Rebekah sighed in ecstasy as she sat down on the passenger seat of the truck Nik had got from a guy he compelled. They had first bought a few dresses for her from a shop. Then, they had injected Stefan with vervain so that he wouldn't wake up for the journey.

Nik came and settled in the front seat, he looked at her, "So, sweetheart, how do you know about the doppelganger without me informing you about it?" he asked as he started the truck.

"First of all, you tell me how you know that Marcel is alive?" Rebekah asked him, raising an eyebrow.

"You really thought I wouldn't know about it? I heard about a new vampire claiming New Orleans as their territory. So I sent a spy to investigate, and to my surprise my son, the one who I had raised, fed, loved, had faked his death and claimed our property. Of course, I didn't tell you or Elijah, knowing that you would have convinced me to forgive him. Your turn now." Nik murmured.

"I'm- I'm from the future." Rebekah said, looking down at her lap waiting for Nik to get mad.

Klaus swore he literally heard time freeze. It was clear that he was still processing the information. He blinked twice, letting it set in.

There was a chance that Rebekah could be joking, but the look in her eyes told him that she was serious. Though, it did make sense. Her not stabbing him after he woke her up, knowing about Stefan's treachery, and his sister being more loving than ever

"The future? How?" he asked, looking shocked.

"You remember Alexander?" at his nod, she continued, "Well, turns out the Brotherhood of Five wasn't born to kill vampires. The witches created them to kill Silas, the first immortal. They have to complete the mark to get to the cure. They wanted to kill Silas after feeding him the cure. Jeremy and four hunters became like the Five." she explained the Brotherhood of the Five and took a deep breath.

She continued after his nod, "After completing Jeremy's mark, Elena, Stefan, Damon, Bonnie, Jeremy and I went to get the cure and woke Silas up. Katherine tagged along with a hunter who was also a part of the Five. In the end, Katherine died because Elena shoved the cure down her throat. Elena, Stefan and Damon took the cure and became human. You made a deal with Damon to get two vials of the cure for me after he and Elena died. I took the cure and time caught up quickly with me. On my deathbed I wished that I could save our family from the death and circumstances that seperated our family." Rebekah finished, out of breath.

"Save us?" Klaus questioned.

"The 'Save Elena Gang' trapped Finn and killed him. They also killed Kol the same way. Kol and Finn were resurrected but died again. Kol because of Finn and Finn because of a enhanced werewolf bite. Kol once again came back to life because of his witch girlfriend. But, when he was bringing the cure for me, a pack of werewolves purposely attacked him. They injected him with the cure and one of them bit him. He died in their captivity while being tortured. The cure was sent to me with his body." Rebekah whispered as tears came out of her eyes.

Klaus focused on the road as he cried silently for his siblings. They might not have been close, but they were still blood. He swore to himself that he would never let this happen. But then, he remembered she didn't mention him or Elijah.

"What about Elijah and I?" he forced the words out of his mouth. Rebekah didn't respond.

"What. About. Elijah. And. I." Klaus hissed.

"You both sacrificed yourselves to protect one of us. You both love her dearly," when she saw Klaus' silent question of if they had a romantic relationship, "and NO! Not in that way!" she exclaimed.

"Then in what way?" Klaus questioned.

"I can't tell you or it won't happen, and I can't let that be." she answered him remorsefully. "Well, we have until evening to get to Mystic Falls, so we should plan what we are going to do, where we are going to stay and all of that." Klaus suggested.

"Well, since your hybrid plans aren't working, you should feed Tyler your blood, snap his neck, and ask the scooby-doo gang to find out why can't you make hybrids and tell them to get the answer. That's what you did in my past. I'll stop Stefan for some time," she devised a plan.

She suddenly remembered an important detail, "And Nik? Don't fall for Caroline Forbes again!"
