"She's falling." Ren said.
Just then, Jaune jumped from the tree he was in and caught Weiss in the air. Unfortunately, now both of them were falling.
Thinking Fast, Villager pulled out his Net and caught the two safely. "T-Thanks...I guess." Weiss said as Villager let them out of his net.
The Scorpion Grimm, or Deathstalker as Blake called whacked Pyrrha towards them, making her land on her stomach.
"Great! The gangs all here! Now we can die together!" Yang said sarcastically.
Bruh.
"Not if I can help it!" Ruby said as she began running towards the deathstalker.
"Ruby, Wait!" Yang said.
Ruby pulled out Crescent Rose, and tried to strike the DeathStalker, only to get whacked away by its giant Claw.
"D-Don't worry! Totally fine!" Ruby yelled back, before beginning to run away from the DeathStalker. Then, the Bird Grimm from before appeared and joined the chase.
"Ruby!" Yang said as she ran towards the fight.
The bird Grimm shot it's feathers at Ruby. One of the feathers pinned her cape, making her unable to move.
"Ruby, get out of there!" Yang cried as she dodged some feathers.
"I'm trying!" Ruby replied as she tried and tried but couldn't get herself free.
The Deathstalker was about to attack with its tail until Weiss zoomed in front of Ruby before using some Ice dust to block the attack and freeze the Deathstalker's tail.
"You are so childish." Weiss said.
"Weiss?" Ruby said.
"And dimwitted, and hyperactive, and don't even get me started on your fighting style." Weiss Continued. "And I suppose I can be a bit...difficult. But if we're going to do this, we're going to have to do this together. So if you, quit trying to show off, I'll be...nicer."
"I'm not trying to show off, I wanna show you that I can do this." Ruby said as she got up.
"You're fine." Weiss replied.
Villager heard Ruby whisper something but he couldn't make out what it was. Yang rushed up to Ruby and hugged her. "I'm so happy you're okay!"
Villager and the others heard the Bird Grimm roar from the distance.
"Guys, that thing is circling back. What are going to do?" Jaune asked.
"Look, there's no sense in dillydallying." Weiss said. "Our objective is right in front of us." She said looking at the artifacts.
"She's right." Ruby said. "Our mission is to grab an artifact and make it back to the cliffs. There's no point in fighting these things." Ruby then realized something. "Wait a minute. Villager, you don't have a partner yet, do you?"
Villager waved it off. It wasn't important. Besides it was better for them to get the heck out of here rather than to wait for one more person to show up.
"Are you sure?" Ruby asked. Villager nodded in response.
"Run and live. That is a plan I can get behind." Jaune remarked.
Ruby grabbed the same Golden Knight piece as Yang and Jaune grabbed the same Golden Rook piece as Nora. They nodded at each other before they all ran for the cliffs.
They began to reach their destination, only to see that the Bird Grimm was already circling around it. They all hid behind pillars, with Villager hiding behind the same pillar as Ruby and Yang. The Grimm landed on a pillar that was bigger than the others, guarding their exit.
"Well that's great." Yang said sarcastically as Villager readied his Axe. The deathstalker from before came out of the grove of trees behind them. It must have broken out of the ice from before.
"Oh man, Run!" Jaune yelled as they all ran away from the Deathstalker.
"Nora, distract it!" Ren said. She nodded and pulled out her Rocket Launcher and shot at the Bird. As she was doing this, Jaune, Pyrrha, Ruby, Yang and Villager ran past it. The deathstalker came up from Behind Nora and tried to attack, only to get blocked by Ren and Blake. Weiss grabbed Nora and got her out of there.
Jaune, Pyrrha, Ruby, Yang and Villager came across the bridge with the rest of the crew catching up with the Deathstalker on their Tail. Pyrrha, Ren and Blake shot at the Deathstalker to keep it at bay.
Everyone tried to run across the bridge but the Bird Grimm crashed into it, separating them. Villager landed on his feet thanks to his Balloon Trip helmet yet again. He looked over to the other side to see Pyrrha, Blake and Ren on the other side fighting the Deathstalker, while everyone else was shooting at the Bird Grimm.
"Oh man, we gotta get over there!" Jaune said.
"Let's do this!" Nora said.
"Yeah, but uh...I can't make that Jump." Jaune said.
Nora smiled before turning her Rocket Launcher into a Hammer, smashing the ground beneath her and Jaune. This sent them flying to the other side to help them defeat the Scorpion Grimm. Nora launched herself right at it and smashed it in the head.
Villager saw that Blake somehow got knocked off the bridge, but then used her weapon to swing back up and onto Bird Grimm's back. She began slashing at the creature, before landing on a stone pillar.
"It's tougher than it looks!" Blake exclaimed.
"Then let's hit with everything we got!" Yang said as she loaded her shotgun Gauntlets.
Everyone then started to fire their weapons at the Bird Grimm. Villager joined in by sending a few Lloid Rockets at the Creature. Unfortunately, it didn;t do much as the Grimm crashed into the Building, making it Crumble. Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang all parkoured across the debris while Villager rode on another Lloid Rocket.
"None of this is working!" Weiss said as she, Ruby and Villager landed next to each other.
(Cue Red Like Roses Part II Instrumental)
Ruby and Villager looked at eachother. "You thinking what I'm thinking?" Ruby asked. Villager nodded with a determined smile. "I have a plan, cover us!" Ruby said as she and Villager went to do their plan.
Jaune and the others were fighting the Deathstalker. The Scorpion Grimm attacked with it's right claw only to be blocked by Pyrrha's shield and shot in the face by her shotgun. It tried to do the same with it's left but Jaune blocked it with his shield. Ren grabbed onto it's tail and began to shoot at it while Nora shot at it from afar. Pyrrha transformed her shotgun into a spear and stabbed it in the eye. However, this made it throw Ren into a wall.
"Ren!" Nora cried out.
Jaune then noticed that it's stinger was loose. "Pyrrha!"
"Done!" She replied as she threw her shield at the stinger, cutting it off and making it pierce into the creature's own head.
"Nora, nail it!" Jaune said.
"Heads up!" Nora said as Pyrrha gave her a boost and launched herself into the air. Using the momentum, she slammed her hammer into the stinger making it go deeper into the Deathstalker's head. This Also made her launch everyone to the other side safely while the Deathstalker fell to it's death. The team fell on their stomachs and backs while Pyrrha landed on her feet.
(Cue Red like Roses Part II)
They all got up and looked at the Bird Grimm that was being shot at by Yang. She then hopped into its mouth when it came to attack her and began to shoot it inside its mouth. "I. HOPE, YOU'RE. HUNGRY!" Yang yelled while she attacked. She then jumped out, making the Grimm slam into the cliff. Weiss then zoomed forward and used her Ice dust to freeze the bird's tail, making it stuck in place. Blake then passed Yang her ribbon and Weiss made some sort of Glyph that held Ruby and Crescent Rose and Villager on his Lloid Rocket, making a makeshift slingshot.
"Of course YOU TWO would come up with this." Weiss said
"Think you can make the shot?" Ruby asked.
"Hmph, can I?" Weiss remarked.
…
"Can you-"
"Of course I can!" Weiss Snapped while Villager sweatdropped.
Weiss then Launched Ruby and Villager at the Bird Grimm. The two then hooked on to its neck with Crescent Rose and Villager's Axe. (I know it's tiny, just ignore it.) Weiss then made some Glyphs on the wall of the cliff. Ruby ran up the cliff while Villager stayed on his Lloid Rocket. Both of them dragged the Grimm up the cliff and when they reached the top, cut its head off before landing in cool poses. Villager then threw a pitfall seed at The Grimm's body making it fall faster and eventually slam into the ground, finishing it.
(End Music)
Ruby and Villager looked down towards the others and Vice versa.
"Well, that was a thing." Yang said.
Villager did his Pride Reaction, making Ruby Giggle. The two of them then went to turn in the Relics. Villager remembered that he still doesn't have a partner. He was just gonna have to see what happens.
And Now it was time for the Team Ceremony. Ozpin was going to announce who was going to be on what team. He started with People Villager had never met before.
"Russel Thrush, Cardin Winchester, Dove Bronzewing, Skye Lark. The 4 of you retrieved the Black Bishop pieces. From this day forward, you will be known as team CRDL." Ozpin announced as the first letters of their first or last name appeared on the screen making CRDL. "Led by, Cardin Winchester." Villager did his Delight Reaction and Clapped for them.
Next was Jaune, Pyrrha, Nora and Ren. "Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, Pyrrha Nikos, Nora Valkyrie. The 4 of you retrieved the white Rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team JNPR." Ozpin said. "Led by, Jaune Arc."
"Huh?" Jaune exclaimed. "Led by…?"
"Congratulations Young Man." Ozpin said.
Pyrrha playfully punched him, but accidentally knocked him over. The crowd laughed. Villager clapped nonetheless.
Next was Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang. "Blake Belladonna, Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Yang Xiao Long. The 4 of you retrieved the White Knight pieces. From this day forward you wil be known as Team RWBY. Led by, Ruby Rose."
"I'm so proud of you!" Yang said hugging her sister, who had a surprised look on her face. Villager clapped some more before it was his turn.
"And finally, Young Villager." Ozpin said as Villager stood up Straight. He was silent for a few seconds before he continued. "I...humbly apologize. It seems we have miscounted the number of students we have this year. Nonetheless, you have collected the White Bishop Piece. And while you may not be on a team, the staff here will happily welcome you as an official Beacon Student. Congratulations."

The crowd cheered, which made Villager do his Flattery Reaction. Ozpin knelt down and Shook his hand, before Villager went back to Join his friends.
"Heh, looks like I was worried about nothing." Ruby said after she high-fived Villager.
"Nice going, little guy!" Nora congratulated.
"Outstanding Job Back there!" Pyrrha added.
"You have very impressive skill, you know." Ren complimented.
"Hehehe, yeah." Jaune said as they fist-bumped.
"He's something alright." Blake said
"Up top!" Yang said as Villager high-fived her as well.
"Alright, alright." Weiss said. "I'll admit, I may have underestimated you I tiny bit. I should have known better...I guess."
Yeah, you should have. But, Apology accepted. Villager held his hand out for a handshake. Weiss looked at it for a few seconds before obliging.
Ozpin looked at them with a smile. "It looks like things are shaping up to be an...interesting year."
Oh, did Villager ever agree.
In Case you were confused, I know that the Bird Grimm are called Nevermore. However, Villager doesn't yet. That's why he referred to them as 'Bird Grimm.'
