The City of Argus. It was where Jaune-II's sister lived and where Pyrrha's mother was. Jaune-II and Pyrrha were standing in the statue of Pyrrha. It was weird for Pyrrha to see the statue honouring her death, but it was the least weird thing that she had encountered ever since meeting other Jaune.
While Jaune-II and Pyrrha looked at the statue, they heard someone gasp behind them. The gasp came from a woman with a striking resemblance to Pyrrha. She had the same emerald eyes, and red hair, though she was more mature looking.
"P-Pyrrha!" the woman said. "H-How is this possible?!".
"M-Mom! Please calm down and let me explain," Pyrrha said. She made sure to calm down her mom before she attracted attention. "Let's head home, and I can explain as much as I can. Jaune would explain things I don't fully grasp".
"I-I…Are you really Pyrrha?" the woman said. She had tears in her eyes. "Are you really my baby girl?".
"I am…I missed you so much, mom," Pyrrha said. She then looked around and saw people flocking around. "We really should head somewhere more private. I don't like that people are starting to flock around us".
"R-Right, sorry," the woman said. "Come on, then. Let's head home".
While on the way back to Pyrrha and her mom's house, Pyrrha asked her mother a question.
"Mom?" Pyrrha called. "What were you doing in the area?".
"It's something I do every other month," the woman said. "I would go to your statue and speak to it as if I'm speaking to you".
"I see," Pyrrha said.
After a few minutes of walking, Jaune, Pyrrha and the woman arrived at the house, and they entered. Before Jaune and Pyrrha explained everything to the woman, she asked if they would like something to drink. The entire time, the woman was shaking.
"Mom, please calm down," Pyrrha said. "I'm here now. I'm not just going to disappear magically".
"I-I know, but it's just so surreal seeing you again," the woman said. She then looked at Jaune-II. "Oh, and where are my manners? I'm Dahlia Nikos. It's good to see you again".
"Yeah," Jaune-II said while rubbing the back of his head. "It's nice to see you again".
"Now, Pyrrha, darling," Dahlia said. "Can you explain what's going on? I thought you died? Everyone said you did?".
"Yeah, this will be a very unbelievable story, mom," Pyrrha said. "But please, keep an open mind as everything we're about to tell you is real, and nothing is fabricated".
Pyrrha then told her everything that had happened. Everything from being able to watch the people that she loved even in death to her being brought back to life with a stone…A Resurrection Stone, Pyrrha has to clarify that since she remembered Coco's reaction. After explaining everything she could, Pyrrha delegated the rest of the explanation to Jaune-II.
Sure enough, there were many parts of the explanation that Dahlia couldn't believe at first but remembering that she was sitting down in the living room with her supposed dead daughter was enough to make her accept.
"This…this is all too much to understand right away," Dahlia said. "Are you saying that you can watch the world of the living in the afterlife? How about your father? Did you get to meet him as well?".
"I did," Pyrrha said. "When I was being brought back to life, he told me to tell you something as proof that I am who I say I am, and dad said you'd like to hear it".
Pyrrha said the words to Dahlia, and she blushed. The words mean nothing to Pyrrha or anyone else, but it means a lot to her.
"Ahem, that's your dad for you," Dahlia said. "Your dad didn't tell you what words means, did he?".
"No, he did not," Pyrrha said. "Something about only for him and you to understand and nothing more".
After a while, Jaune-II decided to let mother and daughter reunite with each other alone. He informed Pyrrha of his decision to leave, and she nodded at him. Jaune-II then headed to his sister's house. He wanted to meet with her and inform her that he was okay after what happened to Atlas. Plus, he wanted to meet the little guy.
When Jaune-II arrived at his sister's house, he knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer. It took a few seconds before Saphron opened it.
"Jaune! Y-You're okay!" Saphron said. "The last thing I heard from you and your friends is that Atlas was under attack".
"It was, and Atlas fell," Jaune-II said. He had a sombre look in his eyes. "We did everything we could, but we failed to protect the City of Atlas and the Kingdom of Mantle. However, we were able to get most people evacuated to Vacuo".
"How did you manage that?" Saphron said. She then remembered that they were talking out front. "Sorry, come in and make yourself at home".
Jaune did just that, and he waited for Saphron, who went into the kitchen to get him a drink, but while doing so, Terra arrived in the living room with Adrian, where Saphron brought Jaune-II. She was shocked and relieved to see her brother-in-law safe and sound.
When Saphron came back from the kitchen, Jaune-II explained everything, including Pyrrha being brought back to life thanks to his counterpart from another remnant. Were they shocked? Sure, but they were thankful for other Jaune bringing Jaune-II back safely.
"Wow! That's one hell of an adventure," Saphron said. "That top all the stories of heroism in the family. Damn…Shoot. I forgot about Adrian".
"Well, one thing loved from the story Jaune told us is that even in another world, we are together," Terra said. "I guess we're meant to be".
"Oh, by the way," Jaune-II said. "In that other Remnant, the Jaune there accepted your offer".
"Hmm…" Saphron said. "What offer?".
"You know, of me being the donor," Jaune-II said. He took out his scroll and Saphron and Terra baby Adrian from the other Remnant. "See, look at Adrian's eyes. They are blue instead of brown. The father of Adrian in that world is other Jaune".
"That's interesting," Saphron said. "Do you know if other Jaune is acting as the father?".
"Yeah, he decided to take the role of Adrian's father, and he's a great one," Jaune-II said. "According to that world's Saphron and Terra, other Jaune would come home every day from Beacon to feed, bathe and tuck Adrian to sleep. And on weekends, he would be the one to watch Adrian while Saphron and Terra rest or go and have fun".
"How is other Jaune able to do all that?" Terra said. "Wouldn't it be tiring to go back and forth from Beacon and Vale every day?".
"For one, other Jaune doesn't seem to get easily tired," Jaune-II said. "Secondly, other Jaune has this ability to open a portal to places he's been to. So, every day, he would just open a portal home".
In Patch, a blonde-haired man is being beaten up by a petite redhead. If one was to look into the blonde man's eyes, it shows absolute terror.
"You son of a bitch!" Summer said. "I understood that when I died, you were grieving! And you accidentally neglected our children in that regard! But when they left to save the world, what did you do? You sat your ass on the couch and did nothing to help our children! Now, what do you have to say for yourself?".
"Summer! How are you here?" Tai said. He was wincing in pain from being beaten up by his wife. He was contemplating whether what was happening was real or if he ate something and was hallucinating his wife. "W-What's going on?".
"What's going on is that I will continue beating your ass until you explain yourself," Summer said. She then cracked her knuckles to show that she was serious. "Now, explain, or get beat up? Make your choice, but if I don't like your answer, I'll beat you up either way".
Qrow, Ruby and Yang were watching the entire thing. Yang, who saw her father as this invincible man, feels pity for him. As for Ruby, she was enjoying how awesome her mother was. Qrow was praying for Tai to survive the storm he had brought to himself.
"Well?" Summer said to Tai. "Do you have anything to say for yourself?".
Tai knew that it would not be good enough of an answer no matter what he said because nothing is good enough to explain why a father wouldn't go after his children who threw themselves in harm's way to save the world.
"Wow! Mom's awesome!" Ruby said. "I guess Yang was right about her being a super mom!".
"Yeah, Summer was the strongest amongst us," Qrow said. "With her small frame, people never expect her to be able to pick up a boulder and hurl it".
"Is dad going to be okay?" Yang asked. "I don't think he can take any more of mom's beating".
"Nah! He'll be fine," Qrow said. "When Tai and Summer spar, they get more injured than this".
The beating of Tai continued for thirty minutes before he was brought inside the house and was sat down on the couch. From there, Ruby and Yang explained everything to Tai. From beginning to the end. There was absolutely no reason for Tai not to believe what they said. After all, the evidence he needs already beat him up.
