Pro hero, Shota Aizawa, was doing his nightly patrol around Musutafu, Japan. He was just about to head home to his husband, when he saw a strange purple portal appear above an apartment building.
He thought that this could be someone illegally using their quirk or the slight chance it could be a villain. He decided that he should investigate it, watch it to see if anything happens.
Shota thinks it's been about a minute before anything happened. That anything happened to be 6 figures falling ungracefully into a pile on to the roof of the building, the portal disappearing shortly after. They look around the same age as his soon to be first years at the school he teaches at, the same school these mysterious teens plan to go to.
It didn't take long for them to pick themselves up off of the ground and standing around each other. "Where are we?" One of the figures asked looking around. He had dark brown hair and what looked to be a scar on his right eyebrow, he seemed to like the colour red. In fact, the other people seemed to have their own colour as well.
"I believe we are in a city called Musutafu, Japan. I also believe that we are on the building we are to be staying at." Another replied. He was the tallest of the 6 with pale skin, seemingly white hair and icy blue eyes. This one wore white.
"Ok. That's good, we're in the right place." Another said also looking around the roof. This one was also tall but not as tall as the other one. He has black hair, dark skin and looked muscular. This one wore a black muscle shirt.
"Yeah, that's good and all, but where is all our stuff?" A shorter one asked getting louder at the end. This one was short but not as short as another in their group that looked to be female. He has short fluffy light brown hair that almost looked orange, and two different coloured eyes. This one wore blue.
"Ah. We must have forgot it all at the monastery." Another said, hitting his forehead with the palm of his hand. He had blond hair and green eyes. He wore green.
"That's great." The only female sighed. "Cole had the travellers tea in his bag and I doubt Wu or PIX noticed." She said pointing to the one in a muscle shirt. She had dark hair that was tied into a ponytail, blue eyes and looked similar to the one in red. 'Perhaps they're related.' Aizawa thought. She wore grey and light blue.
'I'm guessing Cole is the one in the black shirt. But what's this travellers tea she speaks of?' Aizawa wonders.
"Well, I guess there's no point worrying about it then. If Master Wu or PIXEL tried to open another portal, I highly doubt that it would open in the same place." The tall one stated.
"So, what's our apartment number then so we can get somewhat settled?" The red one asked.
"Actually, PIXEL set us up with 2, 2 bedroom apartments. But since there is 6 of us we might have to share or sleep on whatever else there is in the apartments right now." The one wearing white replied.
Aizawa shuffled a little closer, barely making a noise, but somehow that seemed to notify the teens of his presence.

The ninja slightly tensed and looked over in the direction they heard the sound. Lloyd stood in front of his team and loudly asked,
"Who's there?"
A man with long dark hair and a very long scarf moved from out of the darkness of the neighbouring building with his hands lazily held up.
"I mean no harm. I'm a pro hero and I was just finishing up my patrol." The man answered.
"If you were 'just finishing up' then why were you watching us?" Jay asked as he crossed his arms.
"I saw a strange purple portal come out of no where, I thought it might have something to do with a villain." The man explained, "But obviously your just a bunch of kids."
"Hey! We're not kids!" Kai yelled.
"Actually, now that you mention it we do look younger." Cole said quiet enough so that just they could hear it.
"Ok! So maybe we are kids!" Kai yelled again.
"Well, you certainly are." Nya mumbles. Lloyd, hearing this, chuckles.

Aizawa raised an eyebrow at them and decided that it was time for him to leave. Hizashi was probably starting to get worried. He said he would be home soon. "I'm leaving." He said while walking away, leaving the teens to stare at the spot where he was.

"Oook. That was odd." The green ninja said looking back at his team.
"Right. There is a stair well right over here." Zane pointed to their left. "We are on the 5th floor. Apartments 510 and 511."

The ninja walked into their fully furnished apartments. Jay, Cole and Zane in the one on the left and Kai, Nya and Lloyd on the right. Obviously Nya would be getting her own room, being the only girl on the team. They noticed, however, that the couches were too small and too uncomfortable looking to sleep on, so, sharing it was.
Zane took the other bedroom for himself, totally not because he had noticed something going on between Jay and Cole, definitely not. They didn't mind, they've been friends with each other longer than the others.
Kai didn't mind sharing either. Him and Lloyd have been getting closer lately, so he didn't see a problem. Lloyd, however, was a little, let's say nervous. Maybe a bit more than nervous.
Lloyd had never shared a bed with someone before unless bunk beds counted, which he didn't think so. And, him and Kai have been getting closer lately.

They all slept alright. Sleeping in your day clothes isn't very comfortable. So, they obviously took off their sweaters (and in Coles case shirt(and Jay totally wasn't staring, their just friends, right?)).
They went out for breakfast because they don't have anything to cook with. After eating they explored the city. They saw how similar and different this place is from Ninjago. They saw some pro heroes as well. One looked like he was made of wood and was with as blond lady in a skin tight suit. A guy with red bird wings. A large smiling, muscular guy in a lot of store windows, and was that guy on fire?!
After sight seeing they found a mall and bought all that they needed, such as clothes and food, using the money they had in their wallets, which was thankfully the same currency. Afterwards they walked home, which was surprisingly boring for being in a world with super people everywhere. They only got lost once after Kai thought he knew the way back, only to take a extremely wrong turn so Zane had to pull up a map of the city and find the apartment complex.

They returned finally and put their things away. Now they were relaxing in Cole, Jay and Zane's apartment switching through the channels on the tv, pausing on the news to see a that story from a month ago about a sludge villain was coming back up.
Jay went back to switching the channels until they heard a light knock on the door, most likely female. They all looked at the door for minute before they knocked again.
Nya stood and stretched, "I got it." She opened the door to see a short woman with green hair and eyes. The woman smiled sweetly at Nya.
"Hello, I heard someone was moving in and I wanted to introduce myself and invite you for dinner." She held out her hand,"I'm Inko Midorya, my son and I live across the hall." Nya took Inko's hand.
"It's a pleasure to meet you ma'am." Nya gave her a smile and opened the door a bit more. "I'm sure the guys would love to come over.. if you don't mind that there's 6 of us."
"Oh, I'm sure that's alright. I'll just make more space." Inko replied smiling.
"Hey sis, who's at the door?" Kai asks walking up to Nya followed by the rest of the team.
"This is Inko Midorya. Mrs. Midorya this is my brother Kai and this is Zane, Cole, Lloyd and Jay." Nya introduced. The boys waving and greeting respectively. "Mrs. Midorya was wondering if we wanted to come over for dinner."
The boys all agreed, Jay saying something about it being Coles turn to cook.
"Please, call me Inko. Ah, I should get going my son's going to be home soon and I'll need to start preparing dinner." They all said their good byes after Inko said what apartment the are in and want time dinner was going to be at.

The ninja and the Midoryas had a lovely dinner. They found out that Izuku, Inko's son, wanted to be a hero and was training to get into U.A., the best hero school in Japan. They said they were also heading for U.A.
They explained their elements powers as best as they could to make them sound like normal quirks. Izuku seemed fascinated that they all had some sort of nature element based 'quirk'. He would have been writing furiously in his quirk analysis book had it not been for the rule his mom made.
They continued to talk about other things till it was time for the ninja to leave.

They all decided that they were tired and should go to bed after a yawn from Jay followed by everyone else.
Just 8 more months of training, studying, exploring and waiting to go.
