Sirius didn't enter the kitchen after the 10th time Draco had to undo a spell that Harriet had casted on him (Sirius).
"If you go in there again, Sirius...I will leave the spell." Draco stated taking a sip of his coffee.
"All I did was sneak a taste of the batter of the dessert about ten times." Sirius said.
"Yes and each time you made us all laugh real hard." Remus stated.
"By the way, where did she learn some of those spells?" Sirius asked looking at Draco.
"From the Black Family Library as well as the Potter Family Library but some of those spells were her own design." Draco stated.
Finally, Harriet and Lily came out of the kitchen.
"I assume besides Black being entertainment for a while, we were summoned here for a reason?" Lucius said.
"Yes, you see Harriet is our daughter from the future and the young man with her is your son from the future, Lucius." James said bluntly.
Lucius, Narcissa and Severus were in shock at hearing.
"Is this true?" Narcissa asked looking at the young man.
"Yes, mother." Draco said.
"Mr. and Mrs. Malfoy, I know that this a shock for the two of you but we had to let you know just as we told my parents." Harriet said sitting next to Draco on the couch.
"How is this possible?" Severus asked.
"Well, Uncle Sev; we were in potions class because Harriet and I were redoing our 7th year at Hogwarts when three Calderons exploded courtesy of Ron Weaseley and Neville Longbottom by accident of course along with two groups of students." Draco stated.
Severus was stunned being called 'Uncle' by Draco.
"You are our Potions Professor, Severus Snape at Hogwarts and you're Draco's godfather in our timeline." Harriet said.
Severus looked at Lily's daughter and said, " Explain?!"
So, Draco and Harriet began explaining everything from the beginning up til they traveled back in time. When they finished telling the story, Narcissa was in tears while Lucius and Severus didn't know what to say.
"Well...that's was an interesting story." Narcissa said coming out of her shock.
Both Lucius and Severus nodded in agreement.
"You're not angry are you?" Harriet asked.
"No. It's not every day your heir from future decides to visit you in the past." Lucius said looking at the young couple.
Lily, Sirius, and Remus chuckled.
Severus looked at the three that were laughing and then saw James Potter flushed with embarrassment.
"I don't see what's so funny?" Lucius questioned.
"Lucius, you're taking this better than James did." Sirius stated.
"What do mean, Sirius?" Narcissa asked curiously.
"James passed out from shock and Remus and I about joined him; when they told us their story." Sirius stated.
Harriet got up and went into the kitchen quietly and Draco followed her.
Narcissa and Lily were curious followed to figure out what was up; while the men talked.
In the Kitchen...
"Love, what's the matter?" Draco asked.
(Narcissa and Lily stood in the doorway of the kitchen and listened.)
"Dray, remember what I said on the train ride back to Hogwarts?" Harriet said.
"I remember, love." Draco said wrapping his arms around Harriet.
"Well, I would love to marry you on Christmas Eve." Harriet said.
"I would love that, my heart." Draco said.
"I know that we have no clue as what day or week that the potions sent us back in time to." Harriet said.
"True." Draco said
Harriet started to tear up and said, "I know that we can't actually marry in this time or we will screw up the timeline. I just wish that somehow we could have a wedding picture with them in it."
"I know, love." Draco said kissing Harriet on her forehead.
Narcissa and Lily backed away quietly and went to talk with the guys.
In the Living Room...
James suddenly felt a privacy barrier go up and then he saw Lily and Narcissa.
"What's up, ladies?" Sirius asked.
"We want to give Harriet and Draco a Christmas Eve Wedding picture with all of us together." Lily said.
The men blinked in confusion.
"Harriet seemed upset that James, Sirius, or Remus won't be able to walk her down the aisle to meet Draco at the altar." Narcissa said.
James, Sirius, and Remus were stunned.
"What were you men discussing before we joined you and let you know what we overheard?" Lily asked suddenly.
"We noticed how Draco cared for Harriet and we were thinking of arranging a marriage contract between them and have them actually get married on Christmas Eve since they're visiting us during the Christmas/Yule season here but in the future they'll marry on the date of December 24th." James stated.
"That'll be perfect and the picture of us with them from the past will be a perfect wedding gift from all of us!" Narcissa said.
They continued to talk and Lily handed a vial to Severus for him to look at while Draco and Harriet were still in the kitchen.
[Back to the future]
Severus was trying to figure out how to bring Draco and Harriet back. He started analyzing the ingredients from the potions as if he knew what he was doing suddenly. He began working quickly and quietly; he had to admit that this felt strange that he somehow knew what he was doing.
Suddenly, McGonganall entered and said, "Severus, have you figured out how to bring Harriet and Draco back to this point in time?"
"I think I have but don't ask me how, Minerva." Severus said.
Severus put the potion on stasis for a few minutes as he quickly wrote a message then sent it with an owl. Then he got back to work immediately.
Minerva watched him closely as he did get back to work. She also wondered if Draco and Harriet were changing the past while they were there.
Meanwhile, at Malfoy Manor...
Lucius and Narcissa were looking at the picture that they had kept hidden all this time in the manor from the Dark Lord while he had been here.
"I can't believe that Harriet and Draco will spend Yule/Christmas holidays with us and marry on December 24th." Narcissa said excitedly.
"Yes, at least Lily and James along with Sirius and Remus put some of their input for the wedding before their fates came into play. If you'll the word 'play'." Lucius said.
"Yes, it was tradgic." Narcissa said.
"I assume that Severus is already trying to bring them back from the past?" Lucius questioned.
Narcissa nodded.
"Has Severus said or wrote?" Lucius asked.
Suddenly, an owl swooped in and dropped a letter in his hand.
"Open it, Lucius!" Narcissa said.
Lucius did as his said, he opened the letter and read:
Lucius and Narcissa,I'm working on the potion to bring them back from past. However, the pompous Professor that is in charge of the Marriage 101 Class has arranged for Harriet's simulated pregnancy to consist of twins. The simulated pregnancy will be done as soon as they return. I feel absolutely awful for Harriet and Draco; it also makes me wonder where Kingsly found the pompous ass of a professor because he's been driving myself, Poppy, and the other professors crazy with his pompous attitude and he reminds me illly of Lockhart and that's saying something. I'm actually glad that Weaseley's wand had broke when they had hit the Whomping Willow and Lockhart oblivated himself in the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets. I believe Harriet had called him a fraud and I can't keep wondering if this guy is the same way if he reminds me of Lockhart.Severus Snape
"Well that's interesting." Lucius stated.
"What's interesting, Lucius?" Narcissa asked.
"Severus says that when Draco and Harriet return that Harriet will undergo a simulated pregnancy that consists of twins. He also mentions that the Marriage 101 Professor reminds him of Lockhart with his pompous attitude." Lucius said.
"Oh my!" Narcissa giggled.
Lucius and Narcissa continued preparing everything for when Harriet and Draco returned from their venture into the past.
{Back in the past}
Draco and Harriet were enjoying their time with the young version of their parents and godfathers.
Lily and Narcissa decided to take Harriet shopping while the men did their thing with Draco.
In Diagon Alley...
Lily, Narcissa, and Harriet entered a robe shop for all occasions. Harriet was amazed at the styles that they had.
"I can only assume that you and Draco will need muggle clothing as well?" Narcissa said.
Harriet nodded.
"Then after we do our shopping here; we'll go into Muggle London as well." Lily suggested.
The clerk was stunned by the purchases made by the women. It continued in every clothing store that entered in Diagon Alley; then they took a break from shopping for a bite of lunch.
"I'm beginning to see where Dray got his incredible fashion sense from." Harriet said looking at Narcissa.
"Thank you, dear. I can tell you are like Lily as well as James." Narcissa stated.
"Well, from what Sirius told me in the future before he died in my 5th year. He said that I had a gift for pranks like my dad; but when it came to cooking I was like my mother chasing him out of the kitchen." Harriet giggled.
"Yes, I think I saw that even though Draco kept warning him." Narcissa said.
"Some of the professors told me that I have both talents of my parents; but my defense against the Dark Arts was really strong." Harriet said.
"Harriet, what did Draco mean you became a Professor in your 5th year?" Lily asked.
Harriet looked her mother and future mother-in-law and said, "In our 5th year, Draco and I still kept our relationship a secret but I would let him know what I doing because even he had agreed that the DADA Professor was completely useless because she didn't want us learning to defend ourselves. Draco and I would secretly meet so I could teach as well along with two others away from the original group." Harriet stated.
"Was this DADA Professor the cause of the scar on your hand?" Narcissa asked.
Harriet nodded and said, "It was done with a blood quill."
Both Lily and Narcissa gasped. Not to mention that they were both furious at that.
Harriet was beginning to notice how wonderful it was meeting her parents as well as meeting the young versions of future in-laws which were Draco's parents.
Plus, it had become very funny as well. Last, Sirius got a taste of his own medicine when he tried to prank Draco and it had surprised Narcissa and Lucius that Draco retaliated with a prank of his own.
"What's so funny, Harriet?" Lily asked.
"I was just thinking about last night." Harriet stated.
"Even I have to admit that was funny seeing my future son chasing Sirius for what he did. I happy that Draco can be himself with you, Harriet." Narcissa said.
"Harriet, when you and Draco started dating did you tell him what he would be getting himself into?" Lily questioned with a smile.
Harriet nodded.
"What was my son's reaction that he was dating a Mauder's daughter as well as a Mauder's goddaughter?" Narcissa asked curiously.
"He was actually surprised that I was the daughter of one of the legendary pranksters of Hogwarts as well as a goddaughter to another legendary prankster. Remus was the prankster who taught DADA to all of us at Hogwarts." Harriet answered.
"What did Draco do about what she did?" Lily asked curiously.
"Trust me, Draco wanted to torture her. I had to tell him that we had to keep up the act that we were rivals because I didn't know how friends would react if they found out." Harriet said.
"Eventually, they found out didn't they?" Narcissa said.
Harriet nodded.
"How did they take it?" Lily asked curiously.
"They took it pretty well except for Ron at first." Harriet answered truthfully.
Once they finished eating their lunch; they shrinked their bags and headed into Muggle London to continue shopping.
Meanwhile, with the guys...
Draco was stunned that they decided to take him house hunting for him and Harriet.
James looked at Draco because he noticed that his little girl's well his young lady's boyfriend was in shock said, "Draco, we know that you and Harriet will probably want to start out on your own when you marry; so we thought that it might be good idea to look at houses to what style you two would like."
"Thank you, Lord Potter. However, Harriet and I haven't decided where we would want to live yet." Draco said.
"Both the Potter Family and the Malfoy several estates if you choose to live in one of them." Lucius said.
"So does the Black Family." Sirius pitched in.
Draco understood where they were coming from and said, "Thanks, but since Harriet and I decided to go by Potter-Malfoy; we were hoping to find a place seclusive or somewhere that seemed peaceful because Harriet hates being in the spotlight."
James thought for moment as well as the others then said, "Draco, how about we look at each room in the houses or manors that we look at and we'll go from there."
"Sure." Draco said.
They decided to enter the first place that they were going to look at. They looked at each room inside the home. As they looked around in each room, Draco mentioned that Harriet did like neutral and elegant things but didn't like over the top things.
"Well, why don't we write down what you think that you and Harriet would like in your home; as we look at each place and that will give us an idea what the two of you like." Sirius suggested.
"That's good idea, Black." Lucius said.
Draco walked around imaging him and Harriet living here. In fact, he did that in every home that they visited to get a picture of things in his mind what it would be like.
James, Sirius, Remus, Lucius, and Severus took turns taking notes on what Draco thought that he and Harriet would like in their home.
When they came to the last home which was a Potter Property; James watched Draco closely and so did the others.
Draco started imagining living here.
~Draco's vision~
He just flooed in from along day of work and suddenly heard, "Papa's home!"
He was suddenly attacked with hugs from his children as they asked him how his day was.
Then Harriet walked into the room smiling at him and then said, "Children, let your father clean up and get out of his work clothes. You know your father doesn't like staying in his work clothes."
"Yes, momma." The children said in unison.
He smiled and said, "Love, it was a dreadful day today."
"I can only imagine, darling." Harriet said.
"Yes, you can imagine. So, how was your's and the children's day?" Draco asked.
"It was interesting. The children decided to help me in the kitchen." Harriet said.
"Oh?" He said.
"Yes."
"How did it go, love?"
"Disastrous, but we laughed because it was it was funny."
"So, I take it that you and the children cleaned up and tried again?"
Harriet nodded.
"Well, you still had a better day than I did, love."Harriet smiled and then kissed him.
~End of vision~
"Draco?" Lucius said.
"Hmm?" Draco said.
"Are you okay?" Lucius asked.
"Yeah, I was just imagining what it would be like for Harriet and I living here." Draco said.
"I guess that would explain why you zoned out at the other places as well." Sirius said.
Draco just nodded.
"Well, what do you two really want in a home?" Remus asked looking at Draco.
"Harriet told me when we were on 7th date that she would want a elegant but simple two story home." Draco said.
"Hmm...did Harriet say what she considered elegant but simple?" Remus asked.
"Well, when she introduced me to muggle movies and the movies well movie that we were watching had an elegant but simple southern style mansion in it. The name of the movie was called 'GONE WITH THE WIND'; She said if we had a manor like that; it would be nice. Although, she said that it really wouldn't matter just as long as we were happy together." Draco said.
"So, Harriet introduced you to muggle things?" James questioned.
"Yes and she was comparing the similarities and differences between both the muggle world and the Wizarding World. Who knew that there were some similarities that we shared with the muggle world." Draco stated.
"What do you mean, Draco?" Lucius questioned.
Draco explained the similarities to his father as well as to the others. When he was finished; they were stunned as well as shocked.
"I assume that both of the worlds changed." James said.
"Yes, but the Wizarding World is behind a little bit; however, we are working on it. Oh and Sirius?" Draco said.
"Yeah?" Sirius said.
"Harriet casted a spell on the portrait of Headmaster Phineas Black and he is probably driving the Headmistress and the others crazy." Draco stated.
Sirius blinked and said, "Why did she do that?"
Draco smirked and said, "What would you expect with someone who Mauder's blood running through their veins?"
James chuckled and said, "That's true. "
