Lapis pov

I cry flying away from steven heartbroken as I look down to see the gems with there forces as I fly down to them.

"Lapis what are you doing here?" Pearl ask.

I feel tears fall looking down.

"Lapis?..." Peridot ask putting her hand in mine.

"Lapis what happened? Pearl ask.

"We... We should go..."

"Why?, where supposed to meet with Steven and attack the great eye." Pearl says.

"Steven is already attacking it, to domante sauron and take his place..."

"WHAT!?" They all yell in shock.

"Will what are we doing!? we have to stop him!" Amythest says.

"Wait." Garnet says as the shy turns black.

Then four nazgûl appear including the witch-king himself!

"Take them!" He yells

Steven pov

I stand on the bridge of Barad-dûr with my armies behind me as the dark lords armies come forth.

Then two nazgûl appear leading the attack.

As I summon my shields.

"Attack! Leave none alive!" I scream as we charge at the enemy.

I attack both the nazgûl while my army fights Saurons forces.

"Your time has come steven, we are bound togather in this brotherhood, this is your destiny."

"I will not let that happen!" I yell as I fight them.

"We will cougar the earth and soon homeworld as will."

"No!" As I slam my shield into the wrath before slamming my hand on his head!

"You are mine!" I yell as I begen to see this nazgûls back story.

I waich as sauron comes to a man on the ground and is about to grab him only for the man to grab what remains of his sword and cuts the ring from his hand.

I then waich as the man falls into a river with arrows in his back as he loses the ring.

I then waich as orcs bring him back to mordor as I look to see the spirit of sauron before he become the eye.

"You will serve me for all eternity." As he puts a ring with a Orange gem in it on his hand.

I open my eyes looking at the nazgûl unaware of the ring that has fallen from his hand.

At first I was going to domante him, but now I can't this is wrong, as lapis's words echo throw my mind.

I then release him and cut throw him allowing the wrath to finally die in peace.

I then feel a sharp pain in my stomach as I look down to see the end of a sword sticking right throw my gem.

The nazgûl then pulls the sword out as I fall to the ground blood coming out of the wound.

As I lay here diying I thank of lapis and how I hurt her.

"I'm sorry lapis, I'm so sorry..." As I feel death take me...

I open my eyes to see two familiar eyes as I look up in shock to see my own mother!

"Hello Steven..." She says with a sad smile.

I feel tears fall as I get up.

"I failed..."

"No steven." My mom says placeing a hand under my chin.

"You prevented the future I saw when you where born."

I turn to my mom in shock.

"What did you say?

"When you were born I gave up my physical form to have you but I was also granted visions of the future...,

I saw you bring peace between earth and Homeworld and spinel coming to earth and then I saw you fight against Sauron at the top of Barad-dûr... And you won."

"You took the dark lords place and took control of the earth, That was the future you prevented all because of your love for your friend."

I but my hands on my head knowing of the fate I put lapis and the others in.

"There's steel time, time to save her."

"How?" I ask

"You must save your family and Mordor must be contained to give earth time to prepare."

"Minas morgul..."

"Yes, that is where they are, and from there mordor can be held back."

"How? my gem was destroyed I can't live with out it." I tell her.

"My child, the question is... How much are you willing to sacrifice?"

I then remember the ring that fall from the nazgûls hand as I nod tears falling.

"Open your eyes my son."

My eyes open wide feeling the pain once more as I turn to see the ring.

I turn and grab it looking at it knowing that this will change everything.

"A-as long as I have breath in my body, my fate is my own..." As I put on the ring...
