Stiles POV- Stiles couldn't contain the emotions inside him the happiness, joy, love all swirled in him making his face hurt with the smile on it. Selene's plane would be landing in seconds he could see it. He could feel her inside it feeling just as he was longing to be reunited with their other half. They'd been apart for a week but it felt like much longer to them.

The second the door to the plane opened Stiles was out of the SUV and running towards Selene who stepped off the plane and ran to him. He caught her in his arms tightly holding her close. Stiles no longer had to focus on how much of his strength he used now it was just a normal part of him like breathing. Still his claws, fangs and speed amazed and wowed him but again they were a part of him just like the black wolf he became. He let his eyes flash red and her's did too just before they became tangled in a searing kiss.

"Get a room" Rayne chuckled walking by with some of the bags.

"Yes a room NOT the backseat of the SUV we SHARE" Zane felt the need to clarify.

With how Stiles was feeling he needed that clarification. His blood was pounding with his need to make love to his mate. The red glow in Selene's eyes told him she felt the same way.

"You guys got the second SUV I'm glad you're back and safe…bye" Stiles said in a rush to Zane and Rayne before pulling Selene toward the first SUV.

"Don't speed!" Rayne laughed as Stiles slammed the driver's side door. He threw the SUV into drive and tore out of the airport tarmac. He tried to only go five miles over the speed limit but his focus was elsewhere.

He quickly parked in the drive way of their on-base home and pulled her in for another deep kiss. Selene crawled across the center console as he opened the door neither one breaking the kiss. They didn't even try to unlock the door with their keys Stiles just gave the knob a hard twist and broke the lock.

As they pushed inside Selene kicked the door closed and they banged into the walls as they stumbled towards the bedroom. The kiss was never broken. Hands needing to touch everywhere at once. It was a mating frenzy. Selene lifted herself up by his shoulders and wrapped her legs around his waist. He fell back onto the bed taking her with him.

This would be the third bed frame they broke in the last two months. Selene couldn't help but smile and laugh as she lay next to him with pillow feathers floating in the air around them.

"We need new pillows…again" she laughed.

"Pillows, bed frame, sheets and blankets" Stiles smiled too satisfied to care.

Their claws and fangs really were an inconvenience to pop out when deep in the moment. Thankfully Selene had made smart investments through her many years otherwise their love making would cost them their home.

"Pancakes" Selene said running a hand through her hair trying to get the feathers out.

"Flavor preference?" Stiles grinned pulling a feather out of his own hair.

"Blueberry?"

"Okay but only if you scramble us some eggs."

"Deal."

Even with plans for food made neither one made the move to get up. Finally half an hour and a few stomach growls later Stiles rolled out of bed and put some boxers on. Selene followed suit putting on one of his FBI t-shirts. In the kitchen Stiles smiled at her as he mixed up their pancakes while she smiled at him mixing their eggs with some salt and pepper.

"Oh by the way I told Marcus and Gwen I'd check into a couple missing wolves" Stiles said mentioning the New York and Florida Alphas as they sat down to eat.

"Them too? I got a text from Christian saying two of his wolves are missing" Selene said.

"We worried?"

"What's your dad say about things in threes?"

"Three's a pattern" Stiles replied.

"We have plans to go back to Beacon Hills in a few weeks if we don't hear good news by then we'll check in with Argent and your dad" Selene suggested.

"Okay good plan. Plans are good."

Five cases and three weeks later Stiles pulled his Jeep into the driveway of Selene's home in Beacon Hills. They put their bags away and then drove to the Sheriff's station. Stiles couldn't wait to see the look on his dad's face when he saw them since this was a surprise visit.

"Parrish you can close the case file on Mrs. Darby. It's apparently mating season for raccoons. So it's not monsters under her porch" Sheriff Stilinski said coming around the corner with a file in his hands.

"Hey Dad" Stiles grinned.

"Stiles?" his dad stopped the file slipping from his hands.

Selene caught it and the papers before they touched the floor. Stilinski pulled his son into a hard hug before also reaching for Selene. All three hugged in his office smiling at each other.

"I can't believe you two are here. You didn't say…never mentioned…"

"Surprise" Selene chuckled softly.

"A damn good one."

"Sorry it's been a couple months dad. Things are still crazy out there" Stiles apologized.

"Tell me about it" Stilinski rolled his eyes taking the file Selene handed him.

"Raccoons?" she asked.

"Hey I'll take that crazy over some evil…mutant snake thing any day" Stilinski joked.

"Rogue wolves…" Stiles said.

"Untrained Banshee…" Selene added.

"But no mutant snakes" Stiles finished with a grin.

"Selene? Stiles?" Parrish said poking his head into the office offering them his casual smile.

"Hey deputy how goes it?" Selene asked.

"Sup Parrish" Stiles replied.

"Going great. Allison has hit the terrible twos so every day is an adventure. I'll bet Lydia will be happy to see you guys" Parrish gushed like the proud father he was and showed them pictures on his phone.

"Your eyes but Lydia's hair" Selene commented.

"Gorgeous just like her mom" Parrish grinned until the office phone rang taking him from the Sheriff's office.

"Dinner tonight?" Stilinski asked.

"Yeah Dad that'd be great."

"Burgers or pizza?"

"Burgers" Stiles and Selene said together.

They hung around a few more minutes but they didn't want to get in the way. Besides they had a few other stops to try and squeeze in. Stiles caught Selene rubbing her stomach then her arm slowly. He waited until they were both in the Jeep before he questioned her on it.

"You okay? I know your recent wound from that bayou creature still hasn't fully healed yet" Stiles said.

"Yeah my stomach's a little queasy and my arm's sore but I'm fine it IS healing, just slowly. The slime that thing used was really sticky I can't seem to get it all out of the wound" Selene replied.

"Maybe Scott can help" Stiles suggested since they were heading that way already.

He started up his Jeep and headed toward the vet clinic. Scott had become the main vet after Deaton retired however Deaton was still just a phone call away if Scott ever needed him. Scott was just finishing up with a Chihuahua as they walked in. his face lit up when he saw them over his mask. Scott quickly and efficiently finished up and returned the dog to its owner with a cone around its head and a cream in his hand.

"Beefy needs to wear the cone for two weeks while you use the cream Mr. Kline" Scott instructed the dog's owner.

"Thank you Dr. McCall" Mr. Kline replied smiling as he carried the little dog out.

Scott and Stiles hugged each other each giving the other a pat on the back before pulling apart. Scott then gave Selene a surprise hug as well. He pulled back and grinned at both of them shaking his head.

"I can't believe you guys are back."

"It's just been a couple months" Stiles said with a slight pout feeling like he'd been neglecting his home town.

"I know just feels longer man" Scott smiled putting Stiles at ease.

"Trust us a week apart on a case feels like months" Selene said grinning at Stiles.

"Hey man I know you're busy and stuff but could you look at something for us?" Stiles asked.

"Yeah sure" Scott replied leading them back into the lab area.

"I'm not getting up on the table" Selene said rolling up her sleeve.

Scott laughed as he brought over his big portable microscope with a light attached. There were three claw marks on Selene's upper arm. They didn't look infected. No ooze or redness around them but they should have already healed.

Scott gently took a look and said there was STILL some green slime in the wound. He cleaned the wound until he was certain the slime was gone. Now the wound was bleeding freely as it took a lot of effort to get it all out. Thankfully Stiles saw the wounds slowly beginning to close.

"If you have any more problems call but I think I got it all out" Scott said cleaning up the blood and wrapping her arm.

"Thanks Scott that stuff was sticky I thought it would heal and my body would force it out but…" Selene shrugged.

"No worries all good now" Scott smiled just as his bell rang for a customer.

"We'll talk later man" Stiles said heading for the back door.

"Count on it" Scott replied.

"Hey Scott is Argent in town?" Selene asked.

"Yeah he's at my old house with my mom" Scott answered.

Selene nodded and followed Stiles out of the building. They got into the Jeep again and tried to decide where to go next. Due to the time spent in the clinic with Scott Stiles wasn't sure if they had time to go see Argent and make it to his dad's in time for dinner.

"Let's go to your Dad's. He may have heard about any missing person reports" Selene suggested. "Okay then tomorrow we'll see if Argent has heard about any rogue Hunters lately" Stiles said.

Stiles drove to his dad's house and they saw him pull up in his cruiser. Stiles helped his dad carry the bags of food inside while Selene held the door. His dad got himself one burger and fries but he'd gotten them two burgers each with a set of fries. Stiles laughed at all the food knowing most likely he'd end up eating it all.

"Hey dad? Have you heard anything from nearby counties about missing people?" Stiles asked as they dug into the food.

"Actually just after you two left the station we got a report in about a boy who'd recently gone missing" his dad answered.

"What did the report say exactly?" Selene asked.

"Uh well his parents think he just ran away but his…um his…" Stilinski struggled for the word to use.

"His Alpha doesn't?" Selene offered.

"Exactly thank you. No the Alpha is the one who filed the missing person report" Stilinski went on.

Then both Stiles and Selene's phones beeped with a new text message. Stiles read his and sure enough it was from Kyle the new Alpha three counties over from Beacon Hills. Kyle's pack was small due to its newness but they all chaffed with the authority of other Alphas and were kicked out of their old packs.

Kyle started the pack and ran it differently than most with few exception including Scott and Liam. That's why Kyle had moved his pack so close to Beacon Hills. Kyle said Jared Diaz is the name of the boy missing, age 16 and he's newly turned. His parent weren't pleased but according to Kyle the boy had been lost in the woods and fallen down a small cliff and was dying of blood loss so Kyle bit him in hopes of saving him.

"Jared Diaz" Selene said holding up her phone showing she'd gotten the same text.

"Guess we should have talked to Argent" Stiles commented.

"I'll go see him now. I just made sure he's home and he'll be waiting. You stay with your dad and catch up. I'll fill you in" Selene promised as she cleaned up her wrappers and headed for the door.
