Rebekah sat down, leaning on a wall after drinking from the guard like the last time. She had a lot of mistakes to correct and a lot of enemies to destroy. Not energised enough to think about how to change the future, her mind started to wander.

She controlled her excitement as she remembered that she would see Nik, Elijah and Hayley again.

She was even excited to see Stefan. Even though they had parted on bad terms, she guessed that somewhere in her heart, she still loved him. After all, he was the first person who hadn't been killed by her brothers or betrayed her like Alexander and Marcel.

Rebekah was interrupted from her thoughts as she heard Klaus' footsteps before she saw him.

Her heart did a flip and nostalgia hit her as she saw her brother's familiar smirk. She resisted the urge to break down right there.

She hid behind the wall as she heard Nik calling her, asking her to come out of her hiding place.

"Come out, little sister." Nik yelled, looking all around.

Rebekah used her vampire speed and came before Nik.

Klaus braced to have a dagger in his chest, courtesy of Rebekah, but instead himself being hugged to death by his sister as she sobbed uncontrollably.

"Nik, I'm so sorry. I should have never told Marcel about where we were in New Orleans. I'm so sorry. Please forgive me!" Rebekah sobbed into his shirt while burying her face into his shirt.

"Why tell me?" Klaus asked, bewildered.

"Because, I was blinded by my love. I just wanted to be happy with all of you. Please don't leave me! I don't want to be alone. I know, I was selfish, but I never wanted to hurt any of you." Rebekah murmured against him.

Nik sighed and lifted her head, "You're forgiven, but it should not happen a second time." He said, as he looked into her eyes, looking for genuineness, and he found it. Plenty of it.

She nodded and hugged him tighter. She was about to say something, when he heard Stefan's footsteps. He shushed her and broke their hug.

"Ah, mate. There you are. This is my sister Rebekah, Bekah, you remember Stefan Salvatore." Klaus said as he slid an arm around her waist.

"More like I remembered right now." Stefan grumbled.

Klaus smirked at the younger vampire, amused by his choice of wording. He turned towards his sister and noticed that she wasn't wearing her necklace. The necklace he needed.

"Sister, where is your necklace?" he asked her.

"I don't know. It must have fallen down when we escaped from Gloria's. Stefan, did you take it?" Rebekah mused.

"I must have.' Stefan answered her question.

"You didn't give it to that doppelganger, did you?" she asked the ripper.

Klaus looked at her in confusion, not knowing how she knew about the doppelganger. He opened his mouth but she shot him a discreet look that said, 'I'll tell you later', and he shut his mouth.

"No." Stefan lied tentatively.

"Oh, Stefan...I know when you lie. You gave it to that doppelganger, didn't you?", she smirked at him, " You never really were on our side were you?" she said as she slammed him on the nearest wall.

"Well, that is a pity." Klaus said and snapped Stefan's neck.

"Now, you are going to explain, sister, how you know about the doppelganger, on our way to Mystic Falls."
