Harry and the giant stared at Kor with shocked expressions on their faces while the assassin was hauled away by another wizard. Everyone in the bar was silent, every wizard and witch stared with beady frightened eyes.
Kor took a deep breath before saying, "Oh come on… It was me or him." Nobody said a word to him but then the giant awkwardly laughed and said, "Well you helped find a criminal I suppose… now then. You and Harry come with me, and I can show you summit."
They squeezed through what Kor thought to be a closet at first, but it revealed to be a small little courtyard with a brick wall facing them.
"A brick wall… how is this going to get us anywhere?" Kor said irritably, but the giant didn't answer instead he just tapped some of the bricks with a long pink umbrella.
There was a brief rumble and then the wall seemed to recoil from the taps and open up, the sight that the young Mandalorian saw was incredible.
It was a large alleyway jam-packed with wizards and witches, each one walking in and out of bizarre shops and buildings. It was strangely beautiful.
"I don't think we've been introduced, names Rubeus Hagrid. I'm the keeper of the keys and grounds of Hogwarts." The giant said as the three walked down the street to a rather large building.
It was made purely of marble and stone and on the wall facing the street there were words engraved on it.
"Gringotts Bank."
"Hagrid, I know we're here to buy our school supplies, but I have no money and I doubt Harry has any too." Kor said feeling the inside of his multiple pockets.
"Well, Kor, Harry your money is right here. Gringotts the wizard bank! No safer place to keep something except Hogwarts of course."
The three entered and immediately all noise from the outside world ceased and the only sounds heard were footsteps and stamping.
Along the long hallway the three were in were small wooden desks, each one occupied by hideous stout creatures.
Hagrid noticed Kor staring at the odd beings and said, "Those are goblins you two… not the most trustworthy creatures but they know how to keep something safe."
The group slowly walked up to a large wooden desk at the end of a hallway where a particularly shrivelled up goblin was rapidly pressing the keys on a typewriter.
As the group approached the desk Hagrid looked at the goblin and said, "Mr Harry Potter and Mr Kor Ruhin would like to make withdrawals."
The goblin immediately stopped typing and leaned over the desk, staring at the two boys with a long cold stare. It then spoke in a shrewd voice that could cut glass, "And do Mr Potter and Mr Ruhin have their keys?"
Kor felt through his pockets and then anxiously said, "N-no I don't this is my first time here… no other member of my family are wizards. What should I do?!"
The Goblin looked down at Kor and said, "Then we will find a key for you. In your vault you will find we use magic to convert money in your muggle bank account into the three wizard coins… Galleons, Sickles and Knuts. Your bank account has five thousand seven hundred and eighty-two Galleons. In vault 686."
Another goblin then waddled up to Kor and asked him to follow it.
The two walked up to a machine that was dispensing small gold keys with different vault tags.
"Name please." The goblin said.
"Kor Ruhin."
"And your vault number Mr Ruhin?"
"686." Kor replied.
The goblin the checked the vault tags on the keys and pulled out a jewel embedded key Kor's initials carved into the gold.
He thanked the goblin and walked towards Hagrid who was waiting at a large door for him.
"Come on Kor! We haven't got all morning!"
The group walked through the door and were instructed by a walnut faced goblin to sit down on a minecart like device.
They strapped themselves in and the thing took off at a roaring speed making Kor feel queasy.
After two minutes of riding the machine made a very sudden stop, making Kor thankful for the harness he wore since if he didn't have it, he would be sent flying.
"Vault 686 and 687. Lamp please." The goblin said.
Hagrid passed it to the goblin as they stepped out of the car. The goblin walked up to the door of Kor's vault and snatched the key from Kor's hand.
It placed it into the lock and turned it. A mechanism of locks bolted out of place and then the door slowly opened.
It was a beautiful sight. The door opened to reveal mountains of gold, silver and bronze coins,
"Oh my god…" Kor whispered to himself.
He pulled out a small bag and began filling it with some of the gold coins before leaving the vault with the goblin sealing the door allowing Kor to look back on the fortune he had somehow came into owning.
They then went over to Harry's vault which was just as impressive as his. They then got back onto the minecart and once again they were storming through the mines at high speeds.
The cart came to a hault once again this time at one vault, "713" the goblin said.
Just like with Harry and Kor's vaults the goblin used a small golden key with the initials
N.F on it and opened the door but there was no gold, jewels or even bronze. Instead, there was a small brown package in the centre of the cave like vault.
Kor then felt a strange presence emanating from it. Something he hadn't seen since Quirrell something dark and infinitely dangerous.
"What is that?" Kor asked as Hagrid scooped it up and put it in one of his many pockets.
"Can't tell you. Hogwarts business."
Kor sighed but he did wander what was in the parcel. He would find out soon enough.
