Chapter 31 – The New Answer to Azkaban
The Major Lords of great Britain where called.
"Thank you for coming." Said Lewis. "We know who we all are,
but I will make sure we do. Lord Potter, Peverell, Slytherin, Black who is me, Lewis, and Harry James Potter.
Then Lord Neville Longbottom, then Lord Arthur Weasley,
and his hairs Charley, Bill, Percy, Fred, George, Ron and Rob, then his girls Gen and Mo. Then Lord Marcus Flint,
then Lord Draco Malfoy, then Lord Aberforth Dumbledore and his beloved little sister Ariana Dumbledore.
This is the major houses of Great Britain."
"Why are we here?" Said Arthur.
"What?" Asked Aberforth. Lewis looked at him. "She died."
Then Ariana walked in, "I recently found her, she been returned to good health and she been returned to good mental health.
Through you might want her back. Albus had her caged up.
I took her from Albus, but to help her. Protect her,
Lord Dumbledore. I know what it is like for Albus to take those that you love away. Do you not want her? We will keep here,
sure Grand won't care."
"Yes, I do, Thank You, Lewis." Said Aberforth. She ran to him,
now hugging him. "Your mine."
"So, big bro. Can I stay with you at the Hog's Head?"
Asked Ariana. "Help you run it?"
"You're his now, of course you can." Said Lewis.
"Is Albus still at Hogwarts?" Asked Ariana.
"Nope, I fired his ass." Said Lewis. "Lots have changed,
you went to school there, right?"
"I was about to start my forth year." Said Ariana.
"So, your fourteen?" Asked Lewis.
"This summer we will have private review lessons," Said Lewis.
"Then we start you on your fifth year in September.
We got some great teachers. Dumbledore's your welcome to talk to me more after this."
"Why are we here, glad he got his sis back through,"
Said Arthur. "She is a good one."
"The place I just spent the last week, should not exist,
and I am making it my life mission to remove it." Said Lewis.
"Where did you spend the last week?" Asked Ariana.
"May you never know Azkaban." Said Lewis, "Still having nightmares, don't think that will stop soon."
Ariana started to go and hug him, but Gen went and hugged him instead. "I am sure you a sweet girl, but Gen already claimed me and now has several boy that are her." Said Lewis.
"So, I should be careful, she might bite back." Said Ariana.
"Is there a Potter that not been claimed by a girl?"
"Yes," Said Lewis, "She will. No on an unclaimed Potter boys."
"I don't have a girl." Said Lil.
"You have a lot of claims on you." Said Lewis. "But just so you don't forget you mine, only mine, I do bite."
"Yes, but you are not a girl, you are my Daddy." Said Lil.
"Still, your mine." Said Lewis. "You mom can sometime have you,
but I will find you someone someday."
"What about her?" Asked Lil.
"Lets talk to her first. Otherwise, I do bite." Said Lewis,
"You my pup, it my place to protect you."
"What are we here for again?" Asked Arthur.
"Lord Weasley, we are here to remove and replace Azkaban with a new system. Azkaban is a waste and unjust.
We have a one punishment no matter the crime. Littering and killing are not the same thang. I want to make a regular jail for regular crimes, without Dementors. They will no longer guard minor crimes or guarding prisoners. Torcher is not the answer.
Dementors will be used in new ways retrained and guarding dangerous prisoners, or helping Aurors capture dangerous criminals, the kiss is gone." Said Lewis, "It is not a truly legal punishment, and is a true waste, families that the crime was done against, it does not help."
"So, what do we do?" Asked Draco.
Lewis put a poster up. "This, it is called an imp-a-slave,
people that do major crimes get there memory completely wiped, get turned into one of those, there genderless, without memory, without identity. That on them is a rubber skin,
they will replace house elves."
"There will also be artificial made imp-a-slave, but the one who comment the extreme crimes, like murder, kidnapping,
or worse." Said Lewis. "So, the victims will receive the criminals that affect these victims as a slave for life and become
that family property."
"How do you make them genderless? OR Permanently remove their memories and identity." Asked Arthur.
"There a two potations that acts as a catalyst, one removes all female organs, another that removes all male organs."
Said Lewis, "When done they become that, the organs are gone, but the criminal's family, if the criminal is female. Can requests there eggs for storage, or balls from the males."
"So, they only have an ass?" Asked Arthur.
"They still must eat and drink to live, and waste must come out."
Said Lewis. "So buts are still needed. They will instead have a rubber like skin, no close needed, since they only have an ass,
no parts to show on the front. Only the family they serve can see them, but if there mistreated. They get removed from that family, no punishing them, no starving them. If they get injured or starved, they get returned to the Ministry of Imps,
healed and get moved to Hogwarts. So still helping the world, not just becoming a waste."
"I don't see a problem with that." Said Arthur.
"Never do I," Said Draco.
"It should be done," Said Aberforth.
"What happens to the elves?" Asked Arthur.
"They become citizens, we will train them as Wizards and Witches. As soon as the equal rights laws go into effect.
Those working at Hogwarts will be free and get paid,
get homes and families and kids if they want them.
Hogwarts will take care of there like always.
But we also have Centaurs, Goblins, and other who want to come.
We will be one people." Said Lewis. "Do we all support this."
All was in agreement.
The British ministry of magic was called along with the British magical court system and Azkaban, and all the major
Lord of Great Britton.
Lewis explained the plain. "This is more ethical then slowly killing them over time for nothing, with this we help those who are wronged. This way the victims of the offender are helped.
There not just a waste of life."
"Also, the major houses have put their full support behind this." Said Arthur. "Seem so much better, the dementors kiss,
it is wrong, and a waste."
"My understanding of that is they are turned into zombies,"
Said Lewis, "Not dead, not alive."
"That is correct." Said Lupin.
"What happens to those living corpses." Asked Lewis.
Lupin through, then said, "I don't know."
"Figure it out," Said Lewis, "Let me know."
"As one who has been wronged by someone in Azkaban,
I agree. This must end and we must start this." Said Nev.
"But why change this?" Asked Fudge.
"Fudge, tell you what. Spend a fucken week in Azkaban,
and then come in ask me that question." Said Lewis, now mad.
"Guarantee your worst memory is a day dream compared,
to my two that where one auto replay there."
The vote was cast, and decided to start putting this in effect every weekend.
"What happens to those criminals who victims don't want them,
what happens to them?" Asked Fudge.
"They can be donated to Hogwarts, we will need a lot,
or give them to a friend. Only the artificial made one can be sold in any way." Said Lewis.
The vote was cast, again vote was complete for.
"The next vote is for freeing the Elves, and equal rights for all,
including Centaurs, Goblins, Werewolves, Giants, Elves,
and others. We will be bringing any who want to come to Hogwarts there to get trained." Said Lewis. "We are already expanding the campus in advance for this."
"Again, all the Lords agree and support this." Said Arthur.
The vote was cast, again vote was complete for.
They submitted the new laws.
"We must start organizing Azkaban, and notify the family wronged by the criminals in Azkaban, and harvest the egg and seed organs of those who are the last of their family lines. Figure out what the families want to do with them,
those unwanted can be sent to Hogwarts." Said Lewis,
"But don't just ask the adults ask the whole family."
"We will," Said Lupin.
They teleported back into their room, Arthur to his office.
Everyone started showing up. Lewis sent off an owl to Lupin.
Lupin,
Talking to Nev when I get you owl back. Want to get the three Lestrange. Bellatrix, Rudolphus, and Rabastan, and Barty Crouch, Jr. Already for their punishment. Since Bella is a Black my Doctor will save the eggs in a Vault, I have for this,
same goes for the balls of all the guys to.
Lewis.
"Dobby." He showed. "While you are still my husband,
you are now free. All elves are free."
Then Lil clothed for once.
"Lil, are you horney?" Asked Lewis
"I am mini you, always." Said Lil.
"There something we need to do Gen and Lil."
Said Lewis, then Lewis stood up picked up Lil and
walked to his room sat on the bed Lil now in front of him.
"Lil come here," Said Lewis, hugged him, "Now to fix this."
Lewis smiling then slowly stripping Lil. "Nice that was fun,
look, Gen has more layers." Stripping her.
"Now can you two, fix me." Said Lewis. They stripped Lewis.
Then Dobby walked in. "Dobby, your overdressed."
"I am?" Asked Dobby.
"Yes, but this can be fixed." Said Lewis, stripping Dobby.
Then sitting him in Lewis' lap and hugging him.
"You are my husband, but me and Gen are the health checkers,
and Gen is the caregiver. All the nuts in here are hears to.
She likes to wash them." Said Lewis.
"Dobby, need a bath." Said Gen.
"That fine, but I heading to the toilet first." Said Lewis.
He walked into the bathroom with her following,
then she aimed and he went. She shock. "You and your magic touch, always empty when you done."
"I need to go." Said Dobby.
"Gen can I this time." Said Lewis.
"My job." Said Gen.
"Let me this time, remember he still need a bath." Said Lewis.
"Sure," Said Gen.
Then Lewis lined up Dobby and aimed, then he went.
"Gen now it is time for your fun." Said Lewis.
Lil ran in and said, "Mom, I full."
She ran up and grabbed him and aimed and empty.
Lewis walked out and Lil was following. "Lil want to have fun?" Asked Lewis.
"Sure," Said Lil. Then Lewis Laid down, got Lil on top.
Then started playing with Lil getting him ready.
Then got him up, and finished him off.
Then Dobby and Gen came out and Gen said, "He all clean now,
Lil it your turn, dirty boy."
"No, mom, I am having fun out here." Said Lil.
"Lil, I can get you dirty again." Said Lewis. "I am good at it,
Mom just wants to play."
He through it over, and said, "Sure, Mom. I got to go again."
"Lil, go to the toilet," Said Lewis, "I need to do a quick check."
He run in with Gen, Lewis following then he watched Lil go.
Then he sat on the seat, and checked Lil over, then healed him.
"You had a small problem you good now."
"What was wrung dad?" Asked Lil.
"The tubes connecting your balls to you and there a tube in your sausage, they were damaged as well as your balls."
Said Lewis, "Did someone hurt you somehow?"
"Not that I know of." Said Lil.
"Scanning your memories." Said Lewis. "Need to know."
He scanned Lil memories finding nothing. "Found nothing,
not sure who or how. I will be working with you to check repressed memories."
"Sure," Said Lil.
"When you figure out who did it what going happen?" Asked Gen.
"You going gut them like a fish?" Asked Lil.
"Nope there will get an imp-o-slave." Said Lewis. "Gen you can give him a bath now." Lil went into the bathroom smiling.
Then Lewis laid down with Dobby, hugging him, then playing with Dobby ass. "So, you like playing with my ass?"
"Yes, do you not like it?" Asked Lewis.
"I do." Said Dobby, "Figured you like the front more."
"I won't forget him." Said Lewis. "But Dobby you have a nice ass, must play with it."
Lil run out of the bathroom, landing next to Lewis, then started playing around with Lewis' ass. Then Gen said, "You Potters."
"Yes, but you love us and you know it." Said Lewis.
"I do." Said Gen, then Ron walked in.
Ron looked at Gen, "My duties, love them."
She followed Ron in, then Lewis followed then in.
"You got a double." Said Lewis, she grabbed then both and aimed then they went.
"I like doubles." Said Gen.
"That she does." Said Ron.
Then Lil ran back in with Dobby. "Double Mom, Doble Mom."
Said Lil. "Double mom, double mom."
Dobby smiled, then added, "Yaa, Mom a double."
She smacked both their butts, then grabbing them both,
aiming them making them go.
"Mom, you have me empty now." Said Dobby.
"She knows how to do that." Said Lil.
"So, who you Dad?" Asked Dobby.
Lewis grabbed Dobby ass, Lil said, "The guy grabbing you butt."
"Yaa, you do seem to have his ass thang don't you." Said Dobby.
"Who do you think I got it from?" Said Lil.
"He is definitely a Mini-Lewis." Said Gen.
"Good, I glad you all know who he belongs to." Said Lewis.
"Yes, they know Dad." Said Lil, "I am hers."
Lewis grabbed Lil then walked to the bed and sat pulled him into a hug and started tucking him, "You are who's again?"
"Mom's." Said Lil. Still tickling him, now he was squirming.
"Wrong answer." Said Lewis. "So, here the retraining,
your mine, only mine." Grabbing Lil and playing.
"But you said I was Moms to," Said Lil.
"Yaa, I let her think that to," Said Lewis.
"No, I know Lil is all your, but just happy to have him,
when I can get his little ass," Said Gen.
Lewis pulled Gen onto the other side, now tickling Gen to.
"Now I got my boy and girl, now who do you belong to?"
Said Lewis. "Who girl are you Gen and Lil who boy are you?"
Now tickling them both. "So?"
"We are yours." Said Gen and Lil.
"Good," Said Lewis, still tickling.
"Are you going stop, Dad?" Asked Lil.
"Oh, this is so cute, you through that was going make me stop." Said Lewis. "How cute. No those are my parts, like touching them, licking them." Then licked them both all over,
"Your both so sweet."
"Are you going eat us next?" Asked Lil.
Lewis through on it, "Now you have him thinking on Tocos and Sausage and Meatballs." Said Gen.
"Now I just have to decide on weather I go toco or sausage first." Said Lewis, smiling with an evil grin.
"I think I want toco first wile, while I warn up the sausage."
Said Lewis. "Then sausage, then more toco, more sausage,
might even have them at the same time."
"What about your sausage." Said Gen.
"You know you welcome to play with him anytime," Said Lewis,
"Not like you asked before."
They laid down, and played for the next hour,
including Lewis entire circle.
Lewis,
They are ready and waiting for the meeting. Bellatrix eggs and organ has been removed by your Doctor and prepared for saving in your vault. As has three boys' balls. They don't know what happening but are ready.
Lupin
Then went to talk to Nev.
"Nev are you ready to make decisions on the criminals that hurt you Mom and Dad?" Asked Lewis, "Do you just want to decide,
and let me pass the decisions for you."
"Who all did it?" Asked Nev.
"Twin brothers Rudolphus and Rabastan Lestrange,
and Rudolphus wife Bellatrix Lestrange, and Barty Crouch, Jr."
Said Lewis. "We can turn them into imps for you.
Then you can help decide what to do with them.
They can always be your and if you want to just have one at your command at all times. Remember they have no memories."
"Bella did the most damage," Said Nev, "I want her full time,
other three can help at Hogwarts, unless we need extreme cleaning at one of the family houses."
"Fine with me," Said Lewis. "Do you want me to do this for you?"
"I will come with you," Said Nev.
Dean walked in, "Dean can you come with us, if I asked you to get Nev out do so."
"You going to punish Bella?" Said Dean.
"Also, Nev you can give Dean one to." Said Lewis.
"He can have Barty Jr," Said Nev. "And the two brothers can be used at Hogwarts."
They teleported to the visitor's room at Azkaban,
Bella, Barty Jr, and the Lestrange twin where in the room.
"You are being punched for your crimes," Said Lupin,
"Nev, they wronged your, and you get to choose where you go."
"What was cut out of me?" Asked Bella.
"Something you did not need." Said Lewis, "It was Black family property. Your eggs where saved. You are becoming a slave.
You will be giving back to Wizard kind."
"Is that what happened to us to?" Asked Barty.
"Yes, you four are the end of your lines." Said Lewis.
"So, you cut our nuts out?" Asked Rabastan.
"Yes," Said Lewis., "Not me through, a doctor."
"Barty you first." Said Lewis.
"What going happen to us?" Asked Rabastan.
"You going to serve those you wronged," Saud Lewis,
"Your body will change."
"How?" Asked Bella.
Lewis pulled a poster out and showed them.
"We will look like that?" Asked Bella.
"Yes, seeing how you an ass, that all you get to keep," Said Lewis.
"Something tell me it does not matter." Said Rabastan.
"He right, the last thang you lose is Memories and Identity."
Said Lewis, "So you don't know who you are."
"My slave will be Bella, and giving my boyfriend, Dean Thomas,
Barty Jr, for now the Lestrange twin are still mine but at the use of Lewis and Hogwarts." Said Nev.
"Now strip all four of you." Said Lewis.
"No," Said the four.
"You think that going work?" Asked Lewis.
"Yes," Said Bella.
"You four are slaves, you got no rights." Said Lewis.
Then there close started falling to shreds, nothing left.
"Boys, drink the blue bottles." Said Lewis.
They did so, there bat started disappearing and then they started shrinking and their skins became rubbery.
Then the one that was Barty Jr, was next to Dean,
"Dean what do you want to call it?" Asked Lewis.
"Shiny," Said Dean.
"So, I am shiny?" Asked Shiny.
"Shiny, I, Dean, and Nev can see you only." Said Lewis.
"You are to be at his house during the summer,
and clean for him at school when he there."
Then the other two where next to Lewis, and he said,
"You a Rub and Dub," Said Lewis. "You clean for me and while I am at Hogwarts you can for us there. You are not to be seen.
If that understood? Unless it is by one of my inner circle.
You ok with that Nev."
"Sure." Said Nev.
"Bella drink that pink one." Said Lewis.
"No," Said Bella.
"That funny she think she has a choice," Said Lewis.
"I do," Said Bella.
"You're a slave, what part of that do you not understand,"
Said Lewis. "You don't make choices any more slave,
you take them." Then her arms snaped to her side,
and fell to the ground."
"What do you do to me?" Asked Bella.
"Did you not go to school?" Asked Lewis.
"I did," Said Bella.
"Nev, you know right?" Asked Lewis. "You're a smart boy."
"She stupid, right." Said Nev. ""Full body bind curse."
"Yaa, she did not study at school, she did not apply herself,
noting like our Gen and Mo and Mione." Said Lewis.
"You have the Dark Princess and the Prince?" Asked Bella.
"Yes, I took them away from his parents for mistreating them." Said Lewis. "Which made them both blacks, there mine now.
Tom knows the rules, he can't touch what is mine."
Lewis, Dean, and Nev where now in the room with her,
"Do you want to play with that before we turn her?"
Asked Lewis. "It will be gone soon."
Nev was looking at it, "Girl part are different." Said Nev.
Then he touched it. Then grabbed the pink position,
then they disappeared, now in Nev and Dean room.
"Why can't I fell that?" Asked Bella.
"Nerves are not attached," Said Lewis, "Tom picks some stupid followers. You see when I picked my inner circle, I picked only the best and they sleep in my family rooms, and house.
I protect my people, no matter what."
"I am the best?" Asked Nev.
"Of course, you are, is that not right Dean." Said Lewis,
Then Lewis smacked Nev's ass, "I don't want you to think less of yourself. We know you are the best."
"That right Nev, you are greatest." Said Dean,
kissing Nev and hugging him.
"But my Grand says I am bad," Said Nev. "She hates me,
she called me a squib. Worthless. She was ashamed of me.
But I did not want to show off, I had control of my magic."
"Yaa, you ours now." Said Lewis. "She does not get you no more."
"What about my parents?" Asked Nev.
"Depends on what they say." Said Lewis. "Do you two want to play with her till I get back, her muscles and nerves are disabled, and her magic is gone permanently. Make use of her.
Just stay away from her mouth."
"Nev one more thang." Said Lewis.
They striped. "What?" Asked Nev.
He pulled Nev in front of him. "Don't think of yourself as worthless," Said Lewis, stared patting Nev ass.
"I will stop, why do you view me so highly?" Asked Nev.
"You're the fifth person at Hogwarts I meet." Said Lewis.
"I meet you on the train. Who meet you first?" Asked Nev.
"I meet Percy roommates in his room at Hogwarts,
me and Harry spent a month at Hogwarts before we started school, we got in trouble for sneaking off." Said Lewis.
Then they started having fun, and Lewis left.
Lewis went back to the ministry with Gen,
then Moody and Fudge came back in and he Fudge said,
"He is now your."
"Leave him with us, we will change him." Said Lewis.
He left with just Lewis and Gen.
"Yes, but I can make modifications." Said Lewis. "Strip."
"No," Said Mad Eye.
"Oh, that fine, don't need you to." Said Lewis, then Lewis used a spell on him and his close disappeared.
"Drink this." Said Lewis.
"What does it do?" Asked Mad Eye.
"You will only be able to be seen by Weasleys and Potters.
You can't leave Weasleys or Potter properties we assign you to.
Unlike the others you will keep just your balls and bat,
but all other male organs are gone. No memory nor identity."
Said Lewis. "We like nuts in this family, and you are now permanent property of the Weasley-Potters."
"I will not drink that." Said Mad Eye.
"You think you have a choice." Said Lewis. The jar was now
empty, and his skin started changing and he had all smooth skin,
and balls and bat up front and an ass.
"You name is now Balls." Said Lewis.
"My name is now Balls?" Said Balls.
"Balls just stand there." Said Lewis.
"Ok," Said Balls.
"Gen, he your too and Lil and other Weasleys." Said Lewis.
"Balls, you're going to our room, stand there don't move."
"Yes, sur." Said Balls and was now gone.
Lewis translocated with Gen back to there room,
where Lil was circling Balls. "What is this?" Asked Lil.
"Out new toy, you can play with him, and you in charge of him,
to keep this room clean." Said Lewis.
"He Mad-Eye," Said Lil.
"He was," Said Lewis, "But he not anymore, so be nice to him,
and have fun with him." Lil started playing with him, "He is no longer loaded, my doctor unloaded him."
