A/N:
I know in the last chapter I said it was Halloween, but it was the week of Halloween. This chapter is Halloween and will include the Halloween feast. That was my mistake as I forgot to read the chapter before I posted. This is also a short chapter and will be a time difference between Bella and Harry's POV. Bella's will take place during Halloween and Harry's the night before the first quidditch game during Philosopher's Stone.
Bella's P.O.V:
Bella was tired. It had been twenty four hours since she had been placed on the Slytherin quidditch team and she had just had her first quidditch practice right before the Halloween feast.
"How was practice?" Draco asked as Bella sat down at the Slytherin table across from him and helped herself to some stew.
"Exhausting. It also doesn't help I'm the shortest Chaser in the team." Bella said, looking up and seeing Professor Quirrell run into the Great Hall with his turban askew and terror on his face.
"Troll - in the dungeons - thought you ought to know." He said as the Hall became quiet and he sank to the floor in a dead faint.
Suddenly there was uproar. Bella noticed it took several purple firecrackers exploding from the end of Dumbledore's wand to bring silence to the entire Hall.
Harry's P.O.V:
"Gryffindor and Ravenclaw to your dormitories immediately!" Dumbledore rumble, looking around the Great Hall. "Hufflepuff, go to a classroom on the first floor! Slytherin follow your prefects to the room just outside of the Great Hall!"
"How'd a troll get in?" Harry asked no one in particular as Ron walked next to him and out of the Great Hall.
"I don't know, they're supposed to be really stupid." Ron said as both he and Harry passed Bella who was walking out of the Great Hall and towards the room just outside of the Hall.
"Hermione." Harry said, stopping suddenly and grabbing Bella's arm as she looked at him curiously.
"Ouch Harry. I get it you are friends with Hermione, but there was no need to grab my arm like that." Bella said as Blaise, Theo and Draco surrounded her.
"Sorry. But Hermione doesn't know about the troll."
"And?" Ron, who had stopped with Harry, questioned as he rolled his eyes.
"She's in the girls toilets." Harry said.
"Fine. We'll help you find her, but if that troll finds us and hurts us, I'm blaming that ginger stood right next to you." Bella said, catching on to what Harry was thinking.
Ducking down the six first years followed the Hufflepuff's, who were walking up to the first floor, and ran down another deserted corridor and up another flight of stairs, right when a foul stench reached their noses.
"Troll." Bella almost shouted running towards a doorway with Blaise, Theo, Draco, Harry and Ron following. "At least it can't see properly."
"What do we do now?" Blaise asked, hopeless as the twelve foot troll walked and into what Harry thought was some toilets.
"Lock that door." Ron said, rushing towards the door after the troll entered the room and closing the door. "Yes!"
"Dammit, that's the girl toilets!" Bella practically shouted, glaring at Ron.
Harry looked around as Bella rushed towards the toilets with Draco, Blaise and Theo.
"Your an idiot." Draco said, looking over his shoulder and glaring at Ron.
He didn't want to risk his life, but Harry followed Bella and her friends into the girls toilets as Ron followed behind him reluctantly.
"Distract it Ron." Bella demanded as Harry watched her hair change colour rapidly before noticing Hermione in the corner closest to the sinks looking terrified. "Draco levitate the club it has and I'll light it on fire. When I say drop it, you drop it on that stupid head of his."
Everything happened quickly for Harry after that. He saw both Blaise and Theo rush towards Hermione and pull her to safety in one of the cubicles as Draco levitated the club and Bella set it on fire before she told Draco to drop the club on the trolls head.
"At least Ron was good for something and distracted that stupid thing." Bella said, smirking until Professor McGonagall, Professor Snape, Professor Quirrell, Professor Flitwick and Professor Dumbledore appeared in the doorway. "Uh oh."
"Yes Miss Potter, uh oh." Professor Snape said. "Miss Potter, Mr Malfoy, Mr Nott, Mr Zabini, come here."
"Mr Weasley, Mr Potter, Miss Granger, come here." Professor McGonagall said.
"What happened?" Dumbledore said, calmly.
"Hermione wasn't in the Great Hall so I decided to find her and tell her about the troll so she could get to Gryffindor tower safely. Bella heard what I was going to do and decided to follow me so I didn't do anything stupid." Harry said before Bella cut off anything else he was going to say.
"He and Ron distracted the troll while I got Draco to levitate the trolls club and used a bluebell charm on it before Draco could hit the troll over the head after Theo and Blaise got Hermione to safety." Bella said, making Harry shocked.
"Ten points each to Miss Potter, Mr Malfoy, Mr Zabini and Mr Nott." Dumbledore said as Snape and Ron looked at him shocked. "And five points each to Mr Weasley and Mr Potter."
"Albus, you can't be serious?" Snape asked, glaring at the headmaster as he dismissed the seven first years to their respective common rooms.
"Imagine Mr Potter and his friends at the age of eleven defeating a troll, no one would believe it, I want to see what happens next." Harry heard Dumbledore say.
I'm just lucky that Bella can think under pressure. Harry thought as watched Bella, Draco, Theo and Blaise walk towards the Slytherin common room.
"Ugh. I'm never helping that ginger idiot again." Harry heard Bella say as the four Slytherin's rounded a corner and making him laugh until Ron glared at him.
Harry's P.O.V:
"Prepare to lose tomorrow, dumbass." Bella said, sitting down across from Harry at the Gryffindor table the night before the first quidditch game of the season.
"No way. Slytherin will loose." Harry said, rolling his eyes as Bella threw a roast potato at him.
"Nah uh. Gryffindor will loose. You see, I'm actually going to be putting in a lot more work than you because I'm a chaser not a seeker. Plus all you'll be doing is waiting to see if you can find a tiny snitch." Bella said, grinning at Harry. "And with your eyes it would need to be made bigger just so you can see it."
"Your mean." George said, laughing from a few places away.
"I have to put up with my twins face looking like that so I'd say his face was mean." Bella said, laughing as she pointed at Harry who just mock glared at her.
"Eh, you got me there." George said, grinning.
"Isabella Potter!" Harry heard someone yell from the slytherin table across the hall.
"Marcus, what did I tell you about not calling me Isabella." Bella said, making Harry laugh as she stood on the bench so she could see Marcus better with her hair a bright vivid red.
"Not to or you'd have your hair the opposing teams house colours during quidditch matches." Marcus said grinning.
"Damn straight. Give me a minute." Bella said, giggling as she manoeuvred to sit down again. "And you thought my hot pink hair was annoying. You've not met Marcus. I swear he's worse than Ron at times. Cya."
"That's impossible. No one is worse than him." Harry said, trying not to laugh as Ron sat down next to him.
A/N 2:
Next chapter will include the quidditch match and a time jump until the middle of December (so almost near the Christmas holidays).
