Sorry, it took me a while. There was a tornado warning from I live last Friday, the tree fell on the DirectTV satellite dish, and the power went out. We had no electricity, no internet (which sucks by the way), and no TV. My family and I are fine. We got the electricity back Saturday and we FINALLY got the internet back today.

Here's chapter 2

Chapter 2

Jinjing decided to head to the kitchen to make herself a cup of jasmine tea (A/N) after Oogway mentioned his vision of Tai Lung's return. It scared her, including her uncle. The tea kettle started to whistle, she takes the kettle from the stove, and she pours the tea into the cup. Jinjing takes a sip of her tea and walks to the table and sits down on one of the chairs. Then, the Furious Five entered the kitchen.

"Hey, Jinjing," they said.

"Oh, hi guys. How's training?" Jinjing asked as The Five sat down at the table.

"Good," Crane said.

"We heard that you had a panic attack. Are you okay?" Viper said, with worry.

"Yeah, But, I'm fine now," Jinjing said.

"That's good," Tigress said, putting her arm on her adopted cousin's shoulder.

"So, did my uncle tell you that Master Oogway would be choosing one of you to be the Dragon Warrior?" Jinjing asked.

"Yeah," Mantis and Monkey said.

"Well, the two of the staff are putting up posters about the Dragon Warrior tournament over the village and the rest are preparing the arena for the tournament," Jinjing informed the Five.

"Good luck today, guys," she said, getting up from her chair.

"Thanks, Jinjing. We'll see you later," Tigress said, hugging the female red panda. Then, Jinjing left.

*KFP*

At the palace area, below the Jade Palace, Jinjing is supervising the staff are preparing for the tournament, then she saw the children playing, and the villager's stream through the arena. Then, Shifu walked up to his niece and is overseeing the preparations when Oogway arrived.

"It is a historic day – isn't it, Master Oogway?" Jinjing asked him.

"Yes, and one I feared I would not live to see," the old, wise turtle said. He turned to Shifu. "Are your students ready?"

"Yes, Master Oogway," Shifu said.

"Now know this, my old friend. Whomever I choose will not only bring peace to the Valley, but also to you and young Jinjing," Oogway said, walk off. Leaving Shifu to wonder what it may mean. As the crowd roars with excitement and a pig announcer approaches with a gong in his hoof.

"Uncle Shifu, come on," Jinjing said. The red pandas quickly catch up with Oogway.

"Let the tournament begin!" the pig announcer said, striking the gong as the crowd cheered. The music starts up.

"Citizens of the Valley of Peace! It is my great honor to present to you Tigress! Viper! Crane! Mantis! The Furious Five!" Shifu announced. The Five leap onto a scene in a stunning display of kung fu prowess. Then, Crane flap his wings and sends a powerful gust of wind in the arena.

"Warriors prepare! Ready for battle! Shifu said. Crane was getting into position, facing the Thousand Tongues of Fire. The crowd cheered. After Viper, Mantis, and Monkey had their battles in the tournament. It was Tigress' turn.

"And finally Master Tigress! Believe me citizens, you have not seen anything yet! Master Tigress! Facing Iron Ox and his Blades of Death!" Shifu said. Tigress prepares to face her daunting opponent. Oogway suddenly closed his eyes and raises his palm. The crowd hushes and turned to look at him.

"What is it, Master Oogway?" Jinjing asked with worry and confusion.

"I sense that the Dragon Warrior is among us," Shifu nodded at the Five. Viper, Monkey, Crane, and Mantis joined Tigress in the middle of the arena and place themselves in a line and faced the old masters and Jinjing.

"Citizens of the Valley of Peace! Master Oogway will now choose the Dragon Warrior!" Shifu said as the crowd cheered. The pigs are drumming as Oogway slowly approaches the Five, swaying his palm as he prepares to make a decision. Jinjing was standing there, hoping it would be Tigress since she has been there longer than the others have.

Then, her ears started to twitch as she heard someone screaming from the air, she looks up, and she saw a panda in a chair as the fireworks go off. The crowd went "ooh" and "ahh". The panda landed in the middle of the arena as the chair disintegrated beneath him and blacked out.

Author's Note: For those of you who do drink tea (which I am), here's a fun fact: Jasmine tea helps with anxiety, depression, and stress. I only heard of Jasmine Tea in the first episode of Nickelodeon's TV Show Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005-2008), which is available to watch on Netflix.
