So before I start, I have some unfortunate news. Due to reasons that I would prefer to be left unspoken, Our Hero Academia and A Persona in Time might have to wait a bit before another chapter is posted. I don't know how long this will be for, but there is a good chance that you won't have to wait that long. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, I am able to post more Remnant Crossing! So enjoy! But before that...

SkeletalRepublic: Glad you enjoy it and Thanks for the tip! I actually was planning on doing something like that in the previous Chapter, but I completely spaced it. Hopefully, I'll be able to change the story up a bit in the future! However, this is basically RWBY with Villager inserted into the story, but I will keep your idea to add a little bit of my own things to the story in mind.

Help: Aww, I can imagine a little Ruby or Weiss Villager. That would be kind of adorable.

Megan Romero: He actually already does have his strongest tools. Sorry if that wasn't clear enough. And yes, this does take place during New Horizons and Smash Bros Ultimate.

The Turtle: Don't worry, Villager just yeeted the Grimm far away. Villager won't be THAT op.

Neon's Rainbow: Perhaps if they weren't on different sides then yes! I agree that Villager and Neopolitan might get along!

Anyway, on with the story!

Villager felt kinda guilty.

No, he didn't do anything wrong. Quite the opposite actually.

He felt guilty because he hadn't done anything to help his friends. First came the thing with Ruby and Weiss, he wished he could've done something to help them get along. Luckily, they dropped it. But then, he wished he could've helped Jaune with the whole Cardin situation. But once again, he overcame that problem with the help of Pyrrha.

Villager made a mental note to help his friends next time something like this came up. He was used to helping his Villager friends back in New Smashville, who said he couldn't help people here?

Nevertheless, since it was the weekend and Villager had nothing better to do, he decided to go do his own thing. Currently, he is fishing at the Docks of Vale. However, he wasn't having much luck catching anything. It was probably due to the fact that there were a whole bunch of ships rolling in that were carrying students from the other 3 kingdoms: Atlas, Mistral and Vacuo. The large number of boats were probably scaring away the fish.

The town was decorated for the upcoming Vytal Festival. Apparently, a Tournament will be held featuring many students from the four different kingdoms. Villager wanted to participate, but was afraid he couldn't. Maybe he could ask Ozpin about that at a later date.

Villager was also thinking about Roman Torchwick and the White Fang. Villager hasn't heard anything about Torchwick since his first day at Beacon. But, he heard recently that the White Fang were the number one suspects for dust robberies, other than Roman of course.

Villager just sees the White Fang as mislead. It was probably because of other people that they became so violent.

Villager was snapped out of his trance when he heard someone shout "Hey! Stop that Faunus!" He looked on a boat to see a boy. He had a white cover shirt with no shirt under it as well as blue jeans and red fingerless gloves. He also had blonde hair as well as a yellow monkey tail. Two people were chasing him.

"Thanks for the ride, guys!" The boy taunted before leaping off the boat, landing on the dock and hung from a lamp post.

"You no-good stowaway!" One of the people who was chasing him said.

"Hey, a no-good stowaway would've been caught, I'm a great stowaway!" The boy replied while peeling a banana.

One of the men told him to come down only for them to have a banana peel thrown straight at their face. The boy giggled before leaping off the lamppost and ran away. Villager decided to run after him.

Villager stopped by Team RWBY to catch his Breath for a second.

"Well Weiss, you wanted to see the competition, and there it goes." Yang said.

"Quick! We have to observe him!" Weiss said before Team Rwby ran after them, not noticing Villager. Curious, he followed Team RWBY.

Villager ran beside Ruby who finally noticed him. "Hey Villager, fancy meeting you here. I don't really know what's going on with our situation, but I'm sure we'll find out." She then ran ahead. Villager only shrugged and ran after them.

He and Ruby turned a corner to see the boy along with the two other people running away. He also saw that Weiss crashed into and is now on top of someone.

"No, he got away!" Weiss exclaimed.

"Uh, Weiss?" Yang said before pointing to the person she crashed into.

It was a girl, wearing a white and grey outfit with hints of green. She had black pants and Ginger hair along with a pink bow on the back of her head.

"Sal-u-tations!" The girl greeted.

"Um, hello…" Ruby said awkwardly.

"Are you...okay?" Yang asked.

"I'm wonderful! Thank you for asking!" The girl replied cheerfully.

This girl seemed a little too carefree, considering the fact that someone just toppled on to her. Villager sweatdropped while Team RWBY looked at each other awkwardly.

"Do you...wanna get up?" Yang asked.

"...Yes" The girl said while shooting herself upwards and onto her feet. Team RWBY and Villager took a step back. "My name is Penny, it's a pleasure to meet you!"

"Hello Penny, I'm Ruby."

"I'm Weiss."

"Blake."

"Are you sure you didn't hit your head?" Yang said. Blake elbowed her. "Oh, I'm Yang."

"And who's this little guy?" Penny said kneeling down to Villager.

"Uh, That's Villager." Ruby said. Villager did his Greetings Reaction.

"Hmm, such a peculiar name…Villager." Penny said while leaning in a little too close for Villager's liking.

"WELL THEN!" Penny said while standing up really fast. "It's a pleasure to meet you all!"

"You already said that." Weiss said.

"...So I did!" Penny replied.

"Well...sorry for running into you." Weiss said.

"Take care friend!" Ruby said before they all walked away.

Well, that was...interesting.

"She was weird." Yang said as they walked together.

"So Villager, what are you doing in the city?" Blake asked.

Before Villager could answer, Penny was standing right in front of them somehow. Villager did his Shocked Reaction.

"What did you call me?" Penny asked.

Weiss was pointing and looking back and forth, wondering how she got in front of us so fast. Villager was wondering the same thing.

"Oh, I'm really sorry." Yang said. "I definitely didn't think you heard me."

"No, not you." Penny said before walking over to Ruby. "You!"

"Oh-, I...Uh." Ruby stuttered.

"You called me 'friend', am I really your friend?" Penny asked.

"Umm…" Ruby said. She looked over to her team to see them signaling 'no'. Villager just shrugged. She's the one who got herself into this mess, she could get herself out of it.

"Yeah! Sure!" Ruby said. "Why not?" Weiss, Blake and Yang fell on the ground a little too dramatically.

"Sensational!" Penny replied gaily. "We can paint our nails and try on clothes and talk about cute boys!"

"Was this what it was like when you met me?" Ruby asked Weiss.

"No, she seems far more coordinated." Weiss said.

"So, what are you doing in Vale?" Yang asked.

"I'm here to fight in the Tournament." Penny replied.

"Wait, you're fighting in the Tournament?" Weiss said.

"I'm Combat Ready!" Penny said.

As they went on about how Penny was fighting in the Tournament and rambling about the differences between dresses and combat skirts, Villager stared at Penny. He didn't know what it was but there was something...different about her. It wasn't the way she talked, it wasn't the way she looked. Villager had no idea what it was, but there was definitely something about her that made her... different... from everyone else.

Villager was snapped out of his trance when he heard Weiss speak. "Wait a minute, if you're here for the tournament, does this mean that you know that Monkey tailed rapscallion?"

"The who?" Penny asked.

"The filthy Faunus from the boat!" Weiss said, holding up a crudely drawn picture of the boy from earlier.

Wait, when did she have time to draw that?

Also, Wiess was kinda being a little too mean. She kept addressing Faunus as 'filthy' or a 'rapscallion' or some other formal yet insulting words for them. Blake stepped forward.

"Why do you keep saying that?"

"Huh?"

"Stop calling him a rapscallion, stop calling him a degenerate! He's a person!" Blake said.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Weiss began. "Would you like me to stop referring to this trash can as a trash can? Or this lamp post as a lamp post?"

Villager: watch?v=4ZO40y4SvEQ

Blake and Weiss began to argue. "Stop it!" Blake said.

"Stop what? He clearly broke the law." Weiss said. "Give him time, and he'll probably join with those other Faunus in the White Fang."

"Ugh, YOU IGNORANT LITTLE BRAT!" Blake yelled before walking away.

"How dare you call me that, I am your teammate." Weiss said as she walked after her.

"You are a judgemental little girl." Blake replied.

Blake and Weiss continued to bicker with each other. Villager did his worried Reaction.

"We should probably go." Yang said.

Later that night…

Villager could still hear Blake and Weiss arguing from his dorm next door. Villager decided to confront them about it and just make them get along. That, and he needed some sleep. He walked in Team RWBY's dorm to see the argument was STILL happening.

"You're discriminatory!" Blake yelled.

"I'm a victim!" Weiss yelled back.

Villager stood next to Ruby and Yang. They looked at each other before Weiss spoke again.

"You want to know 'why' I despise the White Fang? Why I don't particularly trust the Faunus?" Weiss said. She then went on about how the White Fang basically made her childhood not all that great. How the White Fang basically stole from her dad's company and killed all the workers and board members.

Villager didn't really know what to say. Villager was starting to miss home more and more everyday. He hated how this world was just filled with...Villager couldn't even come up with a word for it. Back where he was from, it was peaceful (Other than Smash of course). He couldn't even begin to imagine what his world would be like if people hated and ended up killing each other for dumb reasons like 'just being different' or something like that. Weiss yelled at Blake again.

"No! You want to know why I despise the White Fang? It's because they're a bunch of liars, thieves, and Murderers!"

"WELL MAYBE WE WERE JUST TIRED OF BEING PUSHED AROUND!" Blake yelled back before realizing what she just said.

'We'? Wait, that would mean that…!

"I…" Blake started before bolting out the door.

"Blake! Wait! Come Back!" Ruby yelled, only for her call to fall on deaf ears.

Villager looked down in pity. "You feel bad for her, huh?" Yang asked. Villager nodded.

Weiss looked at Villager. "You're not very used to this sort of thing, are you Villager?" he shook his head in response.

Ruby knelt down to Villager's level. "I know you want to help Blake. I do too. But, it's getting late, so we'll have to search for her tomorrow."

Villager hung his head in defeat before slowly walking back to his room.

"Hmmm…." Yang said.

"What is it?" Weiss asked.

"Where do you guys think Villager is from?" She asked.

"He told me some place called 'New Smashville' was his hometown." Ruby said.

"New Smashville? My fathers company has been almost all over Remnant, and we've never heard of a place called that."

"Maybe it's a lesser known town?"Yang asked.

"Still…"

"We'll worry about it later, right now let's get some sleep so we can search for Blake tomorrow morning." Ruby said.

They nodded and hopped in their beds, with worry for Blake and Curiosity about Villager.

A nice, short and sweet Chapter! The next Chapter of this story is most likely gonna be action packed. Also, the reason why I haven't posted in a while is because...I'M WORKING ON YET ANOTHER NEW STORY. EXPECT THE FIRST CHAPTER OUT SOME TIME THIS WEEKEND!

Next time, Villager and Team RWBY will face something unexpected.

Also, after the situation with Our Hero Academia and A Persona in Time is sorted out, I will have my stories take turns being worked on and posted. That'll be my strategy!

Farewell for Now!
