Steven pov
"Your problem my lord steven is the fortresses every one is lead by an overlord and warcheifs." Ratbag says showing us the map of mordor.
"All overlords answer to the witch-king who in turn anwsers to the dark lord."
I look at all of the fortresses that are inside of mordor.
"So here's my idea." I tell the gems.
"Wich is?" Bismuth ask.
"If I can capture the fortresses we can conquer morder from with in and take the fight strat to the dark lord him self." I tell them.
"But how?" Peridot ask.
"You'll need an army to capture them and we are busy as it is." She says.
"Wich is why I am going deep into morder I am going to turn the dark lords army's against him."
"Not alone your not." Lapis says putting a hand on my shoulder.
I then turn to ragbag.
"Ratbag I need you and your soilders to stay here and help the gems defend beach city intell the diamonds arrive understand?" I ask.
"Yes boss." He says nodding.
"Good, lapis you pearl and bismuth will come with me to mordor.
They nod following me
"So steven what exactly is the plain?" Bismuth ask.
"We kill the overlords and take the fortresses for our own, then we use our army to attack Barad-dûr and destroy the great eye." I tell them.
Lapis pov
I can't help but feel nervous about this whole thing and having the feeling that soon something horrble is going to happen, but i trust steven and will follow him to the end.
Later...
We enter Mordor throw the other side away from the volcano and Barad-dûr
"We are in Núrnen in the south of Mordor." Pearl says
'We must find an orc warcheif to domantethat way we can have force's behind enemy lines."
"So how do we find the warcheifs?" Lapis ask.
"We need to capture an orc captain or commander for information."
"I'm on it." Lapis says summoning her water wings and taking off.
Lapis pov
I fly high in the air to see a small pack of orcs with one standing out welding two axes.
"That must be the captain."
I then notice how he is right next to the water as I use my powers to take hold of the captain while his followers run away in fear.
"Let me go you dirty which!"
"Sorry but we have some questions for you." I say as I land near steven and the others steel holding him hostage.
"What is your name orc?" Pearl ask
"I am Orthog the Troll-Slayer."
"Where can we find the warcheif of this area?" Bismuth ask.
"I will tell you nothing!" The captain yells
Then Steven comes forword summons his shield and puts it at the orc's throat
If you will not tell us then i will make you."
I waich as steven then slams his hand on the orcs face domanting him.
"Who is your master?" Steven ask.
"Ah!, my master is Thrank storm bringer he's the war chief of this area!
Steven pov
I thank for a moment this may be or opportunity to take the fortress.
"You serve me now." I tell him
"What are your orders my lord?" Orthog ask now under my control.
"You will batray your master kill him and become the overlords bodyguard.
"As you wish." he says leaving.
I then turn to lapis and the others.
"Now we wait." I tell them.
Later that night...
We set here on the edge of a destroyed bulding waiting for Orthog and his warcheif to arrive.
I feel really tired but I can't sleep do to fear of the dreams I have of the witch-king and my future...
I can't let that happen, I will destroy him and the dark lord and save my world. I tell my self.
"Are you okay?"
I turn to see lapis.
"Yeah don't worry lapis I'm fine." I say as bismuth specks up.
"Look there." She says pointing.
We look ahead to see Orthog with a small group of orcs along with the warcheif!
"Alright what's so important you had us come all the way out here!" Thrank yells
"The pink lord sends his regards."
He then pulls out his axe and hits Thrank in his back!
"Ahh!, you damn bastard, you will pay for this batrayal!"
We waich as the two battle the other orcs cheering in the process
Orthog tackles storm bringer cuting off his lift arm before beheading him with his axes.
"Yes!' Pearl says satisfied.
"We now have our spy, but now we need an army to attack the fortress.
Just then we hear the sound of a ship as I look to see its the diamonds.
"Looks like there's are army." Lapis says.
