"Well, Agent Hill, have we learned anything more about the girl other than her allergies and ancestry?" Director Fury asked from his desk. Hill placed a file onto his desk.

"We took some photographs and thoroughly examined her while she was unconscious. Though, we had to keep giving her more anesthesia she woke up every twenty minutes, even when we gave her the maximum amount of anesthetic for her size. Besides the fact, she appears to have about 228 total scars on her body, either from knives, bullets, or simply repeated abrasion, such as physical abuse or beatings. They are especially prominent on her arms and abdomen. No broken bones, but several large shards of glass that were removed. And she appears to be missing several essential reproductive organs from her body."

"And I bet she didn't get these from school bullies."

"I suspect not, sir."

"Can I see that?" Agent Hill and Director Fury both turned around, startled to see Agent Romanoff standing there. She examined the photographs of the girl's scars, her eyes quickly darting around in thought. She paused and stared at the large scar over the girl's abdomen.

"Look familiar, Romanoff?"

"Eerily." She said, fighting the urge to place her hand over an identical scar she had in the same spot.
