Chapter 4: USJ Incident. Taking action!
Class 1-A has traveled to the USJ facility to learn about experiences in search and rescue missions when natural disasters happen. Their hopes were high as they were greeted with Thirteen, a hero with immense fame. However, their excitement was short-lived when they were greeted by uninvited guests, villains who want to change the hierarchy of the Superhero society. How will the students react and what will they do to protect themselves?
Let the chapter begin…
Following the events of the last chapter:
Satoshi removed his hands from in front of his face and found himself in a completely different location than he was before. He was standing alone close to the Landslide Zone. He looked around and saw that he was closer to the center of the facility.
He looked around and sensed many people around him, it seemed they were all eager to confront and kill him. It was apparent to him that he was surrounded and had to fight his way out.
Looks like I'll have to get through them first huh. He thought.
(With the students and Thirteen on top of the platform)
Thirteen looked around and found 6 students remaining next to her. They were Ochaco, Tenya, Mezo, Sero, Mina, and Rikido. The students were looking around as they were trying to discern the best solution to their situation.
"Is everyone doing okay? None of you are hurt right?" Thirteen asked as the students all nodded in confirmation, signaling their safety.
"My senses tell me that everyone is still inside the facilities," Mezo stated.
"Good, then we need to find a way to keep everyone safe." Thirteen said.
"How are we going to do that Ms. Thirteen?" Mina asked.
"For the time being, we need to fight to protect ourselves. We target the warp villain in front of us," Thirteen said, "everyone on me, let's do this."
The students nodded as alongside Thirteen, they ran towards Kurogiri, trying to fend off the villain in a desperate attempt to fight for their lives.
(At the Shipwreck zone)
"Izuku, Serena, Mineta, are you guys okay?" Tsuyu asked as she pulled them out of the water and the trio landed on the ship in the middle of the water. The three of them nodded as they thanked Tsuyu for saving them and taking them out of the water.
"Okay, we need to get off this ship and go help, Mr. Aizawa," Izuku said.
"Are you actually insane Izuku?" Minoru refuted, "we are in no position to fight these villains, we should just wait for the faculty members of U.A. to come and rescue us."
"I think Izuku has an idea, maybe we should hear him out first," Tsuyu pointed out.
"Thanks, Asui- err I mean, Tsu," Izuku said as he then walked towards the edge of the ship. He stared down at the eyes glaring at him from the water. He quickly formulated thoughts in his mind as he was trying to figure out how to get them out of this situation.
"I have an idea on how to get us out of this position." Izuku stated after a few moments, "Serena, Tsu, Minoru, I've been thinking, likely, these guys have already studied the various locations in this facility right?"
"Yeah, that's why they have stationed their water-based quirk users here," Serena responded.
"Indeed, they know the layouts of this place, and have diligently prepared for this invasion." Tsuyu added.
"And yet, the warp guy has teleported you and Tsu here," Izuku pointed out, "of all the locations, this is arguably the best one for you two to use your quirks at, especially you, Tsu."
"So what you're saying is," Minoru started, "for all their planning and tactics, they might not know what our quirks are?"
"Yes, he's right," Tsuyu chimed in, "if they did, they would've placed me in the dome of fire over there instead of over here."
"Right, so all we gotta do is try to neutralize them right?" Izuku said, "I think I have just the plan."
(With Satoshi at the Landslide zone)
Satoshi sensed roughly 15 people in the location underneath him. He wanted to make an elaborate plan to stop them all, with the least risk involved, however, he saw explosions coming from all the corners of the facility.
I have no time to waste, I need to fight them head-on. Satoshi thought as he used his quirk to give him a speed and power boost. He jumped down the rocks and landed in front of the numerous villains.
"Alright guys, the little rat has finally shown himself to the cats, time to get him," One of the villains said as they all inched towards Satoshi.
I have to neutralize them first, but I can't do any of that without discerning what their quirks are, which means the first step is to force them to use them. Satoshi thought as he stepped towards them.
His thoughts were interrupted as a couple of projectile attacks flew towards him, he didn't even think twice as he moved his body, bringing him out of the way of the incoming projectiles, dodging them completely. More attacks started to come from range as he continued to dodge and deflect. The more he deflected them, the more the attacks were sent back at him.
For villains that have a good handle on their quirks, they don't seem to know how to plan an all-out offensive, especially since it's on one singular person. Satoshi eyed them as he jumped back and created some distance between him and the villains.
"Hey, hey, this one is quite fast. It'll be a good warm-up for killing All Might." One of the villains said.
"You guys want to fight All Might?" Satoshi scoffed, "you move like sloths compared to him, you can't even touch me for crying out loud. You might as well be standing still as far as All Might is concerned."
"What insolence," the villains growled, "you will pay for that insult, brat."
"Have it your way then, you appalling, useless villains," Satoshi discarded his smirk and wore a serious face as both of his hands glowed a bright blue color, "time for me to get serious."
"And what are you going to do with those? Bust our head in or something? You think this is some sort of game?" One of the villains insulted Satoshi and they collectively laughed out loud.
They didn't laugh for long as Satoshi ran swiftly towards them.
"You guys have way too much pride." Satoshi scoffed as he punched in guts, sending them flying away, "you may think you have the numbers advantage, but that won't help you because I am faster than all of you."
Satoshi threw a punch toward the biggest guy he could find, sending him flying toward his companions. He crashed into the others, the impact creating a cloud of dust.
After a few groans and grunts, they stood up only to find that their swift opponent has knocked down a few more of their companions.
"Alright you guys, this kid wants a fight, so let's give him a proper fight."
(With Izuku, Serena, Mineta, and Tsuyu)
"So the first step is to have Serena create a whirlpool with an air blast, and then I will use my grape orbs to keep them stuck together," Minoru repeated.
"Yes, I will then use my leaping abilities to carry Izuku and Minoru out of here while Serena ... surfs on top of the water?" Tsu added.
"Sounds cool, huh? Let's do it," Serena said.
"Are you sure you don't want me to use my quirk to create the blast?" Izuku said.
"Until you can use your quirk without getting injured, it's probably the best idea for you to not risk it unnecessarily," Tsuyu said.
"Okay, then let's do this," Minoru said.
Serena jumped from the ship and created a huge gust of wind, she then fired it as if towards the surface of the water as if its a cannon. The energy burst violently through the water, creating a huge whirlpool that sucked all the villains into it.
"Tsu, Minoru, Izuku, now!" Serena said as she created a surfboard of pure water energy on the other side of the ship and surged towards the land.
In the meantime, Tsuyu leaped off the ship and carried Izuku and Minoru with her. Minoru threw numerous grape orbs into the water and the whirlpool converged at the bottom, causing the villains to stick together.
The energy that formed the whirlpool gradually dwindled, reforming into a large spout of water that flung the stuck villains up in the air. They curled into a ball by Minoru's purple orbs and they were frustrated as they began complaining and bickering with each other.
Meanwhile, the 4 students landed safely on the edge of the shore and left to take cover.
(With Satoshi)
"Wow, you guys can still fight even after all that beating?," Satoshi stated as he eyed the villains that were struggling to stand up, "you guys are out of your depth. And you seriously want to kill All Might? You should probably do some more physical training first."
"I don't understand any of this, we used all our quirks, at the same time, on this kid. How could he keep up with all of our movement?" One of the villains complained, "there are 15 of us here for crying out loud. Is he some kind of speed monster or what?"
"How? I'll tell you how. It's quite clear, I am better than you are, I am faster than you are," Satoshi said coldly, "Honestly, we could do this for 20 more minutes, and you wouldn't even be any closer to hurting me. And to be fair that wouldn't be fun for me at all."
"So I have some news for you guys, you may decide how you want it to be," Satoshi explained with a sadistic tone, "because, you see, there's no need to wonder where your savior is because he's standing right here."
His body was engulfed by a navy blue aura as he began to channel a massive amount of energy.
"And he's fresh out of mercy."
Satoshi unleashed his attack, punching and kicking all the villains around him, knocking them out. He ended the fight in an instant.
As he powered down the amount of aura in his system, he felt a slight ache in his body. He shook it off and walked towards the unconscious villains and examined them.
This is progress, but it'll mean nothing unless we tackle their leaders. That guy with the Warp quirk, he's going to be a problem because he will be the way that those villains enter and leave this place. I need to find a way to stop him, and hopefully, Bakugo and Eijiro have picked up on that. I wonder what they're up to? Satoshi thought.
His attention was quickly redirected as a huge water sprout erupted in the Shipwreck zone not far from him. It stayed in the air momentarily before dissipating.
"What in the world was that?" Satoshi ran towards his new destination, curious about the source of the sound.
I should probably go check that out.
(With Katsuki and Kirishima in the Collapse disaster Zone)
In a building designed to inspire a situation of collapse during a natural disaster, Katsuki and Eijiro are currently fighting a group of villains. Since most of the villains were close-quarter combat, this meant that, between the ferocious barrage of Katsuki's explosions and Eijiro's impenetrable hardening, they were dispatched off fairly easily by the duo.
"Is that all of them? They keep on coming..." Eijiro gasped as the two needed a minute to catch their breaths.
"That was nothing, they were weak as hell anyways." Katsuki stated, "I'm going to go kill that Warp quirk guy, you can go save others."
"Are you sure that's a mature decision? It's not time to show off you know?" Eijiro questioned.
"Don't lump me in with useful small fry okay?" Katsuki yelled, "I know what I'm doing, he's the only one that can change things for these villains, if he is taken down, then the villains are done."
"What do you mean by 'change things'?" Eijiro asked.
"Are you serious? I'm pretty sure that the Ketchum nerd has figured it out already," Katsuki grunted, "that Warp guy is the reason the villains are so bold. He is the reason that every damn villain is attacking us. So if we can cut him off, then there is no way for them to escape, then we can beat them all, and we will be in no trouble."
"But aren't you worried about everyone else?" Eijiro asked.
"Hmph, do you really think our classmates will be in any trouble if all they have to deal with are these useless villains who have no idea how to fight?" Katsuki asked, "everyone is fine, especially Ketchum and Todoroki."
"Wow, you are surprisingly calm in this situation." Eijiro complimented, "you definitely gave me the more irrational and unreliable vibe in the past."
"I AM ALWAYS CALM AND RATIONAL. DAMN SPIKE-HAIRED EXTRA!" Katsuki hollered, "I don't know what you're planning on doing from here on out but do what you want, I'm going after the Warp gate guy."
"No way I'm leaving all the fun to you Katsuki," Eijiro said, "you were pretty manly believing in our classmates, I'll follow you. Just say the word."
Katsuki huffed as he turned away from Eijiro. After making sure that all the villains were unconscious, the duo ran out of the building and proceeded to locate their target.
(With Shoto)
In another area of the Landslide zone, away from Satoshi's previous position, Shoto won his fight against numerous villains. Using his powerful and unpredictable ice attacks, he froze all his enemies in their tracks and he left the zone unscathed.
"You guys are pathetic, you guys are not prepared for All Might, and you won't be able to fight him at all," Shoto stated as he froze every last villain.
"Urghh, what the hell is this kid?" A villain said as she was shivering from all being encased in ice.
"Hey, you there," Shoto started as he walked towards them, "I suggest you speak quickly if you don't want to die of frostbite and failed organs."
"What do you want?" The villain said.
"What do I want?" Shoto said as he brought his hands forward, frost and chill air releasing from his fingertips.
"I want to know what you guys plan on doing with All Might."
(With the students scattered across the facility)
In the Fire Hazard zone, Ojiro swung around the higher elevation, using the buildings around him, he knocked out many villains with his tail. Using a Hit-and-run tactic, he continued to keep his distance, gradually gaining the upper hand.
In the Heavy Rain zone, Fumikage Tokoyami and Koji Koda have worked together to incapacitate numerous villains, using the ferocious attacks of Dark Shadow, the duo slowly increased the number of villains they beat as they tried their best to survive.
In the Mountain Zone, Denki, Kyoka, and Momo were busy fighting many thugs, they were outnumbered vastly, but using Denki's electrifying attacks, Kyoka's sonic wave attacks, and Momo's creations, they were able to stave off the attacks, however, their attacks left Denki with a short circuit problem, and unbeknownst to the trio, they have missed an enemy.
Satoshi meanwhile, has made it towards the Shipwreck zone, but he did not find any companions or villains. He had a good view of the fight between Aizawa and the villains.
He could tell that Aizawa was struggling, and it took every fiber of his being to not rush forward and jeopardize Aizawa's efforts.
Directly across him, Izuku, Serena, Tsuyu, and Minoru were taking a moment to catch their breath. They found a clear path towards the upper platform and were planning on rushing there, however, Aizawa also caught their attention as they saw the pale man move towards him.
"What do you think we should do now?" Minoru asked the group as they all discerned their next move.
"We should not linger here, let's go back to the platform and help the others," Serena suggested, the group thought it was a good idea and they started making their way back to the platform.
(With Thirteen and the students on the platform)
"None of our physical attacks are working against him, we are wasting too much time," Rikido said as he took a moment to draw some breath.
"Right, we can't keep fighting him, we are making no progress at all," Mina added.
"Class Rep, I need you to perform this task," Thirteen instructed as she turned towards Tenya, "I need you to run back to U.A. and gather as many faculty members as you can to come to help us with this problem."
"You want me to leave everyone here? I can't do that." Tenya frowned at that outrageous request.
"Tenya, this is not the time for that. Just go." Ochaco said.
"You won't do any good here, right now we need people to know we are in trouble," Rikido said.
"Go, we will cover for you," Mezo said
"Use your quirk to save people, Class Rep," Thirteen instructed.
"You know, I'm literally standing right here," Kurogiri laughed as he contemplated the futile attempts of those standing in front of him, "I know you all are desperate to stop us, but you can't possibly think that your plan would work while you are discussing it in the presence of your enemy."
"We don't care." Thirteen responded, "we're gonna get it done anyway."
Thirteen used her quirk to try to suck Kurogiri into herself, but as soon as she tried to, he gave a snicker as what she did fell right into his calculations.
"As predicted, you are not nearly as good in combat as you are in utility." Kurogiri laughed as he opened a portal behind Thirteen. It was too late for her to realize, but her quirk was used on herself. The black hole that was meant to trap Kurogiri was turned on Thirteen and it sucked a part of her uniform off, damaging her tremendously.
"Ms. Thirteen!" Mina gasped as tears were beginning to form in her eyes.
"Teacher, are you okay?" Tenya asked.
"Don't worry about me, Class Rep, "Thirteen hollered, "just go!"
Tenya nodded as he boosted his engines and ran towards the door. Kurogiri tried to stop him by warping him somewhere else, but the combined effort of Mezo, Hanta, and Rikido prevented him from reaching Tenya.
"You menacing little!" Kurogiri extended his mist, threatening to stop him in his tracks.
"I'm not letting you get to him!" Ochaco hollered as she jumped towards Kurogiri and placed her hands firmly on the metal plate surrounding the mists. Using her quirk, Ochaco managed to displace Kurogiri, causing him to float in the air.
Tenya arrived at the door in no time and began to open it, it was a large metal door that was, inconveniently, not automatic.
Tenya had no time to figure something out as he tried to open the door with his bare hands, gritting his teeth at the same time. It was an understatement to say that he struggled to open it, but his determination as well as his will to help his classmates gave him the push he needed and allowed him to open the door. In a few moments, he was finally able to open the door and sprinted toward U.A. High school as fast as he could.
Tch looks like our plans require changes. Kurogiri growled as he retreated towards his companions.
(With All Might back at U.A.)
I have sent everything to you, I will need to make my way towards the new facility to oversee the training lesson for our students.
After sending this text, All Might left the office building and proceeded to run towards the facility, he transformed into his muscle form and jumped at a great height, almost flying through the air.
From the corner of his eye, he noticed Tenya Iida running swiftly towards the school grounds. He quickly descended as he needed to know why a student was not in the facility as they are told.
"Halt, young student." All Might instructed.
Tenya saw All Might and was almost on the verge of tears due to excitement.
"Thank God, Mr. All Might, you're here." Tenya gasped for breath as he took a moment to breathe.
"What are you doing here Young Iida? Are you slacking off from class, get back at once-"
"Listen please Mr. All Might, we are being attacked by villains. The students, Mr. Aizawa, we all need your help," Tenya was almost shouting at this point, "I need to go back to the school to get more assistance, please go help them. I am not lying, please believe me."
All Might frowns as he looked closely at Tenya's face. There was no lie on his face, he was scared, he was in a state of panic and All Might could not ignore this plea from the student in need.
"Go now, go to the Principal at once, I will be at the facility in no time, I will buy you all the time you need." All Might instructed.
"Yes Mr. All Might, I will not fail you and my classmates," Tenya said as he ran swiftly towards U.A. High school, leaving All Might behind.
All Might was furious and at this point, he didn't waste any time as he ran toward the USJ facility.
(With Aizawa and Shigaraki)
Aizawa had just dispatched all the villains around him. He took a brief moment to breathe when he caught the sight of Shigaraki sprinting towards him.
"Finally, the final boss shows himself huh?" Aizawa stated as he traded blows with Shigaraki.
Aizawa tried to erase Shigaraki's quirk, but fighting the other villains took a lot out of his eyes. As he was denied the chance to treat his eyes, Aizawa was feeling soreness in his eyes, and thus could not activate his quirk.
Though he was presented with a disadvantage, Aizawa continued to attack Shigaraki relentlessly. He managed to push him back successfully for a brief moment, his focus on Shigaraki and Shigaraki alone. He would learn this to be his first mistake.
"You are quite skilled, Mr. Eraser Head, your fighting style is complementary to the way you use your quirk and you have proven to be quite a powerful foe, even against me," Shigaraki stated with an evil smirk, "but, unfortunately, you got one thing wrong..."
Aizawa felt his entire body collapse as he was suddenly forced onto the ground by a massive force of unbelievable proportions. He tried to lift his head, but it was firmly planted into the ground, and there was nothing he could do to get out of this situation.
"...you see, I am not the final boss today, Mr. Eraser Head," Shigaraki laughed at the situation Aizawa was suddenly placed in, "say hi to Nomu, our biologically engineered warrior. He was designed to kill All Might, and because he is not here, Nomu will gladly kill you."
Satoshi as well as Izuku and his friends directly across from him were just introduced to this sequence of events, the sight that just greeted these students was nothing short of horrifying. All of the students were terrified at what the monster was doing to their homeroom teacher. Afraid of screaming out loud, the students collectively covered their mouths with their hands.
They could hear the painful gasps from their teacher and were trying their best to not make a move. The Nomu crushed Aizawa's arms swiftly, rendering him completely immobile. Though Aizawa tried to erase the Nomu's quirk, he realized that the Nomu was unaffected.
"You know, you're quirk is a wonderful one," Shigaraki said, "but against the all-powerful Nomu, you might as well be quirkless."
The Nomu continued to crush Aizawa, pushing his face down to the ground. Aizawa's face was covered in blood when his face was lifted.
Satoshi as well as Izuku were both having second thoughts, they weren't that confident in their strength to fight the Nomu, but they wanted to do something to help Aizawa, yet the paralyzing fear they felt prevented them from moving a bit.
Kurogiri meanwhile had just emerged beside Shigaraki and addressed him.
"Did you kill Thirteen?" Shigaraki asked coldly.
"I knocked her out of commission, but I haven't killed her yet," Kurogiri replied.
"Well, then what stopped you?" Shigaraki asked.
"One of the students has escaped and is headed back to U.A. to call for backup, we need to get out of here quickly before this situation gets worse for us," Kurogiri explained.
Frustrated from learning this news, Shigaraki began to scratch his neck, his breathing became heavy as he could not believe the situation they were currently in. He stopped as his neck was now filled with red scratch marks on the verge of bleeding.
"You know, I would have killed you right here if your Warp quirk wasn't so valuable to us, Kurogiri," Shigaraki threatened, "well, now the game has to stop since we can't beat the amount of Pro Heroes that they will be sending for us, this game truly is over then."
Shigaraki shifted his focus towards Serena, Izuku, Mineta, and Tsuyu.
"But, if we can't kill the 'Symbol of Peace' today, then maybe we can deprive him of his beloved students, maybe then, he will learn not to avoid us." Shigaraki laughed maniacally as he launched towards Serena, his hand getting ready to melt her face off with his decay quirk.
Satoshi saw what Shigaraki was attempting and moved his body as fast as he could. He sprinted towards them as he was worried that Shigaraki might hurt his friends, but he was just a bit too slow.
Shigaraki had already reached Serena and placed his hands on her face, however, to the surprise of him and the students, nothing happened.
"Tch, you really are a cool teacher, Mr. Eraser Head," Shigaraki complimented as he turned around to face Aizawa, the Nomu slammed Aizawa's face into the ground once again, canceling out the effect of his quirk.
This whole sequence of actions gave Satoshi and Izuku enough time to form a reaction, they both moved against Shigaraki, launching an attack on both sides.
"Smash!" Izuku yelled as he threw a punch at Shigaraki, creating a huge explosion that sent shock waves flying across the area they were in. Satoshi's body once again coursed with blue energy as he rushed towards Shigaraki and punched him, creating more smoke that covered the whole area.
When the smoke dissipated, Izuku lifted his face to find a horrifying sight, the Nomu that was just a few moments ago was over by Aizawa, was now standing right in front of him.
When did he get here? Izuku thought with a horrified expression.
Satoshi meanwhile got a good few hits on Shigaraki, managing to punch him forcefully in the stomach using the cover of the smoke, his punches caused Shigaraki to cough out a lot of blood. However, Satoshi found himself unable to injure the villain further as the Nomu was now standing between him and Shigaraki, preventing him from delivering the critical blow.
"You damned villain, that was for hurting my teacher and for you trying to melt off my girlfriend's face," Satoshi hollered fiercely as he jumped towards Izuku.
"Hmph, impudent little brat," Shigaraki grit his teeth as he clutched his stomach painfully, "Nomu, get rid of him."
Nomu turned around to see the injured Shigaraki, it stared at him for a brief second and nodded, then it turned its face to look at Satoshi. Satoshi gulped as he found himself being a target, and he was beyond certain that, as fast as he was, he was nowhere as fast as this monster.
The Nomu lifted its hand, planning on crushing the raven-haired teenager for injuring the person it should protect. Serena launched a torrent of flame around the Nomu, trapping it and Shigaraki, and Satoshi took this opportunity to back off but the Nomu simply blew out of the fire and went after him.
Satoshi felt a lot of pain in his stomach as the Nomu successfully landed a punch on him, the energy was enough to knock Satoshi face-first onto the ground. Coughing up some blood, he could feel the Nomu continue to approach him but there was nothing he could do about it. He braced himself for the attack but it never came, Satoshi lifted his head to see the Nomu turn its sight towards the upper platform.
"Hmph, it's fine now, students and juniors," All Might yelled, his eyes burning with anger as he pierced the villains with them, "Why do I say that? Because I am here!"
The students on the platform, as well as Izuku's group and Satoshi, were all relieved and sighed a huge breath of relief as they observed their teacher, the No.1 Hero's arrival.
The rest of the villains that slightly recovered saw All Might and felt some slight pressure as they stared at him.
"So that is All Might?" One of the villains gasped, "it's my first time seeing him and he feels... unstoppable."
"It's just one of him, there are so many of us here, let's just kill him without hesitation." One of the villains said as he was getting impatient.
Before he could even turn his head, the villain was already knocked onto the ground by All Might. The other villains all fell simultaneously as All Might made short work of them.
"I'm so sorry, Aizawa, I was too late," All Might said as he picked Aizawa up. He then eyed Satoshi, Izuku, and the rest of the students on the ground and moved to save them. In about a second, the 5 students found themselves situated away from the villains.
"Huh?" Serena gasped as she was surprised, along with her classmates, at the speed of All Might.
"Aizawa is unconscious, I'm leaving him with you. Get him out of here and get to safety," All might instructs as he held his hand out in front of the students.
"But All Might, that Nomu is super fast," Satoshi said.
"He took one of my punches and it didn't even hurt him," Izuku added.
"I will manage, it'll be okay." All Might said.
"You need our help, you can't do this alone. Please don't do this alone." Izuku protested.
"It's fine Young Midoriya!" All Might comforted as he held a peace sign and gave his trademark smile to the group, "please just listen to me this time. Leave and don't try to help me."
The 5 students nodded reluctantly as they helped to lift Aizawa and carried him back to the platform. All Might meanwhile, turned his sight towards the villain.
"You know, you make me super angry, " All Might started, "you have scared my students, hurt my colleague, and ruined what should have been a great lesson. All for what? Petty schemes."
All Might was waiting for a response to come out of the villains, but none came. Angry and irritated at their silence, he launched towards the pale villain.
"Fine then, be silent, but prepare yourselves, damn villains." All Might cried as he aimed a punch at Shigaraki. But just before he could get to him, the Nomu blocked his path, absorbing the blow completely. The Nomu just stared at All Might with a blank expression before launching an attack on him.
Does this really have no effect? Young Midoriya was right. All Might thought as he threw another punch at the Nomu's belly, trying to damage it, but to no avail.
Looks like it is time to change the angle of attack. All Might thought as he aimed for the Nomu's face. He successfully landed a punch, but the Nomu brushed it off again. Not willing to give up, All Might threw a few more punches, but they were all ineffective as the Nomu just roared and launched a series of counter-attacks.
"What is this monstrosity? My attacks do not affect its face either?" All Might gasped as he jumped back to dodge the barrage of attacks.
"Honorable and respectable 'Symbol of Peace', allow me to explain why," Shigaraki started, "your attacks don't work because the quirk of the Nomu is Shock Absorption. You could find other more effective ways to damage the Nomu if it lets you of course."
"Thank you for that information," All Might said, "that'll make it easier for me to destroy this abomination."
All Might got a hold of the Nomu and proceeded to crash the Nomu into the ground with a powerful suplex, the impact of the attack creating a dust cloud, obscuring the duo from the sight of others.
"Wow, his attacks can even cause explosions." Mineta cheered, "he's on a whole other playing field."
"It seems the villains have underestimated him." Tsuyu added.
"No," the group stopped as Satoshi stopped, "I think they have All Might right where they want him."
"What do you mean?" Serena asked, "there's no way All Might loses to these maniacs."
"I can sense his energy, remember?" Satoshi pointed out, "trust me, we have to go back to him now."
"Are you crazy?" Minoru protested, "he instructed us not to help him."
Satoshi did not respond as the smoke had just dissipated, and it was revealed that he was right. All Might was still in the suplex position, but a gate under him brought the Nomu to All Might's backside. The Nomu had a hold of All Might and was digging into his wound. Struggling to get out of this position, All Might was coughing out blood as he was badly injured.
"All Might!" Izuku yelled as he was horrified at what had just happened.
"Hmph, you can't just thrust him into the ground and expect us to do nothing about it. I feel insulted that you would underestimate us like that," Shigaraki smirked.
"Our true way of defeating you was not through the Nomu. The Nomu was only meant to restrain you because you are super fast and super powerful," Kurogiri said as he inched closer to All Might, "once he restrains your movement, then it is my job to end you by closing the warp gate when your body is halfway through it. Though I will come to detest the amount of blood and organs that will be inside of me."
"I have to go," Izuku said without warning, Izuku dashed towards All Might, leaving the other behind.
You can't die, All Might! There are still many things that I want you to teach me! Izuku thought as he launched towards Kurogiri in a desperate attempt to save his teacher.
"No! Go away Young Midoriya! Do not come here!" All Might responded as he waved frantically at Izuku to get him to back away.
Izuku shook his head, refusing to back off, he threw a punch toward Kurogiri, but a blue sphere from behind him reached the misty villain first, hurting him tremendously. The misty villain was also struck by an explosion that pushed Izuku back.
"MOVE! Get out of my way, DAMN DEKU!" Katsuki yelled at Izuku as he grabbed Kurogiri's metal armor and slammed him to the ground.
"Satoshi, go save All Might while the Nomu is frozen!" Shoto yelled as he froze the ground where the Nomu is. The ice stopped just before it reached All Might. Satoshi took this chance and punched the ice, destroying Nomu's arm and loosening All Might, moving him towards the group. When they got to a safe distance, Satoshi used his aura power to heal him.
Eijiro meanwhile jumped towards Shigaraki and planted his fists into his face, knocking him backward.
"Hmph, you will pay for this today villain!" Eijiro warned as he jumped towards his companions.
"All I heard from your incessant yapping was that you are trying to kill All Might," Shoto said coldly as he looked on at Shigaraki with disgust, "you are delusional. There is no way that All Might will ever be killed by pathetic people like you."
"You certainly have the audacity to act like a stuck-up villain eh, you misty loser!" Katsuki insulted Kurogiri as he created more explosions, hurting the misty villain.
"Give up villain, this is over. You guys never even stood a chance." Satoshi glared at Shigaraki as he finished healing All Might.
(Meanwhile, with Serena, Tsuyu, and Mineta carrying Aizawa)
"Shoto, Katsuki, and Eijiro too! You guys are the best! Beat them up!" Mineta was so happy at the sight of his classmates that he had tears in his eyes.
"We need to get Mr. Aizawa back on the platform quickly, let's hurry." Tsuyu reminded as they were getting ever so close to the staircase.
"Hey guys, come give us a hand, he is still hurt badly and he's not light at all," Serena hollered towards the students on top of the platform.
"Is that Mr. Aizawa? Oh no! We're coming." The students gasped as they moved down quickly to help the trio tend to their teacher.
(With Satoshi and Izuku)
Shigaraki stared at them with a blank expression as he was processing the whole situation, he was getting more and more unhappy at the moment, and it was hard for him to admit that he was going to be denied a chance to kill All Might.
Our way out is trapped, and our Nomu is stuck, seems like we're in a pinch now. Shigaraki thought.
"You've been transparent throughout this whole time Kurogiri," Satoshi started, "you couldn't take much damage from physical attacks because you covered your physical body with your mists huh?"
"Yeah, when the three of us attacked you earlier, you blurted out 'that was close'," Eijiro added, "this meant that you could be damaged if we were given the right opportunity.
Kurogiri grunted as he tried to move, but Katsuki had his hands firmly on the villain, pushing him down.
"Hey, damn villain, don't you dare move," Katsuki glared at him, "try to do that again, and I'll seriously blow you up in pieces."
"Honestly, you students are quite amazing," Shigaraki complimented, "you not only captured my companions, but most of you emerged without getting hurt."
"You lost villain, stop talking and come with us quietly," Izuku said.
"You better stop this ruse right now." All Might warned the villain.
"Stop? Oh no, we're just getting started, right Nomu?" Shigaraki smirked as the Nomu left the warp gate and broke the ice on its body, breaking off its right side limbs. In no time the Nomu regenerated most of its limbs back and was ready for battle once again.
"What?! I thought you said that its quirk was Shock absorption." All Might gasped.
"Hey, I did mention that this Nomu was designed to take you on, didn't I?" Shigaraki taunted, "I also said that it was bio-engineered, which means that the Shock Absorption is just one of its quirks."
Just one of these quirks? Izuku panicked as the Nomu had successfully regenerated all its wounds
"Now, if you'd be so kind as to release my companion," Shigaraki wore a sadistic smile on his face, "we'd like our warp gate back. Nomu, go get him."
The Nomu dashed towards Katsuki, surprising everyone. All Might was the only one who could react to his speed, and he quickly chased after it.
Moments later, an explosion erupted where Katsuki was, covering the area and obstructing all vision. The impact of the punch blew all the teenagers away as the smoke engulfed them. When the smoke dissipated, Katsuki was next to Satoshi and Izuku, his eyes wide with surprise and fear.
"Wait, you dodged that Kacchan?" Izuku asked, "how did you pull that off?"
"Shut up nerd, I didn't dodge it," Katsuki responded. I couldn't see anything, somehow I was displaced.
"Wait, then how did...oh no," Satoshi said as he turned towards the trail of smoke by their side, All Might is once again injured, this time with his hands acting as guards in front of him.
"Hmm, so you actually defended the child, huh?" Shigaraki muttered.
"You damn psycho, do you not know a thing called restraint. You couldn't have held back against my students?" All Might hollered.
"Hey Mr. Symbol of Peace, you can't blame me on that one, that brat held one of my friends captive. I had no choice but to go all out to rescue him." Shigaraki responded as he pointed toward Izuku and Satoshi, "besides, those two were going to hurt me with their punches, and one of them succeeded in doing so, I'm still in pain right now."
Satoshi and Izuku glared at Shigaraki as he stared at All Might without any visible signs of emotion.
"Don't give me that look. Violence for the sake of others is a noble act right?" Shigaraki continued, "that's why it's okay when you heroes do it, but when I do it, I'm a villain? How is that fair? That's why I'm angry. My actions are considered villainous while yours is heroic, even though they are both violent."
"This is why I want to kill you, All Might. You are a tool for suppressing violence caused by quirk users, but violence only leads to more violence." Shigaraki stated, "why should I be limited huh?"
"Don't be delusional, villain. You stand on the bodies of the ones you hurt, and you have the audacity to demand fair comparison with us, who try to do good for the people," All Might spat back, "you enjoy this destruction, you enjoy hurting people, and you would have enjoyed killing me. To label the temporal 'saving' of your companion as a cause for noble? You're such a dirty liar."
Tch. This guy reads me like a book. Shigaraki thought as he scratched his neck some more.
"Whatever the reason you guys are doing this. We will fight you, and we will win, there is no way that you will be triumphant today." Satoshi declared.
"It's 6 to 3, and we already know the misty villain's weakness," Izuku added.
"We provide support for All Might, even if those villains are crazy," Eijiro said.
"Let's do this, we can beat them and win this!" Shoto said.
"Prepare to get beaten up, villains!" Katsuki said.
"No!" All Might said as he walked in front of the students and faced the villains, "you must all leave now and let me handle this."
"With all due respect All Might! Shoto and I saved you, remember?" Satoshi reminded.
"Without us, you would still be trapped by the Nomu," Shoto added.
"I thank you two for your assistance, but this is different," All Might said, "just let me, a full-fledged Pro Hero, show you the way that I work."
"But All Might, you're bleeding, and you're at your limit, you can't go much-" Izuku stopped himself before he revealed too much.
All Might responded by lifting his thumb in an attempt to remind Izuku that everything will be fine. Izuku stopped and was forced to realize that he needs to let All Might do his job.
"Kurogiri, Nomu, you two will take on All Might," Shigaraki instructed, "I will deal with the students."
I am indeed hurt, and I am at my limit. Even though my strength is decreasing rapidly, I have to do my best to protect these kids. All Might thought walked towards the villains getting ready for the fight.
"Let's kill the Symbol of Peace and end this stupid game. After that, we can go home," Shigaraki said as the trio moved towards the heroes.
Why? Because I am the Symbol of Peace! All Might thought as he activated his quirk and launched himself towards the incoming Shigaraki.
He launched himself at such a speed that caused Shigaraki to freeze completely, the Nomu dashed forward, meeting him head-on. They launched a powerful punch at each other, the impact causing shock waves that pushed everything and everyone away in their vicinity.
Shigaraki jumped out of the way and took his time to taunt All Might.
"You do know that the Nomu's quirk is Shock absorption, right? Yet you continue to fight it head-on? You're not the brightest Hero around, are you?" Shigaraki said.
"I know it's quirks, you don't have to remind me!" All Might said as he continued to trade blows with the Nomu.
"If you made this monster to fight with me, and you made his quirk Shock Absorption, then there has to be a limit to how much he can absorb right?" All Might continued as he unleashed another barrage of attacks. The shock waves from their fight were so immense that they pushed the surrounding people behind.
"I can't get close to him at all," Kurogiri said as he was struggling to keep his footing.
"Ahh, this fight is way too intense," Satoshi said as the students were trying not to be blown away.
"You have no idea what you are doing, villain. If this Nomu was really made to compete with me when my power is at 100%," All Might started, "then I guess I'll just have to do better than that. I'll force it to surrender from beyond that level, with more than 100% of my power."
Amazement doesn't even begin to describe what Izuku and Satoshi's thoughts are now. They are looking at their favorite Hero begin to dominate this fight and they are both speechless.
How? He is bleeding, yet he is doing all of this as if he is completely unscathed. Satoshi thought.
He's not throwing random punches. Every punch he swings, every assault he puts forth, is more than his full power, beyond 100% of his strength. Izuku was astounded at the sight he is provided.
All Might continued his assault as he pushed and punched the Nomu back, eventually breaking the guard of the Nomu. With one powerful attack, he sent the Nomu flying into the forest nearby. All Might took this opportunity to leap into the air and met the Nomu there. All Might punched it a few more times and then grabbed it, hurling it towards the ground. When the Nomu impacted the ground, it broke into the cement and cracked the ground.
All Might then jumped back to the ground and glared at Shigaraki, Kurogiri, and the Nomu.
"You think you're doing anything noble here? You think you got us trapped and beaten?" All Might started, "A hero can always overcome a tricky situation, they can always get out of a pinch."
"I hope you learned this lesson, villains. And remember this phrase, we're heroes. and we Go Beyond! Plus Ultra!" All Might hollered pulled his fists back and landed a final punch onto the Nomu, the punch was powerful enough to send the Nomu flying out of the facility. The impact of the attack shook basically the whole facility, causing all members within to pause their current action.
"What in the world was that?" Eijiro gasped, "it's actually like a fantasy story, he actually just pulled that move out of a comic book or something."
"All Might was so fast he actually overpowered the Nomu, and bypassed its regenerative abilities with his constant attacks," Katsuki added.
"This is the world of the Pros?" Satoshi gasped. Looks like I still have a long, long way to go.
The group stared at All Might as he stood there, gasping for breath.
"Looks like my power has diminished quite a bit," All Might states, "5 punches would have been enough to beat that Nomu in my prime," he stopped to get one more breath, "and now it took over 300 punches to deal with it."
He then turned towards the Kurogiri and Shigaraki.
I am out of time, this needs to end quickly.
"Villains, it is time for you to surrender now, and maybe you'll get a lighter sentence if you do as I say," All Might states, "know when you are beaten."
"Hmph, this is outrageous, we were completely beaten, even though he was weaker." Shigaraki was shaking with rage, refusing to accept his situation.
I can't move, I have to stay still, please don't come here. I can't do anything. All Might thought as Shigaraki was inching ever closer.
"You are beaten villains, your prized creature blown away. You think you can take me?!" All Might taunted.
Hesitate. Doubt, whatever happens, don't come. I need more time, we need more time. All Might thought.
Shigaraki continued to scratch his neck, anger boiling in his system. This was not the result he had anticipated, he was sure the Nomu they constructed would be sufficient enough to kill the Symbol of Peace, but what Shigaraki hadn't realized is that All Might is more powerful than was described to him.
"Shigaraki, you need to calm down and look around you," Kurogiri advised, "All Might is hurt badly after his fight with the Nomu, the children are all shaken, and our companions are beginning to regain their consciousness. We can still kill All Might with the help of the others."
"You're right Kurogiri, I'm gonna kill him myself!" Shigaraki muttered as they charged towards All Might.
I can't let them get close to All Might, I have to do something to stall them. Izuku thought as he flew towards Shigaraki, unbearable pain streaming through his body as the energy he used to leap broke his legs.
"Wait, Izuku!" Satoshi cried out, unable to react to the sudden movement of his friend.
Izuku got the attention of both Kurogiri and Shigaraki, he prepared a punch but he found himself face to face with one of Shigaraki's palms.
"You think that trick will work again?" Kurogiri called out.
"I will not be stopped by mere children! You will not deny me my victory." Shigaraki yelled as he turned his attention towards Izuku, his hand inches towards Izuku's face when suddenly, he felt an unbearable amount of pain in his arms. Bullets ran down from afar as he was pierced by many.
"What in the?" Satoshi questioned as the group turned around. Looking towards the higher platform, they saw that a whole host of U.A. Staff has arrived at the scene.
"I, Tenya Iida, representative of class 1-A, has returned," Tenya hollered as he took a deep breath, "everyone, please stay calm and follow the instructions of the Pro Heroes."
"We're so sorry about all of this." Present Mic said, "we need to get them out of here now."
"We made it just in time." Principal Nezu said, "everyone needs to spread out and look for the remaining students scattered around the facility. We need to find them and get Thirteen and Aizawa into urgent care immediately."
"All right!" All the heroes proceeded as Nezu had instructed.
The rest of the villains charged at the Heroes, but with the number of heroes present and their coordination with their quirks, the villains were quickly beaten.
"Hmm, looks like it's game over for us, consider your days numbered All Might," Shigaraki warned as the duo teleported immediately away from the U.S.J facility.
(With Izuku, Satoshi, and All Might)
"In the end, I wasn't able to do anything to help you guys," Izuku said with tears in his eyes.
"That's not true Izuku," Satoshi responded.
"Yes, Young Midoriya, Young Ketchum is right," All Might informed as he turned back into his true, skinny form, "if it weren't for you buying me a few seconds, they would have been able to kill me."
Izuku looked at them with tears in his eyes, he gave them a firm nod and shook off his tears.
"Forget me, how are you kids doing?" All Might asked.
"Well, my left arm and both legs are broken from earlier." Izuku said, "I definitely need to go to Recovery girl."
"I got hit by the Nomu, my stomach is aching quite a bit now," Satoshi said as he clutched his stomach, using his healing powers to heal himself, "it should hurt a lot but I suspect the pain dampened in the heat of the moment. I've healed it a bit though so I should be fine now."
"Hey All Might and students, we're getting everyone out of here. I'm guessing based on your situation you guys require assistance?" One of the U.A. staff members, Cementoss asked as he walked over to the trio.
"Yes, that would be great, thank you." All Might responded.
"Don't mention it, All Might, you risked yourself today," Cementoss reassured him, "I am also a big fan of yours, and I am glad to see that the students are safe because of you."
"Your wrong Cementoss," All Might said, "The students are safe, because they chose to fight, and they have protected themselves, as well as each other."
All Might gave both Izuku and Satoshi a thumbs-up as the trio smiled brightly. Satoshi explained what had happened to Cementoss and went with him to get some more help. The duo returned momentarily with medical equipment and transport All Might and Izuku to U.A. High School.
(A few hours later)
After the incident had been resolved, everyone left the U.S.J facility. All the students were accounted for, and every student, barring Izuku who was in the infirmary, had to receive a check-up that ensured their physical and mental well-being. After the final diagnosis, Class 1-A was sent back to their classroom to gather their belongings and depart for their home.
Needless to say, they all experienced some form of trauma after this incident.
"Ketchum, Yvonne, Uraraka, are you guys okay?" Tenya asked as the class returned to the classroom.
"I'm fine, I was lucky that I am hurt at all," Ochaco said.
"Neither am I," Serena replied.
"I got hit by the Nomu after I punched the villain with a lot of hands, he was trying to hurt our classmates and I couldn't let him do it," Satoshi explained, "fortunately the adrenaline of the moment lessened the pain."
"How is Deku?" Ochaco asked.
"He's doing fine Ochaco," Satoshi answered, "he is in the infirmary with All Might, they are probably talking with the police to figure everything out."
The group stayed silent for a few moments, the silence was lifted as Minoru and Tsuyu walked over to them.
"I'm glad I was with you girls, I don't know what would have happened if I was left alone," Minoru spoke up as Tsuyu and Serena traded grateful glances.
"Honestly, I was also super scared too," Tsuyu said, "but the situation forced me to toughen up, when Izuku said he had a plan, my only concern was making sure the plan worked."
"I was super scared when the pale villain guy ran towards us," Serena said, "but luckily Satoshi and Izuku were there to stall some time for us."
"Can we stop talking about the incident please," Satoshi blurted out, "it's over now. We need to stop dwelling on the past and work harder to be more prepared for the future."
"Are you sure Satoshi? It's okay to talk about these things, it's okay to be scared," Minoru said.
"Yeah, there's no need for the tough guy act." Ochaco added, "you're allowed to be scared."
"I don't want to talk about it," Satoshi said as he walked out of the room quickly.
The group looked at each other before Serena decided to go after him.
"Wait, Satoshi," Serena cried out as she caught up to him. She stepped in front of him and saw tears in his eyes.
"Satoshi? What's wrong?" Serena asked, worried about her boyfriend.
"He was this close to hurting you, Serena," Satoshi muttered, not wanting Serena to hear him, "I was scared. I don't know if I could live with myself if anything happened to you."
"Hey, it's okay. I'm okay, because of Mr. Aizawa and also because of you," Serena comfortedSatoshi, "thanks for being there for me. I love you."
"I love you too," Satoshi said as he pulled Serena into a hug, they stayed for a few minutes.
"This incident was hard on all of us," Serena started as the couple broke the hug, "but we need to be strong and improve ourselves. You have a powerful quirk, and so does everyone else in the class. If we all work together and help one another, then we can all become great heroes."
"You're right Serena, thanks for being my rock," Satoshi said.
"Always, thanks for being my rock too," Serena responded as she began walking back to the classroom, "Come on Satoshi, let's go back to our friends."
(With Shigaraki and Kurogiri on the communicator)
"Your plan has failed Teacher," Shigaraki complained angrily as he clutched his stomach, "All Might is not as weak as you described to me and his students were also quite powerful. It was honestly embarrassing."
"All Might defeated the Nomu you gave us and sent it flying far away, as a result, we weren't able to retrieve it," Kurogiri explained, "most likely the police force has found it."
"Fret not my faithful students," The voice in the intercom responded, "the Nomu will be of no value to those pitiful heroes, as it is unable to divulge any information. The Nomu I sent was merely a test subject, and it is not the only one I am creating. You have done well with the test, so it is time to enact plan B."
"We had a plan B?" Kurogiri inquired curiously.
"Of course, did you think that I would not construct another plan in case this one didn't work out the way we wanted it to? Remember you two, you must always have contingencies and backup plans ready when things don't go as expected." their teacher instructed, "In any case, I will be sending more Nomu to you shortly, they will be a greeting gift for our hero friends. You will place them in the public areas of the city and unleash hell for the heroes, they will have quite the task to handle."
"Alright then, we will wait patiently for you to send them over," Kurogiri responded.
"One more thing, I understand you have encountered a troublesome quirk user with an affinity for energy-based attacks?" the teacher asked.
"Yes we have, how did you come upon this information?" Shigaraki asked.
"I have my ways, know that his troubling existence will no longer be a problem, I have something prepared for him." Their teacher said.
"What are you planning on doing?" Shigaraki asked.
"I have a mutual friend who is familiar with such quirk users. I'll be sending her your way. You can expect her arrival in roughly two weeks," the voice on the intercom instructed.
"We will welcome this mutual friend of yours, teacher. I assume she will carry more orders from you." Kurogiri stated.
"Perhaps, you will have to find out when she arrives. In the meantime, your task will be to rest up and heal your wounds. I hope this has been a valuable lesson for the both of you, I'm sure that you two will make great use of this failure," Their teacher said as he disconnected from the call.
"Well, this has been a day," Kurogiri said.
Shigaraki meanwhile places an ice pack on his wounds. Gritting his teeth as he printed the painful sensation into his mind, he burned with anger, but there was also anticipation for revenge.
(The next day, with All Might and Izuku)
"Young Midoriya, how are you holding up?" All Might asked the green-haired teenager as the duo walked towards All Might's office.
"I think so, I'm still aching in some places right now but Recovery Girl told me that I should be fine, I just need to rest for an additional day or two," Izuku responded with a faint smile on his face.
"Good, I will need to speak to you and Young Ketchum." All Might said.
"About what exactly?" Izuku asked curiously.
"Don't be hasty now, I will tell you when we all meet up, he should be in my office waiting for us already." All Might responded.
"Okay then," Izuku asked as the duo arrived at their destination. As All Might predicted, Satoshi was already inside waiting for them, what the duo did not expect was that Serena and Ochaco were also with him.
"Uhhh, I don't remember asking you two to come." All Might stated as Serena and Ochaco just looked at him with a frown on their faces.
"That's what I told them, but they would not listen and insist on following me here," Satoshi informed him.
All Might sighed as he pulled up a chair and sat down, looking at the girls.
"You girls are good friends with these two boys, but I need to have this conversation with them in private, and it's best if you stay out of it for now," he informed.
"You know, I can still ask Satoshi about it later, so why not tell us now," Serena said with a serious expression.
"Please don't ask them to talk to you about it. I don't care if you are their friends, but I will make sure they keep whatever this conversation is about between us. So don't be unreasonable," All Might said, "when it is time, I will give them permission to talk to you about it."
The girls looked at each other and turned to All Might with unsure expressions on their faces.
"If this is still a hard decision for you girls, then perhaps their expulsion being on the line would convince you enough?" All Might said, as the 4 students suddenly looked at him with wide eyes.
"You can't do this. Don't expel them, please!" Ochaco said.
"Then you know what to do. Don't talk to them about it, and don't try to find out either. I know about Young Jiro's quirk, please don't involve her either." All Might said with a smile.
The girls looked at each other and towards All Might, whose smile turned into a serious expression. They both sighed and stood up, leaving the room.
"I'm sorry about that, you two," All Might said as he turned towards the two boys and transformed back to a skinnier form, "I wasn't serious about the expulsion, but the secret of One For All can only be known by so many people. For now, I can see it will be hard for you two, but this must be kept a secret."
"I'm sorry about this, my abilities have allowed me to recognize your life force, but I did not know that your condition was supposed to be kept a secret." Satoshi apologized.
"It's okay, it was actually good that you have found me," All Might explains to the boys.
"Why is that?" Satoshi asked, "didn't you want to keep One For All to be kept a secret from people?"
"Yes because others would be in danger because they know about me and One For All," All Might informed him, "but not you, you're not in any danger yet, and besides, for the longest time, I was looking for someone that had your quirk, so you finding me, was very fortunate for us."
"I don't quite understand," Satoshi said in a confused tone.
"Me neither," Izuku added.
"When I was your age, I learned about a lot about quirks," All Might explained to Izuku, "as it turns out, there was one person thousands of years ago called Aaron who has the same abilities as you did. When he died, this power becomes dormant, and it waited for the right successor."
"And you're saying that I have inherited this quirk?" Satoshi asked.
"As it turns out, yes," All Might answered, "this quirk is not just a set of skills, it is a part of your life force. You can manipulate your own energies to augment yourself and others, and you can heal their wounds."
"If Satoshi has such a good quirk, would that not make him a target for other people?" Izuku asked.
"Potentially, but the best heroes are always targets," All Might replied, "I am always a target, as you have seen in the incident. And when I gave my quirk to you, Young Midoriya, you are now also a target, alongside Young Ketchum. Your quirks are both sought after."
Satoshi and Izuku looked at each other and then at All Might.
"If they want to come to get us, then we'll be ready for them," Izuku stated.
"Yeah, if we train hard, we'll be fine." Satoshi agreed.
"I like your confidence Young Midoriya and Young Ketchum, just what I want to hear," All Might laughed, "this also brings me to the real reason why I summoned you two here today."
Izuku and Satoshi both looked at him with curiosity.
"My old teacher and I are setting up a new agency in Japan," All Might started, "I would like you both to meet with him."

As I have said in the last chapter, changes have been made, I hope you enjoy them. I seem to be hyping up Satoshi's quirk quite a bit, I do intend to make him powerful, but not over-powered. I also will place a focus on him and Serena more, and for you Amourshippers from the Pokemon fandom, I got some of that in this chapter. Hope you all enjoyed it.
