A/N:

So Bella met Mr and Mrs Weasley as well as Fred and George in the last chapter. This chapter is going to focus on Harry learning that he's a wizard and has a twin sister.

Harry's P.O.V:

"Aunt Petunia?" Harry questioned, walking into the living room and feeling relieved to see that his uncle Vernon wasn't there since he had asked a question and while his aunt Petunia liked it when he asked questions his uncle Vernon did not. In fact Harry knew that uncle Vernon despised Harry so much that he had argued with his aunt Petunia that Harry shouldn't have the spare room at all that he should have the cupboard under the stairs. Harry internally smirked at that argument because his aunt Petunia had won and Harry had his own room, much to uncle Vernon's displeasure.

Thankfully Dudley didn't turn out much like Vernon. Harry thought as he looked at his aunt quizzically.

Looking around, Harry noticed a giant of a man and a woman sitting on the couch while both Petunia and Harry's cousin Dudley were sitting on the chairs on the opposite side of the living room.

"What's going on?" Harry asked nervously. Nothing strange had happened around Harry in the past couple of weeks, which he found strange because strange things always happened around Harry.

"Sit down, Harry." Petunia said, looking uncomfortable.

"What's going on?" Harry demanded rather forcefully as he looked between Petunia and the two newcomers.

It was then that the woman Harry had never met before spoke up. Explaining what really happened to Harry's parents, that he had a twin sister named Bella who happened to be a metamorphmagus and half Veela and that he was a wizard and that Bella was a witch.

"Does Isabella know about us?" Petunia asked, startling Harry as she had remained quiet throughout Professor McGonagall's speech.

"Yes. I took Isabella to Diagon Alley this morning after explaining everything to her. She's an amazing girl, and in control of her metamorphmagus abilities. So in control that she can change her hair colour with just a scrunch of her nose."

"What colour hair does she have?" Harry asked, looking at the picture of his parents that McGonagall had given him and hoping that she had dark hair like he did.

"Bella has the same hair colour as your mother, but I believe that she prefers to have either bright hot pink hair or emerald green hair with silver streaks just like the colours of Slytherin house." McGonagall said, smiling slightly as Harry laughed when he remembered that McGonagall had explained about Hogwarts and the different houses. "Bella also hates being called by her full name of Isabella and prefers to be called Bella. Today when she was called Isabella by myself and a family from the wizarding world her hair turned a bright vivid red that resembles a muggle fire truck."

"That is so cool." Dudley said, shocking Harry as Harry had completely forgotten that his cousin and aunt were still in the room.

"What exactly is a Veela?" Petunia asked, looking confused.

Harry listened intently as the teacher in front of him explained to Petunia what Veela were.

"So Bella has white-gold hair, is extremely beautiful who will take on a very unpleasant appearance when angry?" Petunia asked, looking concerned for the niece she had never met.

"No. Because Bella is only half Veela and a metamorphmagus she won't be able to do that unless she was full Veela. And because of her metamorphmagus abilities, Bella's hair colour will be whatever colour she wants it to be; including her natural auburn colour." McGonagall explained, making Petunia relax under Harry's gaze.

"Can I go? Please. I'd like to meet my sister." Harry asked almost pleadingly as he looked at his aunt.

"If you allow Harry to go then he will spend the rest of the holidays with the same family that is hosting Bella." McGonagall said, making Harry hopeful that Petunia would allow him to go so that he didn't have to spend the last two weeks of the summer holidays near uncle Vernon who would surely make his holiday hell.

"Of course you can go, Harry. I'd also like to meet your sister whenever she feels comfortable." Petunia said, smiling at Harry.

"Now go pack your stuff and I will send it to the Weasley's and take you to Diagon Alley." Professor McGonagall said to a grinning Harry.

Rushing out of the living room a happy Harry rushed to his bedroom that his Aunt Petunia had insisted he use, much to uncle Vernon's displeasure who always tried to make his life as miserable as possible, Harry's grin couldn't get any bigger as he thought about meeting his sister, the only connection he had to his parent he had apart from his aunt.

"I'm ready." Harry said ten minutes later and dragging a large backpack behind him that had once belonged to Dudley, before he broke the zipper which Harry had immediately fixed with what he now knew to be accidental magic, when the Dursley's went on holiday the previous summer and Vernon had left Harry with Mrs Figg who lived two streets away.

Grinning Harry hugged his aunt and waved at his cousin, who only ever bullied him when Vernon and his friends were around but was always secretly in his corner as Professor McGonagall magicked his backpack to the Weasley's before gently taking Harry, who made sure his school backpack was firmly on his shoulders, by the hand and apparating the both of them and Hagrid to The Leaky Cauldron before going back to Hogwarts to inform the headmaster that both Potter twins would be attending Hogwarts in September and would be staying with the Weasley's for the remainder of the school holidays.

Bella's P.O.V:

Bella glanced around the Weasley's living room, feeling uncomfortable. It had been two hours since Professor McGonagall had left her with the Weasley's and she was bored, having read the copy of Magical Drafts and Potions as well as almost all of another potion book that McGonagall had explained was for older students at Hogwarts but Bella wanted to read because she always liked to be prepared. Ever since she could remember, Bella had always liked to read and was ambitious as well as cunning.

"Bella, dear, lunch is ready." Mrs Weasley said, who Bella noticed looked at her braided hair which was now green and silver hair distrustfully.

Nodding, Bella followed a boy she knew to be one of the twins but didn't know if it was Fred or George into the small kitchen where she was promptly introduced to Ron, who would be joining Bella at Hogwarts as another first year, Percy who was going to be in his fifth year and a prefect, and Ginny who wouldn't be starting Hogwarts until Bella was in her second year. She was also properly introduced to Arthur Weasley and the identical twins Fred and George.

Bella looked at the meal that was in front of her, a cottage pie with carrots, peas and gravy, and felt nauseous at the thought that she would be meeting her brother soon and struggled to eat.

After lunch, Bella decided to go into the room that Mrs Weasley had said that she and Harry were going to using since her two oldest children, Bill and Charlie, had already finished at Hogwarts and were away working.

Sighing as she relished in the quietness, Bella grabbed her backpack and placed both books back into the bag carefully and took out A Standard Book of Spells Grade One before closing the zipper again and opening the zipper to the little pocket that was on the front of the bag and pulled out the pouch that McGonagall had given her after explaining that it contained some of her mother's most prized possessions that were now hers when they first met.

Opening the pouch and gently tipping the contents on the bed she was sitting on, Bella noticed that it contained some hair clips with 'All my love, James.' Inscribed on each of them, a ring which her father had given to her mother which had a heart shaped emerald in the centre with tiny red diamonds surrounding it and a necklace which had the same emerald heart shaped stone and tiny red diamonds surrounding it as the ring which Bella couldn't help but notice was slightly larger than that of the heart that was on the ring. As she looked closer at the ring Bella saw the words 'All my love, James' were written on the inside of the ring.

Knowing that the ring would be a bit too big for her, Bella placed the ring onto the necklace before placing the necklace around her neck and clasping it closed before pulling some of her long hair, which had fallen out of the braids she had placed her hair in that morning, away from her face and put two of the clips in place before placing the last four back into the pouch and placing it back into her backpack before grabbing the book that was on the bed and began reading the book in front of her.

Bella didn't know how long she sat there reading before the door opened and Mrs Weasley walked into the room with a boy the same age as her with dark brown hair that stood up in every direction and glasses that seemed to be sellotaped together.

Harry's P.O.V:

"Bella, this is your brother Harry. Harry this is your sister Bella." Mrs Weasley said, not even five minutes after Harry had entered the Weasley family's home for the first time.

Harry smiled as he looked at the girl who had bright emerald green and silver hair who was smiling at him from where she sat and appeared to have been reading one of the books she had gotten that day.

"Hi." Harry said almost uncertainly as he clutched his backpack in one hand and the letter that his parents had left him in the other, unsure of where his lack of confidence had gone.

Maybe it's because she's so beautiful. No one should be that beautiful. Harry thought to himself.

"Hi." The girl, Harry's own twin, said, smiling widely at him as she bought him out of his thoughts as he noticed she was looking at the letter in his left hand. "You got a letter off mum and dad, too?"

"You got a letter as well?" Harry asked, curious as he watched Bella grab her backpack from the end of the bed and pulled what appeared to be a parchment envelope out of it before turning to look at Harry and grinning.

"Let's read them now while we're alone and before anyone comes to tell us that dinner is ready." Bella suggested as Harry moved to sit next to her as he nodded. "What happened to your glasses?"

"They got broken. Our uncle Vernon stood on them a week ago when he woke up to make him breakfast and our aunt Petunia was taking our cousin Dudley to get his school uniform." Harry said, shocked when Bella gently took them off him and looked at them carefully.

"Occulus repairo." Harry heard Bella mumble before she passed him his glasses and he put them back on. "Next time they break, I'll fix them for you. Unless we're not at school."

"What do you mean?" Harry questioned confused.

"We're not allowed to perform magic outside of school under the age of seventeen. And before you ask, I only repaired your glasses here because the Ministry of Magic wouldn't be able to detect us using magic and believe that it was someone over the age of seventeen." Bella said, giggling at Harry's shocked face.

"Thanks, Bella. Now let's read our letters." Harry said, sharing a mischievous grin with his sister as they both opened their letters.

Dear Harry,

If you're reading this letter then that means that your mother and I are no longer with you. Please know that we love both you and your twin sister, Bella. We love you so much that your mother and I gave our lives so that the both of you could live.

There is a reason your mother and I aren't with you and Bella right now. Not long before you were born, a dark wizard by the name of Lord Voldemort was on the rise and he heard rumours of a prophecy. A prophecy that placed not only your life at risk, but the life of another boy as well.

Your mother and I went into hiding with you and Bella, and if your reading this letter then that means that both your mother and I aren't with you anymore. That Voldemort came after us and you and Bella somehow managed to survive where no one else managed to survive.

The reason I am writing this letter is to tell you how much your mother and I loved both you and Bella, and that you have a Soul Mate. Yes, Soul Mates do exist.

About a month after you and Bella were born your mother and I were visited by Albus Dumbledore and Minerva McGonagall along with a new teacher by the name of Sybil Trelawney who Dumbledore had just employed as a divination teacher.

She explained that she was the person who made the prophecy between Voldemort and a boy born at the end of July, and then went on to explain who your Soul Mate is and who Bella's Soul Mate is. Your Soul Mate is called Ginny Weasley, while Bella's Soul Mate is Draco Malfoy, who we were told would be starting Hogwarts at the same time as you and Bella while Ginny would be starting Hogwarts by the time you start your second year.

Love always,

Dad.

P.S.

Never forget to always trust your gut and do what you feel is right, my little Prongslett.

"Yours is the same as mine." Bella said, having clearly read over Harry's shoulder. "Only mine was written by mum, while yours was written by dad."

Looking up at Bella, he noticed she had tears in her eyes and he hugged her before she pushed herself out of Harry's arms and wiped the tears away.

"Tell me about them. Our aunt and uncle. What are they like?" Bella asked abruptly, causing Harry to smile at Bella's sudden change of topic.

Over the next hour, Harry explained what growing up with the Dursley's was like and listened to Bella explain what it was like growing up with her adopted family and how she always felt like she was missing something.

"Hi Ginny." Bella said, causing both Harry and Ginny to startle when they noticed that they were looking at each other.

"Dinners ready." Ginny managed to squeak before running out of the room.

"Your face!" Bella managed to choke out in between bouts of laughter. "You should see your face!"

"Wait until you meet your Soul Mate! We'll see who's laughing then." Harry said, jumping off the bed when Bella stopped laughing and pushed him before running towards the door and almost slamming it shut behind her as she ran out of the room and down two flights of stairs and straight into the kitchen. "No fair, Bella! You cheated!"

"Did not!" Bella giggled, sticking her tongue out at him as he watched her sit next to one of the twins and leaving the only available seat next to a blushing Ginny open.
