"-hell?" Damon said, his eyes wide.

Kol smirked, finally understanding his sister's manipulations, "Quite the understatement." He turned to his sister, "I'll continue Bex." At her nod, he turned back to the Scooby gang.

"So basically, Stefan isn't actually in love with Elena nor was he ever in love with Kath. Neither was Kath in love with him." He sent a sorry look to the Petrova who was sitting in her chair in shock.

"And," He added, a devious look on his face, "Elena didn't truly love Steffy here."

He almost resisted it. But in the end, he burst out laughing. Finn looked at him reproachfully.

Oh shit.

Stefan froze after he heard the words that left Kol's mouth. He never-no-they had to be lying. Otherwise, he would have a mental breakdown.

Suddenly, he felt a hand on his shoulder and another clasped his hand. To his half-surprise, it was Damon and Rebekah.

(He expected his brother, but never the original)

Rebekah sat down beside him, "It's alright." She rubbed his back reassuringly.

Stefan felt a couple of tears slide down his cheek, "I-I don't understand!" His voice quieted down, "Nor do I think I want to. I just want to go somewhere else."

Damon exchanged a look with Rebekah, perhaps she could take him somewhere for some time.

Rebekah said soothingly, "How about…" She thought for a second, "you come and stay with us for some time? We were going to go to NOLA in a few weeks. And I'm pretty sure Damon will have no problem." She looked at Damon again, "Will you, Damon?"

Damon shrugged, "She's kind of right Stef. You need to get away and this is the perfect excuse." He said.

"Okay." Stefan, in the end, gave in.

Rebekah smiled at Damon, thankfully, their plan was going through without any bumps.

Katherine breathed in deeply, again and again, to calm herself. No matter what, she couldn't show any weakness, especially in front of the Scooby Gang.

But the words had hit her hard. All the time, ever since she met Stefan, she finally thought she could move on from Elijah. So she tried loving the younger Salvatore with her whole heart. Even though she didn't want to because Elijah was Klaus' brother, she made peace with the fact that he would always hold her heart, no matter what.

She took a deep breath and narrowed her eyes at Kol, "Why wasn't I told about this before?" She hissed at him.

Kol smiled sheepishly in pain as Finn scolded him, holding his ear, "Sorry. None of us except Rebekah knew about the plan." The brunette apologized.

She sniffed haughtily but nodded, and accepted the apology. She looked around to see the others' reactions.

Stefan was being comforted by Rebekah and Damon. She heard a few snippets about him coming to stay with the Mikaelsons and cringed a bit, that would be so awkward.

She turned towards the Idiotic Falls Gang and saw Elena in denial, sobbing in Caroline's shoulder as Jeremy rubbed her back. She scoffed at her doppelbänger's patheticness.

Freya also looked towards Elena and sneered at her. She slightly curled her lips up at that.

Well, she was getting bored, so why not irritate her stupid doppelbänger?!

Damon raised an eyebrow as he saw Katherine walking over to Elena, most probably to cause trouble.

(Though he had to admit, it amused him, rather than him getting overprotective)

Stefan sighed in exasperation, "Oh god! What trouble does Katherine want to cause now?!" He exclaimed.

Rebekah glared at him, "Don't be rude!" She snapped as she hit his arm.

Stefan raised an eyebrow, "Protective much?"

"Let me guess, his switch is off?"

Damon sighed, "No shit Sherlock!"

Before he started ranting, "Saint Stefan is enough to deal with, now I also have to deal with his switch being off! Do you know how many times I have had to compel people to forget what he did because he's too lazy to do it himself?!" He groaned, "One hundred and twenty-seven times!"

But before she could answer, Klaus came over. She looked up at him and silently asked him why had he come.

"We need to resurrect Esther before midnight since tomorrow Dahlia will wake up. That means we only have," He glanced at his watch, "one hour and twenty-six minutes. We need to get going. I'll get the older one, you get the younger one." He said, referring to the Bennett witches.

She nodded, "Okay."

Rebekah headed towards Bonnie Bennett, who was currently sitting with the Save Elena Gang and was arguing with Katherine.

She stopped in front of the witch, "Time to do the spell, Boncringe."

Jeremy looked at her, "What spell? What is she talking about Bonnie?!" He exclaimed.

Rebekah smiled, "Oh, it's nothing. Just a debt that she owes us." And with that, she left with the Bennett to the dungeons as everybody else followed.

Well, time to meet her Mom again.

'Damn you, Dahlia!' And she added, 'And well, Esther.'

Klaus watched as Abbey Bennett and her daughter, Bonnie Bennett chanted, their hands on his mother's coffin.

Only a Bennett could undo what a Bennett did.

He was reminded of Ayana. Who was like a mother to his siblings.

'But not to you. Never.' His inside voice piped up.

Of course, she wasn't. She was such a powerful witch, but still, she never stopped Mikael from abusing Klaus. That had really hurt him, and now that his emotions were heightened, it hurt even more.

Especially when she only considered him Esther's son, but considered the others her own blood.

That was why he was so distant. Even his family stayed away from him. Even though all he did was for them, not him.

Klaus sighed before he focused on the witches. He looked and saw that the coffin was slowly opening.

Kol spoke up, "How much more time do you need?"

Abbey glanced back and glared, "It's not that easy. Especially since neither Bonnie nor I have ever done the spell."

"Alright, alright! No need to get offended over a simple question!"

He saw Elijah remove his jacket, and his brother spoke up, "Kol, do not disturb the witches. We need Esther back if we have to defeat Dahlia." He stressed the 'back'.

Klaus nodded in agreement as Rebekah came and stood beside him. She wrapped an arm around him and side-hugged him, noticing the disturbed look on his face as a human form rose from the coffin.

Damon wrinkled his nose, "Eww! What, is your mom, like a mud monster? Reforming herself?" He commented sarcastically as Stefan and Katherine chuckled.

Finn and Freya stepped ahead as soon as their birth giver proper stood up. Esther gasped as she saw her oldest child again.

"Welcome, Esther, back to the land of the living."

And with that, Freya slapped their mother.
