I walked into the classroom with Monika, hand in hand. We had been dating for about two weeks now, ever since I had pulled her out of the world of Undertale. Sure, it was strange, dating a self-aware A.I., but we were happy.

"Wow, late again?" Natsuki commented as we walked in. I had made Monika promise to not mess with any of the other girls, and so far she had held up her end of the bargain.

"Aw, you two are so cute together!" Sayori beamed. It was nice to be able to see all of the girls in their original personalities.

"Okay, everyone, let's get started!" Monika called out. Ever since we'd restored the club, I had tried to encourage more group activities. So, now we would all take turns choosing a book for everyone to read before discussing it, much like most literature clubs did in the real world. This week, Monika had chosen the book. She'd asked everyone to read Fahrenheit 451, a book that I'd heard of before but never actually read.

"So, what did you guys think?" she started.

"I find it horrible that someone would actually want to burn literature..." Yuri replied. Over the past few days, I'd noticed that she'd started to open up a little more in the club. I was impressed that she had actually initiated the conversation.

"Yeah, right? It's so depressing. I'm glad we don't burn books today!" Sayori added.

"Honestly, can you imagine if someone tried to use my manga to start a fire? That would suck," continued Natsuki.

"Yeah, it really is a shame. It's really unfortunate that there are a lot of people out there that think books are just useless pieces of paper," I finished. While I preferred to play video games in my spare time, I was still a pretty avid reader. That's why I really didn't mind becoming a part of the club, since it represented one of my other passions.

"I'm glad we can all agree that it's upsetting to read about the books being burned. That's why I chose this book, because I wanted to hear everyone's honest opinion on it." We talked for a while longer before it was finally time to leave. "Remember, tomorrow is Poetry Day!" Monika shouted as everyone left. That was another thing we had started. Rather than writing poems every night, we decided to make one day of the week devoted to poetry.

"I've still got to decide what my poem will be about. After all, I write fanfiction, not poems," I said.

"Hey, writing is writing," she replied. "I'm sure you'll figure something out." Suddenly, Monika clutched her head, as if in pain.

"Are you alright?" I asked, alarmed.

"Yeah, I'm fine...don't worry about it." I wasn't convinced.

"Monika, if there's something wrong, you can tell me."

"I'm fine!" she shouted, catching me off guard. Her eyes widened in horror.

"I...think I'm going to walk home by myself today...if that's okay?"

"...Alright. I'll see you tomorrow, then?"

"...Yeah." She left the classroom, and I closed the game. The mod I had installed caused the game to move in real time, and fixed the problem of Monika's 'nightmares', or whatever you call them. I was tempted to check her file, to see what was going on, but would she want that? Surely, if it was something serious, she would tell me, right? I'd try talking to her about it tomorrow, I needed to do my homework anyway.

Author's note: Okay, here we go! The sequel to my previous fic. If you have not read it, I strongly recommend that you do, otherwise you probably won't understand what is happening. Admittedly, I'm a little nervous about this one, since I don't have the plot as well thought out as the last one. Still, I'm hoping this one will turn out good. As you can see, while the last one mostly took place in Undertale's world, this one mostly takes place within the DDLC world. Anyway, I hope you look forward to it, and I'll see you soon!
