Chapter 21 – Weasley Alley
Lewis had all the no more than two representatives from all the major shops of the stores in Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley come to the Three Broomsticks. List of All Who Showed.

All the Weasley and Hogwarts teacher where there.
Lewis stood up and walked to front and said,
"Welcome to Hogwarts and the forming of New Hogsmeade.
We are going be securing Hogsmeade and it is becoming more of a part of Hogwarts. New security will be put in place.
Student's year four and up can come as long as their grads are good any time there not in class.
There will be a green circle behind there Hogwarts shield for approved year four and up students.
Students second and third years can came any time if there with their own sibling year forth and up or a sixth- and seventh-year student with a brotherhood symbol on their uniform,
which looks like the one on my robs. There will be numbers added to the uniforms. First years can come only on weekends with a sixth or seventh year brings them or again if their guardians approve them coming with an older sibling.
If students don't have a sibling arrangements can be made."
"What about prefects?" Asked Ollivander.
"We don't have those anymore. The brotherhood has taken over school security with the Aurors." Said Lewis.
"Adults that are not related to current students or teachers or staff must be approved by the headmaster with a background check done by the Aurora stuff and there will be a new office at the edge of New Hogsmeade, this security applies to all parts of Hogwarts including the Pitch."
"If you do not wish to be part of Hogsmeade
and Weasley Alley which is the new main street.
There will be no old Hogsmeade, for the safety of your customers and Hogwarts students the whole village must be secured. The increased security is for our safety.
Remember this town is here for the students and for their safety we are doing this."
"What if someone does not wish to be part of this?"
Asked Rosmerta. "If they don't follow the rules?"
"It is the safety of your valued customers,
is there saft not important to you?" Asked Lewis.
"And also so all students will be allowed."
"So, what do they do?" Asked Rosmerta.
"For those who care so little about the Hogwarts students,
I don't know. Was hopping all would care enough that it would not be a problem." Said Lewis. "Are you not wanting to move forward with us? Before you answer I want you to think on what is more important a little trouble because of the security,
or your convenience. I guess you be moved outside the wall,
but if you decide to do this. Stores outside the wall will be off limits to all students and teachers and staff."
"For the Deagon Alley business with no current building we will build them here. Everyone will have to go through a background check, and we will get you set up. Any questions let me know when the meeting is over. Thank you for your time. Please meet with Lupin to get your background check done for you and an employee you bring."
"If you fail the background check meet with me and Lupin and let's look why. Current Hogsmeade businesses first then Diagon Alley business who want a branch here.
Gringotts will be the first of the Diagon Alley business to be added but will still need background check."
"Also, if you need more employees form this point forward hire students in their fifth, sixth, or seventh years.
They must also be passing there classes,
if they fall behind, they lose the right to work.
They must pass classes before quidditch or work.
And they can't skip classes to work. Classes come first,
and grades come first."
"But why are we building new building there when we already have building in Diagon Alley." Asked Ollivander.
"Because when all is done Weasley Alley will be completely secure to family and current students during school supply time and we will be recommending students come here instead of Diagon Alley, for the safety of the current and future,
sons and daughters of Hogwarts."
"There will be an entry points in London at a New Inn we are building, and several other points across the world we are building, because again we are expanding Hogwarts."
Said Lewis, "Where family can visit. I know it feels like security over kill, but would rather have it and not need it then not have it and need it."
"Honestly there will be system put in place so anyone who wants to come to Hogwarts can afford it." Said Lewis,
"There is a found in place, and it is being feed."
"So will it be a requirement to buy from Weasley Alley."
Said Florean. "Will Diagon Alley be going away?"
"No. We still need Diagon Alley, for every day Wizards needs,
but when a family with future or current student go out,
I want them to come here. For their safety.
Because of the security put in. Diagon Alley is still needed for non-students and parents." Said Lewis. "But if they chose not to use the guaranteed safety of Weasley Alley,
but would like to when the Weasley Alley is set up,
the required may be added. Also remember as long as you give students a discount, there will be no rent,
our people handle maintenance and security."
A week later with passed background.
The Three Broomsticks Pub and Inn was the first,
so Lewis and Percy walked in.
"Not many know but the town is still owned by Lord Slytherin. So, if you want to move forward. We would love it."
Said Lewis. "All you staff have been checked by Lupin and good to move forward."
"Awesome." Said Rosmerta.
"We are going to be expanding the Three Broomsticks size,
so just keep up the good work." Said Lewis.
"That would be awesome." Said Rosmerta.
"Great." Said Lewis.
"You're a Firstie, are you not supposed to be escorted by a family member year four or higher." Asked Rosmerta.
"Your rule after all."
"I am," Said Lewis. "He both a fourth-year member of my family, and one of my guardians."
"Ah heard rummers Percy had an adopted son." Said Rosmerta.
"Did not think it was you through."
"I won the lottery, with Percy and Fred can't get better."
Said Lewis. "There is no way I could have been reborn
to a better family, then I was. Just so you know the new owner of the Leaky Cauldron is building one here to.
They are not planning on competing but work with you.
Remember more students and family means more than enough business for all."
"Who is it?" Asked Rosmerta.
"A large family of red heads." Said Lewis.
"Do I know them?" Asked Rosmerta.
"All but four of them, but you get to know them soon enough."
Said Lewis. "Three are now Hogwarts staff, three more you know already."
"Weasleys own the Leaky Cauldron?" Asked Rosmerta.
"With a few other business." Said Lewis.
"Can I buy two butterbeers?"
"Sure." Said Rosmerta.
Honeydukes Sweetshop and Candymakers was the next,
so Lewis and Percy walked in.
"We are happy to say you and your wife have passed the background check." Said Lewis. "Seem like shop is set up perfect, but if you need some work done on the ship let me know. We are not moving the shop. Just securing the town.
where it is. Hope you plain on moving forward with us.
You understand we are doing this for you customers safety.
For Hogsmeade was set up for the students no one else."
"Fine with me." Said Ambrosius.
"By the way the town just being secured,
but it is for the safety of your customers, our students."
Said Lewis. "They are important to us."
"If this mean making it safer for them,
them I am fine with it." Said Ambrosius.
"And what do you think you're doing Firstie?"
"He my forth year family member and guardian." Said Lewis.
"Oh, then your good." Said Ambrosius.
"Think I am going come up with something to pair,
Firsties and their family guides." Said Lewis.
"I love telling you my Dad, and Fred is Daddy,
but think this will make thangs easer."
Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop was next,
so Lewis and Percy walked in.
"Madam you're the only one at you shop?" Asked Lewis.
"I am, but I don't get very busy." Said Madam.
"You know I will start showing up more." Said Lewis.
"This place looks relaxing."
"It is." Said Madam. "Percy your, his escort."
"Nope never seen him before." Said Percy.
Lewis punched him in the shoulder. Looking hurt.
"Then Lewis going by your rules, back to the castle." She said.
"Dad, tell her." Said Lewis.
"I do. Both a Forth year family member of his,
and his guardian." Said Percy.
"Figure out a nice relaxing brew for me, and I will have a cup with you and my honey." Said Lewis, "You pass the check,
and you can move forward with us."
"That is good." Said Madam.
"You customers are important to you right,
which the numbers may be increasing." Said Lewis.
"They will?" Asked Madam.
"I foresee a party of six in now." Said Lewis.
Then Harry, Ron, Rob, and Oliver walked in.
Lewis went over and hugged and kissed him.
"Madam this is my far better looking half, my husband
Ron Weasley. This is my Mirror Harry and his husband Rob." Said Lewis. "This is Oliver. Hope the pop in is fine?"
"It is." Said Madam. "But your Firsties."
"There escort is Oliver Wood-Black." Said Lewis.
"I am not a Black." Said Oliver.
"Lord Black has a special interest in you." Said Lewis.
"Since one he likes, likes you. And he has already
made you a Black."
"He likes me?" Asked Oliver.
"I said someone he loves, loves you. Although Lord black does love you to. Some nice tea and hot ham and cheese sandwiches and some hot turkey and cheese sandwiches for the table."
Said Lewis. Then whispered into her ear.
"Sure, I can get a box of both of those to go." Said Madam.
"Never through I have an eleven-year-old ask for that."
"Awesome." Said Lewis, giving Ron a look.
Harry already smiling, looking at Rob.
"What?" Said the youngest Weasley twins.
Lewis Whispered into Ron's ear, a minuet latter Rob smiled, then Rob said, "Really Lewis."
Lewis smiled and said. "What, you know your twin likes it and
I know mine does."
She came back with the boxes, which Lewis translocated the boxes up to the room in his chest. Then she came back with four cups of tea, then a plate of sandwiches.
They ate them and drank the tea,
when more students came in and sat down,
soon the place was full. Lewis paid then said,
"Hope you enjoy the increased traffic. After Christmas I need
to reserve the restaurant for one Saturday." Said Lewis.
Then they walked out.
Lewis stopped Percy and asked, "How much do you like him."
"He nice and good." Said Percy.
"Good them clam it by Christmas." Said Lewis.
"What?" Asked Percy.
"Propose to him." Said Lewis.
"Might as well." Said Percy.
"Also, the more I can put under the Black Family the more that are safe." Said Lewis. "See there an arrangement made."
"Ok I will." Said Percy.
By this time there was a Wall around Homemade and the
The Train Station, Post Office, The Auror Security Office,
and a Large Inn for unapproved visitors to visit and watch quidditch matches built into the wall. When the security
checks passed. The Security barriers when up around Hogwarts, Hogsmeade, and the Quidditch pitch.
Then Lewis quietly followed Fred, and George as they entered Zonko's Joke Shop. Walked up behind them and then hugged Fred from behind, "Please let go of me." Asked Fred.
"Nope, your mine to hug." Said Lewis, "You can't stop me.
So, this is your favorite shop?"
"Where you come from?" Asked Fred. "So, you just going keep hugging me, right?"
"Yep, I will, Daddy." Said Lewis. "Unless Uncle George wants me to hug him instead. But I think the Jr Loki Twins might want to meet someone," Then driving Fred into the back of Zonko's,
with George following.
"So, you really like hugging now?" Asked George.
Then Lewis released Fred, then hugged George.
Uncle don't get jealous of you twin, I can hug you both.
And remember George, you got Harry to."
"I am not jealous." Said George.
"Till I moved in with you guys, only my twin hugged me,
it was more beating. Then you guys started the hugs.
Then I started liking it, now I can't stop." Said Lewis.
"Who is it?" Asked Fred.
"Do you want to meet the new co-owners of Zonko?"
Asked Lewis, "Would you?"
"Sure," said the middle twins.
"Awesome." Said Lewis.
"So, who is it?" Asked Fred.
"The name of the company that owns it is called Wiz Co,
The Red Head Alliance," said Lewis.
"Funny thang part of that was going be in our company name."
Said Fred. "We are going have to get our name back."
"Will dang." Said Lewis. "There is another option."
"What?" Said The Twins.
"The company is co-owned." Said Lewis. "By a family of red heads, large family to. Lots of boys. Even some adopted.
The one red head name is like the old king of England."
"What?" Said the middle twins.
"But how they get our name?" Asked Fred.
"You think they give it back?" Asked George.
"You told them, and no they will not." Said Lewis.
"Why it is ours." Said Fred.
"Will the guy who, took the name has been in your bedroom,
and loves to hug you." Said Lewis.
"What?" Asked the twins.
"Who do you think been in our bed," Said Fred.
"Lewis must have overheard you say that name."
Said Fred. "Also, large family of red heads, with adopted sons.
Old king of England, King Arthur."
"Now dad they would have gotten it at some point,
Daddy is not that think is he." Said Lewis.
"I was laying with you Fred, with Ron while you talked about the name you wanted to use."
"So, Daddy and Uncle get some of you items ready to put up front to one you pass you NEWTS, and Graduate you get to run this one and the one in Diagon Alley? Till them Belton, he the store manager till he ready to retire. He will help you till then."
"Do we own others?" Asked Fred.
"The Leaky Cauldron was the first and my favorite,
also Grands, Harry and I," said Lewis. "There Zonko which Daddy and Uncle George get to run after school, Eeylop's Owl Emporium and Magical Menagerie for Uncle Bill, Uncle Charley and Harry. Quality Quidditch Supplies for Rob, Ron, Harry,
and I. Flourish and Blotts Book Shop for Dad and me.
But have plains of adding more in the future."
"When you want to you but can be sneaky." Said Fred.
"My but is sneaky, through you use to call it cute." Said Lewis.
"Now it is both." Said Fred.
"I know the cute part Ron like looking at it." Said Lewis.
"But then again I think he has a cute but.
I can't keep my hands off it."
The Hog's Head Pub
Lewis and Percy walked into this inn and saw Aberforth Dumbledore, Lewis then said, "Hi Mr. Dumbledore."
"Before we start why did you removed my brother Dumbledore?" Asked Aberforth.
"He is a dangerous man." Said Lewis.
"Why was he dangerous to you?" Asked Aberforth.
"He wanted my boy here to vulnerary let someone kill him."
Said Percy. "For your brother's greater good.
Lewis found a better way where I don't have to lose him."
"You lost your sister because of him?" Asked Lewis.
"She is very nice-looking girl, you sister?"
"She is dead because of him, should have figured he planned something like that for you to." Said Aberforth.
"My Lilly and James also died because of him,
he laid a trap that led him to our doorstep." Said Lewis.
"He would not have even bothered my family otherwise."
"How do you know?" Asked Aberforth. "You talked to him."
"You brother dumped me on the doorstep of my Aunt's,
who were where abusive." Said Lewis, "He did not check on us once. Somehow Voldemort found out where we lived,
I think his original plan was to kill us. But he saw what was happening and removed the problem instead. He saved us and no longer wants us dead he learns of Dumbledore trap.
So then he put Hogwarts in danger so I had to remove him."
"It is him." Said Aberforth. "Are you going let The Hog's Head stay running and in Hogsmeade?"
"Yes, as long as you follow the new city rules,
that are here only to keep your customers,
my students here safe, and you don't have plains on killing off one of my students, my brethren, my family." Said Lewis.
"And you don't have contact with your brother.
Then I am happy for you to stay here,
as long as you don't do thangs you brother did. Also,
you staff passed the background check."
"I am fine with that." Said Aberforth. "I don't want anyone else to lose their Ariana. Dumbledore is evil."
"That he is." Said Lewis. "You are a good man. Nothing like your brother at all."
"Just through of something are you not a Firstie?"
Asked Aberforth. "Where your guide."
"Yes, I am a Firstie, there is a nice red head sitting there, no?"
Said Lewis. "Or is this handsome guy just in my head."
"No, he there, Percy is your family right." Said Aberforth.
"Yep, he mine. It is complicated." Said Percy.
"Guardian Charm was done on you by his parents."
Said Aberforth.
"Yes." Said Lewis.
"So, Harry is also yours to." Said Aberforth.
"Yes and no. He was adopted by my brothers,
Charley and George by the same charm, but we consider them to be ours as in Weasleys. So there both mine." Said Percy.
They then saw Lewis smiling, said Lewis, "Love being a Weasley."
"Even Ron and Rob?" Said Aberforth.
"Yes, but for different reasons." Said Lewis.
"We are there's, we Lewis and Harry claim them to."
"You and Ron or Rob where bonded." Said Aberforth.
"In one respect you two are alike, you are very smart,"
Said Lewis, "But I like you, don't you brother.
Ron was bonded with me, but we four are together in many ways.
We both have twins we love and are bonded."
Then Mr. Gladrags from Gladrags Wizardwear Clothing Shop,
and Ms. Malkin from Madam Malkin's Robe and Hogwarts Uniform Shop walked in at the same time.
"Mr. Dumbledore hope you don't mind us meeting here.
Should have asked first." Said Lewis.
"No, you good, go ahead." Said Aberforth.
"Thank you, might use here again. I have four more meeting at some point with Diagon Alley shop owners."
"Mr. Gladrags from Gladrags Wizardwear Clothing Shop,
and Ms. Malkin from Madam Malkin's Witchware,
I want both of you shops to open here.
The school population is going be increasing over the next few years and will be plenary of work for both of your shops.
Would almost suggest Mr. Gladrags shop be set up for the wizards and Ms. Malkin for the Witches." Said Lewis.
"Fine with me." Said Mr. Gladrags.
"Fine with me to." Said Ms. Malkin.
"Also, the background check come back and they were all good to, so opening your shop here will be fine Ms. Malkin,
and you are good to reopen Mr. Gladrags." Said Lewis.
"You shop front here in Hogsmeade is being built to.
Thank you, I am glad this is going work."
Then Lewis walked off for the last shop in Hogsmeade they have not meet up with Dervish and Banges Magical Equipment.
They walked in and Lewis' eye opened wide.
"This is like the craziest toy shop ever." Said Lewis.
"If you are coming to play here boy. I would leave now these are tolls not toys." Said Dervish. "So, you best leave now."
"Fine. You don't have to reopen." Said Lewis then walked
out with Percy.
Then Banges walked in, almost had a heart attack when he saw Lewis and Percy walking away. "What did you say to him?"
Asked Banges. "You just closed our shop, that was one of the Lords Slytherin. The boys who own this land."
"What." Said Dervish.
"You want to go apologize." Said Bangs. "I don't want to be kicked out of Hogsmeade. He left a letter saying by."
"Yes, I should. Might be able to keep a shop here."
Said Dervish. He ran out the front door.
Then banges herd giggling in a corner. Then Lewis and Percy reappeared. "So how long do you think he be before
he comes back."
"Give him ten minutes." Said Bangs.
"Do you have a problem with Hogwarts students as you customers? Because that will be you customer base."
Asked Lewis. "With the new security we are all you have."
"I do not. He might." Said Banges.
"Why not open a second shop on Diagon Alley." Said Lewis.
"Remember there no rent here, and Dervish can run that shop."
At that minuet Dervish walked back in and said,
"How did you get back here."
"Walked in when you open the door." Said Lewis.
"You two are the only ones that work here, right?"
"We are." Said Bangs.
"Both background checks have passed." Said Lewis.
"But would suggest not getting that way with you customers,
Mr. Dervish. I know their tolls. But they do look neat.
And would never treat them as toys."
By this time The Leaky Cauldron Pub Hogsmeade on Weasley Alley and The Leaky Cauldron Pub and Inn built into the wall where now built.
Mr. Florean who owns Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor
walked into the Leaky Cauldron Pub and Inn built into the new security wall around Hogsmeade.
"Mr. Florean you have two choices you can have a kitchen in the Leaky Cauldron Pub, and it can be served in both the Pub and also the Pub and Inn in the wall." Said Lewis.
"Also, a sign alongside the Leaky Caldron sign saying
'Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor' and 'Proudly Made and Served Here' at both locations. But you only need the employees for the kitchen attached to the Pub."
"I will do that." Said Florean, "But I want to train the employees that dishing out the ice cream."
"I am fine with that to." Said Lewis. "Was planning on using sixth- and seventh-year students for that."
"Don't we need to ask the owners of the Leaky Cauldron?"
Asked Florean. "Where is Tom?"
"At Diagon Alley." Said Lewis, "Since he is manager there.
Also the Leaky caldron is owned by a new family."
"Who?" Asked Florean.
"Nice bunch of red heads." Said Lewis.
"You own it?" Asked Florean.
"Will my family." Said Lewis.
"Yes, House Weasley or at least those that live at the Borrow,
don't know any Weasleys past there." Said Lewis.
Gringotts Bank Hogwarts Branch was the next on the list,
and Mr. Griphook was there with a goblin that was high
up in the ranks also.
"While not a requirement, I would like Mr. Griphook to be in charge of the branch here at Weasley Alley." Said Lewis.
"Remember we are charging no rent."
"That is fine with us." Said the Goblin, "But why him."
"I like this guy, and he was also my first contact with your bank when I came back to the magical world." Said Lewis.
"Fine." Said the Goblin.
"So far, we talked about the design in progress.
The vaults here are kid vaults, or family vaults used for school where parents and guardians or family can deposit Gold into their accounts from the main branch also way to dule access vaults from both Diagon alley locations and this one.
The vault doors on this side need to be only openable from this side as an extra security." Said Lewis.
"How many other full-time staffers do you want to work here.
You also welcome to hire sixth and seventh years to help out at times, there grades must meet standards. To keep the job.
Mind you we are about to open up the school to goblin as well,
so I would like to meet with goblin kids around nine to fourteen.
And start adding goblins that want to come and join us.
If you can recruit some Mr. Griphook."
"I bet you my triplet sons will come." Said Griphook.
"Get them here and I can talk to them and check." Said Lewis.
"Would love to have them here. We are adding more,
as any other Wizard or Witch that would like to come no matter what they may happen to be, in the progress of adding centaurs and would like to make it know now. Let's get this bank finished.
I would like the bank done by the start of next term,
or at least most of we can always add more account space latter." The meeting was braking up.
"When do you want to meet with my sons?" Asked Griphook.
"They live here with you right?" Asked Lewis.
"No." Said Griphook.
"Then get them moved in with you first." Said Lewis.
"Is that you whole family?"
"No got two daughters one years younger, and a wife."
Said Griphook.
"First let's move them all here." Said Lewis.
"Then I can meet with them, let me know will help you to."
Said Lewis. "We can add you daughters to as Witches."
"Will do." Said Griphook.
Ollivander's Wand Shop was next on the list.
"Mr. Ollivander, how have you been?" Asked Lewis.
"Been fine. Those wands been treating you good."
Asked Ollivander.
"Been using the Phoenix core." Said Lewis. "What do you know about the other wand? Who gave it to you.
You did not make it, this I know this wand.
This wand is far too old for you to have made it.
Dumbledore did give it to you, why was he wanting me to have it or needing me to?"
"You not asking about part of it are you." Asked Ollivander.
"Yes Dumbledore did give it to you. He needed you to have it.
It is a very old wand, so I did not make it.
Do you, have it?"
"No, it is my Vault in a small safe." Said Lewis.
"Something about it started making me uneasy.
I think Dumbledore he got this wand from Grindelwald."
"So, you know what this wand is?" Asked Ollivander.
"I have been doing my homework on the Deathly Hollows.
You don't think that could be the master wand?" Asked Lewis.
"You know where the other two parts are do you?"
Asked Ollivander. "I am sure you do."
"If it is the master wand, I will be leaving it there for now."
Said Lewis, "Where it is safe, are you ready to open the new shop here? We can set up a portal only you can use."
Said Lewis. "My through was a portal in the Leaky Calderon Inn and Pub. This one so we you only have to have the one shop."
"That is fine with me." Said Ollivander.
"Already have it set up, so do you mind teleporting me to your ship?" Asked Lewis. "So, I can set up the last part."
"Sure," Said Ollivander.
They teleported to Diagon Alley and walked to his shop.
Lewis then set up the portal on the wall, connecting it.
They then walked through it back into the Calderon Inn and Pub.
Behind a door. "Just remember to keep this door locked and when someone needs you, they will push the doorbell."
Said Lewis. "Then come and get them. Although during supplies week I would suggest locking the Diagon Alley side and opening this side."
The last shop was Scrivenshaft's Quill and Stationary Shop,
and the owner showed up. He sat down at the table,
"Mr. Scrivenshaft how are you doing?"
"Good so far." Said Scrivenshaft.
"You staff passed background checks." Said Lewis.
"We are also working on your building."
While Lewis was setting up the new Hogsmeade, Lil was spending time with Gen. Then Lil asked, "You love the Dads?"
"Yes," Said Gen.
"You know he waiting." Said Lil.
"Who is?" Asked Gen.
"Dad, Lewis." Said Lil, "I need you to make me shadows.
Lewis is waiting on you to ask him."
"You want shadows, and ask what?" Asked Gen.
"He wants you to ask him for Marriage, then kids, ask him,
or I might set up Lewis with someone else, I want shadows." Said Lil. "Make me some."
"If I do soon, are you going lay with me?" Said Gen.
"Lewis is playing in the woods," Said Lil. "Are you going play with me? Play with me, play with me."
"Sure," Said Gen, then flipped Lil over, "Dirty boy,
time for a cleaning." Then started cleaning him with her tung.
He finely shuttered then collapsed.
