Steven pov
I waich as pearl and Connie train for the coming battle.
"Steven come on we must be ready."
I sigh not really wanting to train but I must be ready to fight against the nine.
"Okay so who's first?" Connie ask.
"Okay so first we have lapis and peridot vs steven."
I turn to lapis in suprise who looks a bit nervous.
Lapis pov
I feel nervous I never like to be against steven even thow i am a powerful gem, and oh thiw he is half human Stevens power is way beyond mine, and I love him...
"Come on lapis, lets do this." Peridot says excited.
"Okay..." I say nervous.
"Don't worry guys I'll go easy on you." He says with a smile.
"Hah, it will be us who gose easy on you." Peridot says.
"Ready to show him lapis?" Peridot ask with a smile holding out her hand.
"Yeah." I say as i take hold of her hand.
Steven pov
I waich a little confused when i realize what there doing as a light appears and then a fusion!
I look at them in complete shock as do the other gems.
"You ready?" Lapidot ask
"Yeah" I say turning pink and growing to the size of Jasper.
"Let's go this..."
Lapidot immediately throws a piece of steal as I quckly doige it and throw my shields but she summons swords of water blocking them.
"Got to admit you to are pretty strong together." I say with a smile as we lock weapons.
"Thanks we've been training a few times." She says
I quckly move my shields to dis arm her but I feel her struck my arm.
"Ahh!" I yell in pain.
"Steven!" She yells coming to my side.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt you."
I feel anger take me in that moment as I get up and attack lapidot dis arming her.
I then put my hands on her head.
"Rah! You Will obey!" I yell
Lapidot looks at me horrified as I realize what I'm doing.
I was dominating her...
I quckly jerk back as lapis and peridot unfuse.
"Are you two okay!?" I ask going to there side.
"Get away from me!" Peridot yells hiding behind lapis
"I'm sorry, I-i dont know what come over me..." I say
Lapis pov
I stare at Steven compared to bring trapped in that mirror and being fused with Jasper I have never felt so afraid and helpless...
"Guys im sorry..." He says looking down.
"It's... It's okay." I say taking his hand as helps me up.
"What was that?" Amythest ask as the others come over to us.
"I- I don't know." Steven says hands on his head.
"You were dominating them..." Garnet says.
"Did- did mom have this power?" I ask
Pearl shakes her head completely unsure.
I never saw pink use a power like that..."
"If she did have that ability she never told us." Garnet says
"How do i control it?" Steven ask.
The others look at me unsure of what to say.
Then we hear a whistle as dad comes running from the warppad.
"Guys we got a problem!"
What's the problem?" Garnet ask.
Beach city is under attack by orcs!"
