Freya smirked at the Bennett witch she had tied up in front of her. Abby Bennett was an average witch, but luck had been on her side, so she managed to desiccate Mikael. But she lost her powers, at which Freya scoffed, even the doppelbänger could do better. And she hasn't even tapped into her magic.

"We've got a guest, Frey!" Came Sage's voice, a hint of mischief in it.

She smirked, "Come on in, little sister!" She smiled at the warm feeling in her chest at the word.

Bonnie barged in, "What the hell do you want?! And why should I help you?!"

Klaus and the others came after her, "Because otherwise, Boncringe, we'll kill your mother." Rebekah's voice rang out clearly.

Bonnie started to chant but Freya was faster, she quickly wordlessly stopped Bonnie from speaking.

Abby whimpered, "Bonnie! Don't listen to them!" She gasped as the blonde witch tightened her mental grasp on Bennett's heart.

Freya released Bonnie so she could speak.

Bonnie's eyes widened, "Mom?" At which Klaus smirked.

"Well you see, if you," Elijah pointed at the woman, "and your mother here will not agree, we just might kill the whole of Mystic Falls."

"Fine. Fine! I'll do whatever you want. Just leave my family and friends alone!"

"Pathetic," Finn commented from the background.

Kol smirked, "Well, here's the thing…" Before Finn took over.

Katherine hummed as she sat on the couch, waiting for an associate of the Mikaelsons. She smirked when she heard the doorbell ring. She got up and opened the door, still on her phone, to hear,

"Katherine Pierce?"

She looked up, "Damon?" She asked, surprised to see the blue-eyed vampire.

"How are you, " He gestured towards her, "here?"

She rolled her eyes, "Because I am an ally of the Mikaelsons."

Damon gaped, "But doesn't Klaus want revenge against you?" He asked.

Katherine nodded, "Yup. But it turns out, he will do anything to get Elijah to forgive him, even if it means to stop chasing me."

Damon's eyebrows were above his hairline, "Wow, finally found a boyfriend without compelling or using him?"

"Hey!"

"What? It's true!" He shrugged.

Katherine rolled her eyes, "Don't be a jerk, Damon, especially to a woman who can easily beat you."

Damon held his hands up, "Fine. I admit defeat. Now, let's go find the owners of this house, shall we?"

"Indeed." And with that, she led him to the dungeons.

Kol hummed as Finn finished explaining what they wanted the Bennetts to do. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and started reading the news.

"Guys, Damon is here," A voice interrupted him after a while.

He looked up and smirked, "Ah, Damon Salvatore, we have been expecting you."

Damon blinked, "Well, didn't expect you to be so warm."

Then, Bonnie, who was talking with her mom, trying to make Abby agree, turned around and saw the dark-haired Salvatore and the Petrova. Kol smirked at that.

"Damon? Katherine?"

"Witchy?" Damon looked at her in surprise

"Damon, go! Elena needs you! They will kill you!" Bonnie exclaimed.

"Sorry, Bon-Bon, but I'm not here to be killed. But, it seems, you are. So, I'm leaving you here. Bye!" Damon said cheerfully, happy to finally take revenge on the vamp-hating witch who tried to kill him twice.

Bonnie tried to convince him, "Please Damon, think about Elena - and, and Stefan - what will they say?"

Damon rolled his eyes, "Elena should have never underestimated my love for my brother. Nor should she have said that my love was the problem when I was only trying to save her. And Stefan will understand it, even if it takes a few decades." He tilted his head, "We are brothers, and no matter what he or I do, in the end, we will always forgive each other."

"So I'm afraid you're going to have to help yourself." And with that, he walked out with them behind him.

Finn smirked as he walked out, "Not bad, Salvatore."

Damon grunted before muttering thanks.

After reaching the living room, Freya gestured for them to sit and sat on the middle-most chair, so she could see everyone.

"Why are you here, Damon?" Finn asked.

Damon looked him in the eye, "Rebekah had offered to keep Stefan safe and away from all this trouble he gets himself in for Elena." He noticed that the bad Salvatore was quite serious, "I'm here to accept that offer. After a lot of thinking, I've decided that my brother will be safe with you and no one else." Damon sighed, before he said again, "And I'm prepared to pay the price, whatever it is. Even if it means dying. Especially since I've pissed Klaus off."

Freya shared a look with him, before she answered, "We don't want anything, Damon, except for an apology and a promise that you will be loyal and will help us when we ask you." She chose her words carefully.

Damon nodded, "I promise that I will be loyal to you and will help you when you need it, and, " He turned to look at Rebekah, Elijah and Klaus, "I'm sorry." He apologized sincerely.

Finn had to admit, he admired the man's determination to save his brother, and from what he had heard from his sister about him, he never apologized.

"I accept your apology." Elijah, as usual, was the first one.

Klaus huffed at his sibling's looks, "Fine. So do I."

Damon nodded his thanks to them.

Rebekah tilted her head, "I will accept, but, I need you to help me with something."

Damon raised his eyebrows but nodded.

Rebekah smirked, "So here's the plan…"

Damon hummed as called his brother in front of the Mikaelsons and Katherine Pierce.

He winked at them as Stefan picked the phone up, "Stef! There's news to be told."

Freya sent him a thumbs up, he had easily bonded with the witch because both of them had been raised in an abusive household.

"What news, Damon?" Stefan asked.

"Well, I was in the Town Square, when a certain Mikaelson approached me."

Stefan replied immediately, with a "Rebekah?" At which he grinned.

His little brother had a crush! And on the enemy, for the gang, no less! He certainly needed to talk about this with Freya.

Perhaps, then, finally, Stefan would see that Elena wasn't the entire world. Yeah, it would do him good if he dated the blonde original.

"No. Freya." He answered, feeling a little guilty at crushing his brother's hope.

"Oh." Stefan's disappointment could be heard from a mile away.

"Yeah, well guess what?"

"What?" Stefan said sarcastically.

Damon huffed before answering, "She has invited you, me and the entire gang for dinner tomorrow to discuss something important."

Stefan asked in surprise, "Did you say yes?"

"Duh! Plus she left before I could answer."

"Alright, I'll tell the others."

Stefan kept the phone and muttered, "Hopefully it's not another problem for us." Before he went to tell Alaric about this first since he was the only adult.
