With the new book on the life of Parker Booth's father coming out. There were increased whispers going around Washington in the Academies of Science and literature in the Nation's capital. Parker had asked a friend of his who was also a psychologist to write him a medical note excusing him for six months to grieve the passing of his father, of which the book would be a necessary element to process the grief that he felt. Parker was almost done, and he knew that the next step would be to make copies and pass them around the family. As he sat at his desk, One evening going over his proofreadings. He thought about it. His family was made up of some of the most intelligent people he'd ever come around; he became so used to being around intelligent people growing up. People would make little jokes about his father's supposedly limited intellect. It "paled" compared to his adopted mother and even his birth mother; his father wasn't some high-stakes lawyer who travelled the world being consulted by the high and mighty. His stepmother was asked by heads of state to investigate ancient ruins or some ancient bones or the latest high-profile dead person. No, his father wasn't like that at all. And that was the mistake that many people made when it came to his father. His father was the anchor, which kept the Booth family above water. His insights allowed his stepmother to step out of her bubble, something his beloved Bones never seem to forget. Whenever there was a difficult conversation; Whenever there was something, either it was with his little brother, Hank, or with his sister, Christine, or with himself. Temperance Brennan, an intellectual acclaimed academic, would hear the situation; she would listen even take up a notepad and take some notes down. And then quietly, she would say, "In this regard, I need an expert," she'd pull out her phone. Call up her husband and quickly start with Booth, " got a minute?" and would quickly and succinctly sketch out the basic problems presented and her interests and how to resolve it. But most importantly, the line. But Booth, Tell me what you would do. Slowly but surely, Booth figured out that whatever she said, she was going to discard. If it wasn't what he thought was the right thing. One evening, after an undercover operation, where he snuck in elicit phone so he could keep in touch with his Bones. He came home and found out that the resolution to the problem had been made exactly as he said. And he asked her why she hadn't done what she thought was right. Temperance Brennan looked at him quizzically and just said, "when it comes to people and situations. I have no doubts. Whatever you say is right. Now, if it comes to bones, I'm probably right. But in this case, I do what authorities do; I listen to them." And she smiled and passed him a piece of the pie. Parker was worried that this element of his father wouldn't come out. It was important that the hero that the military man, the soldier. The man who people wanted to follow was crystal clear. The exemplary FBI agent needed to be evident. But he wanted more. He wanted the side of him, the side of Booth, that would defend. If necessary, kill if anyone did his family wrong. This was one of the points, which, as a teen, a smart teen truly. but a young buck non the less Parker picked up when he compared his father with his mother. His mother was a lawyer and she did whatever needed to be done to win a case. But she wasn't loyal in the Booth way. Of course, she loved him, but he began to perceive that she was using him as a tool to punish Booth because Booth had found some form of happiness; her home and his mother's various power mates that passed through the home always seemed transient. They had the best of everything. But there was something about it that seemed phony. In a sense, materialistic. When he would go to his dad's house. Be this before his stepmother was involved with his father or afterwards. After the birth of Christine, or after the birth of Hank, There was always a genuine reality. It was home; it was a family. He didn't have to be perfect. He could be himself. He wasn't being evaluated in the way that it seemed he was always doing some form of standardized test with his mother. His dad knew how to treat him, correct him, and know-how to form him. his mother seemed to rely on books. people may think, well, didn't Temperance Brennan need a book, also for everything. And the answer was no because she consulted his father on anything she wasn't sure about. She wouldn't go to the books. And later on, when she did pick up some of those books more in a joking manner than not, she would bring them to the table and read the outline, talking about how stupid the conclusions were. So, he wrote a cover letter to each of his siblings, telling them his concerns and what he was worried would be missing. And asking for their comments, constructive criticisms, or just straight-up criticisms, which he put a little note there in brackets. Christine, I'm looking at you. He put each of the printouts of the draft of his book in an envelope, sent them by courier. That morning they were sent out, Parker felt much better. They had a family dinner on Friday, and he was hoping that they would have some ideas. He was always certain that his adopted mother would have already read the corrected version by then, so she would already have submitted her comments and corrections. Still, he was interested in having their points of view on their collective experiences. The #weareBooth was becoming an issue in law enforcement. More and more, FBI agents, particularly those younger, were formed at the farm by James Aubrey had been filled in on stories of the good old days of Booth and Brennan And when everything went down with Christine, they began to take a position of silent resistance. This silent resistance percolated not just amongst the FBI but amongst the CIA agents who had contacts with others. It percolated through the city police and the state police. It popped up in the various circles which related a common experience of a hero father not getting his due. There was a lot of television talk; about when would this book be published that had so much promise. So awaited so many people, when will it come out. Would it be a family work or a classic? There is always someone looking for a counterfactual, looking to uncover the ugly truths. And there were a couple of young investigators who began to point their noses at the case of Seeley Booth. An individual who had a fascinating history and who endeared himself to so many people. there was a young Turk, an investigative journalist Janice Smith who wrote for The Washington Times, and her editor had been given a hint by a source. Janice Smith was intelligent, and she began to beat the trees to find out who fed the information to her editor. And who was going to investigate Seeley Booth? Janice started to go back in history. Went through Booth's younger years, he discovered he had been a gambler - a bad one-and discovered that he had a failed relationship - a couple-, dug deeper. And as she dug, hoping to find a river of people who were willing to talk badly about him. The only thing that came up was a source who would only speak to the editor, and this guy or gal was supplying bizarre information. Finally, she came to a name which popped up, a name which had been tied to Booth for some time, more or less, as she could calculate a gear, you're in and a half, maybe a little bit more before the birth of Booth's, second child by the Doctor Temperance Brennan. She knew she couldn't speak to Dr. Brennan. Not because she was scared of Dr. Brennan, but her reputation was such that if she did. She was scared of what would happen to her. So, she was going to investigate the circle that surrounded Booth. Figure out the other characters who could help her understand where this "material" was coming from, where this source was; because of this, Janice was continually searching the internet. Going old school, going to the Public Library's studying the microfilms actually concluded that the person who was supplying the information was helping her build a story with non-official information. It wasn't the newspapers. So, she decided to go to the sources. She decided to go to the closest ones to Booth without going to the Doctor. As she was working on her computer. That evening, she typed up a quick email to a retired investigative reporter. Someone she had studied about while she was doing her degree in journalism. someone of real repute, someone who had gone into the hard places. someone who could give her some information; because she and Booth had been connected, according to her source. For a while, maybe they might be able to figure out what was going on. So, she typed an email address to one, Hannah Burley asking for information about Seeley Booth, information that could help her, the truth, or solve the riddles placed in front of her. that maybe she knew. she wrote her email and signed off, logged out of her computer and went to bed.
Hannah Burley had retired from the world of journalism and reporting. She had travelled the world, toured with presidents been shot at, hit by a few vehicles following cases, threatened by a few senators. Hannah had a whole life. Although she always did have a regret, her regret was turning down Seeley Booth. In hindsight, watching Booth, and his wife, Dr. Brennan, he perceived, she perceived that she had done him a favour. The type of favour that could never be adequately said, but a blessing, nonetheless. She had asked around the periphery of Booth's acquaintances and friends, and a couple of them had spoken in confidence that Booth changed when he was with her, but not a good change. He was trying to be someone different. And the more she heard that And the more she watched how that spring min soul of Booth needed to return to a natural position. Once she was out of the picture, Booth went back to his normal resting position. The more she understood that she had done him a favour, leaving him... heartbroken true, but at least with a path open for the one who he really did pine for. He had created a relationship with Temperance Brennan, a relationship of trust, of understanding. And it was for that reason that she knew that the only person who could console Booth On that fateful evening before he did something stupid was Temperance. So, hearing that they were gonna get married some two years later, she addressed Temperance and told her that she couldn't make it because of some prior arrangements, But to send her love. And she continued to watch the family grow at a distance. She saw Booth become what he should have always been. And probably wouldn't have been with her, truly happy. She saw Brennan transformed from the geeky, awkward scientist who had no social charms or skills into a mother and later a matron... a fully formed individual. And it's those moments when she looked back and said, "Well, maybe I have done something good in my life."
That evening, She turned on her laptop in her penthouse apartment in downtown Chicago. Near the more fashionable areas of the Loop. And she saw an email from an investigative reporter; this investigative reporter was asking about Booth. Her feelings began to twinkle; She knew what this meant. And she said to herself under her breathe, " this is no good. Booth, dead. He was killed; obviously, he was knocked off, and you're going to investigate his earlier life. Someone is trying to kill him, again, to assassinate his character, and they think I have dirt on him. Let me find out what they have. Let me play along."
Hanna replied quickly to the email, saying that she, by chance, would be flying into Washington in a couple of days, and she would be more than happy to meet with the reporter at some random cafe. She sent her email, checked into her favourite travel websites and booked a one-way ticket to Washington; "I don't know how long I'll be there. But I am going to see this through," she said to herself as she booked her flight.
A few days later, the reporter of the Washington Times strolled into the lab. She told the guard, " I'm Looking for a miss, miss. Angela Montenegro, I have a few questions about a case that she had been involved in some years before, and they were doing an anniversary article."
Of course, this was not entirely true. Janice had found out that Angela had been Dr. Brennan's friend for years. For the last twenty years, she was the confidant of Brennan, that she had a very public fight with Booth some years before. Maybe she might be the wheel to get some dirt; she will get me some information. The source had been very succinct, straightforward in the data; they outlined dates and moments of weakness in the Booth story. But the only way that she could run with this story would be if she had someone who really knew the case, who could confirm or deny the various situations. So, she walked by the platform. The security guard indicated, "Doctor... Miss Montenegro's office," knocked on the opened door and announced her. Angela looked up with eyes as alive as they were the first day, she met Temperance Brennan at the art exhibit or the first day she laid eyes on Seeley Booth.
Although the years have been kind to her well-formed face. The fine wrinkles on her face. The gray streaks to her dark hair showed that she was more of a matron than she had been years before she showed Janice to her couch and sat in front of her. Angela asked a simple question, "which case are we talking about. I didn't know about any special anniversary, Angela quizzed." Our reporter looked at her and said, "It's true I am looking at an anniversary case, but I'm looking for someone like you, that will help me understand one of the key persons in those cases in that era." At that, Angela's eyes began to widen. She had done a little research on the young girl who sat in front of her. Investigative reporters always rubbed her wrong, had never really gotten along with Hannah and looked at all reporters with the same prejudice she had for Hannah after that point. So, she asked again, "What exactly are we looking into here?" And the young woman looked at her and said, "Go right to the crux of the issue. I've been given information from a source unknown to me who only spoke with my editor about a person you worked with closely for years. I need to know if any of it is true. If this is biased or if it is just someone trying to put me off the track."
Awards and fame and acclamation for figuring out who this public person was is the only way to describe Angela's face at this point was. Her face was screwed up. She couldn't understand who she was talking about. Finally, Angela blurted out. "Are you talking about Hodgins, like my husband, Dr. Jack Hodgins?" "that is a no, but he might be a great source for my research."
Who are we talking about?
"What I'm talking about is a Special Agent Seeley Booth."
Angela's eyes began to widen, Widen in a sense that a cat widens its eyes before its prey. So, Angela just lets out, "Continue."
" I was given some information about Special Agent Seeley Booth. And I haven't been able to deny or confirm any of it. And because of that. I'm looking for someone who might know him well. In other words, someone who would be willing, to tell the truth without familiar restrains."
At that point, Angela hops in and says, "so why don't you go and speak with Dr. Brennan? She knows everything about Booth. There is nothing; she doesn't know."
Finally, the young reporter decided to change tack to go through her notes that go through the accusations and see where that brought her. "Miss Montenegro. Is it true that Seeley Booth was removed... asked to leave his home by Dr. Brennan? During the pregnancy of their second child? There are, There are rumours that he had had an affair..."
Angela has become like fire; as she slams her fist on the table with a cry of, " How dare you... How dare you!"
" So, you say that it wasn't the case?" The reporter retorted.
Angela sat back, thinking to herself, "breath in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out; she didn't need Jack to come in save the day. No, no, no, she was going to fix this case, no, she was going to fix it. And she looked across at the reporter who was looking at her notes. Janice continued, " is it not true that you recommended that Dr. Brennan, During a very particularly difficult period, Post-birth of their daughter Christine, that she would break off her relationship with Booth."
Angela's eyes were livid. But all that came out of her mouth was, "continue."
"So, you don't deny these accusations?"
Angela whispered, "I want to hear all of the points first, then I will give you, my answers. "
" Fine, There are rumours that I heard at the FBI that Booth was dating at the same time a Hannah Burley and Temperance Brennan."
Angela was purple. Her eyes were becoming bloodshot. But all that came out of her mouth was, "continue."
"Is it true that Seeley Booth, with his FBI training, manipulated a very naive, Dr. Brennan into entering a relationship with him because of certain issues that Dr. Brennan had, there was a reported almost psychiatric break that she had some months before they began a relationship, or some say during it."
Angela was now breathing heavily. And she said, "Is there anything else?" Then she said, "Well, I'm going to be meeting with Hannah Burley later this afternoon. I haven't spoken with her yet. I will ask her the same questions to see if any of these points are accurate or factual, and we want to see the sources."
"Are you done?" Angela asked.
And the young reporter, very proud that she had laid forward her accusations, said "yes."
"All right. For you to understand, I am Dr. Brennan's closest friend. I met Dr. Brennan, About six months before Booth met her for the first time. Booth and Brennan were two individuals I have accompanied their relationship from the very beginning; I always thought they should be together, but because of their mutual stubbornness. Brennan's sense of justice towards Booth, Booth's sense of gallantry. They never began anything. To say that Booth double-timed, that is insane. The two of them, Brennan and Hannah, are so utterly wrong, so utterly disgusting. I'm not even sure how I can answer that. Keep in mind that Temperance Brennan and Hannah Burley were also close friends at this point, which makes your accusation even weirder than it already is."
The young reporters taking notes, and she's finding out that this is bizarre. Angela is now in full verbal flight, "But what I find more troubling is the accusations against Booth. Booth had been put into an impossible position. Booth knew his now widowed wife and knew that if he had not done what the blackmailer asked that is told Brennan what was going on; He would have broken her. The idea is that he was willing to sacrifice his happiness for the life of five very random individuals. Brennan would never have been able to equate it, and Booths would never have been able to live with it. So, because of that. Booth needed to break off his espousal with her without telling her why. I misread it. It's my mistake! I've, I've apologized 100 times to Booth about this. I misread everything. And I'm sure others did also. Booth never cheated on her, never cheated; Booth couldn't, Brennan would figure it out.
It was helped by an old pal from the army, an ex-chaplain who suffered from post-traumatic stress and left the priesthood. He is presently dead, but at this point, he worked at a bar. Booth would look for someone to speak to, who was unattached from this giant mess who would hear him out and see what he could do. But his pal needed a way to communicate with Brennan without Booth knowing, without breaking his confidence with Booth. He realized Brennan needed to be reassured, given security, because unfortunately," at this a tear appear on Angela's cheek, and it rolled down her face, " her best friends were pushing her towards a cataclysmic mistake. So, a business card from the bar was put in the Shirt pocket of the Booth by the bartender, so when it laundered, the card was found. It almost didn't work right; the doubt that I, Angela Montenegro, instilled in Brennan's mind was confirmed. But, Brennan, being the scientist, wanted to make sure that it was true. So, she went to the bar and looked for the barkeep to figure out what was going on. The story goes that she walked in and found that it was a bar, a place where ex-military types drank away their lives. There were no women present there. There were just a lot of quiet men suffering, and the barkeep identified himself as the former chaplain of Booth. And she received a message from him, trust Booth. That totally turned everything on its head. After that point, she figured that someone was doing something to him that he couldn't tell her for some dire reason. And because the two of them trusted each other. She stepped back; she stepped back from a terrible mistake. Sometime later, the blackmailer was identified and killed. The two of them got married. He told her what it was, And she told him that she expected it was that, and then she told him that he did well. So does that answer your question about the cheating allegation?"
The young reporter had taken note of all of it. And she just stopped. "She did that. And she kept it quiet. That's all. Yeah, they cannot do that. They can both keep things quiet, but they always end up telling everything to the other."
Angela retorted, "What was your other question? ' Oh, why he was kicked out of the house. Okay."
Angela nodded her head with a bit of anger, "That was very sad. Booth had been framed by people inside the FBI. They had destroyed his home; they tried to kill his family. He had been put in jail; we as a team had got him out. And one of our team, An orphan, very similar to Brennan, a foster kid, very similar to Brennan, had become more and more attached to Booth and Brennan. He was like the uncle to Christine; he was like the younger brother that Booth never had... that was worth something. When they killed him... That set a series of events off, going towards a very terrible ending. Booth has always struggled with gambling. He gave it up when he met Brennan years before, but his whole universe had been destroyed; it was collapsing. The FBI was not to be trusted. The very person that he trusted with many of his own secrets had been killed. His home had been destroyed. And unfortunately, he fell into gambling again. It is the worst, But it's also the best because at least it came out while Booth was saving another member of our team's life in Iran. The loan shark, The bookie, came by the family house while Booth was in Iran and threatened Brennan and Christine. The money wasn't the problem; It was always a question of trust. So, when Booth came back, and he lied that he had been gambling. Brennan kicked him out. And it took time. It took a lot of time, a lot of work to make things right. But Brennan understood why he did it. Booth finally admitted why he did it. And they both worked on it together. But amongst us. There was never a shadow of a doubt. Never suspicion of infidelity.
Another point you need to remember about Temperance Brennan is that she is very loyal to her friends. But if you break her friendship, I think she will kill you." At that, the reporter stiffens up. The report blurted out, "I heard she can be a little difficult."
Angela smiled, "A little difficult? A serial killer tried to touch her hand. She broke his wrist; Booth's younger brother, a full-out Lt Commander in the Navy, tried to make a play for her by undercutting Booth. She found out about the lies. She punched him in a crowded bar and knocked him off his seat; in one of the early cases, a judge tried to maltreat her. She almost broke his jaw. So, yes. Temperance Brennan, you don't want to cross her. So, when people have this concept of her as some type of computer geek, scientist, the girl. There's so wrong with her. She is incredibly feisty. She's an excellent shot. And that's the point that people mistake when they look at Christine. I was at a conference of forensic anthropologists a couple of months ago, and I had an idiot Doctor come up to me, telling me that Booth had ruined his daughter. I was beside myself; I could have killed the lady. Ruin Christine? Now, I'm not going to go into Christine's issues. But Booth never ruined Christine Booth, allowing Christine to be possibly the best version of Herself? Christine made some bad choices, which now seem to be behind her, and she has come full circle. But Booth tried to make sure that she was well rounded, that she was not going to only be in a lab that playing hockey would also be a possibility. That Christine also played baseball; you'd also be able to defend herself if there was a difficult spot. She's very proficient in mixed martial arts. So don't cross her as well as her younger brother, brilliant, absolutely brilliant. But he also played sports, he wasn't very good, but still, he played sports, which made him so much better, a person.
On another point, Hannah burly, I don't think she's going to give you anything ugly about Booth. Because she travels so much, Hannah hasn't been in touch with Booth or Temperance; she did send a bouquet, a massive bouquet for the funeral of Booth at the Cathedral. So, I don't think you're gonna get much junk. If that's what you're looking for, but if you're looking for the truth, anyone here would be willing to help you work through it. We, all of us here, all have had a great relationship with Booth. We all considered him a friend. Although we worked with him, we also considered him a dear friend. Do you understand the difference between those two points? And the reporter, taking notes, said, "What do you mean that point? That isn't clear."
"We work together. We argue over things. We try to come to conclusions. But we're at ease. Then after work, we go to each other's houses, and we'll have dinner together, we have our social events together. We're quite a tightly knit ball; we're loyal to each other. So, believe me. You're not going to find that type of garbage on Booth. And whoever is supplying you this garbage is lying; they say that on, on oath. Because I can tell you. From what I know, and I've known them for years. There was no cheating going on, on either side." The reporter finishes her notes. She said, "Well, Miss Montenegro. Thank you very much for your time. Would it be possible maybe to speak to someone else who might also know Booth? Thank you said well, Captain, Brian. All right, it's her husband. Was there ever any jealousy? Angela touched her forehead and just said, Jealousies, between whom?
Maybe Dr. Brennan and yourself? You didn't get married until a few years after Meeting Booth; perhaps ..." Angela screamed out, " just listen, I'm Texan. I have been very understanding until now. If you don't stop this, I will break you. And we don't like this stuff. I was trying to get Brennan lined up with Booth for years. I knew Booth was the best thing for her. She didn't necessarily see it at the beginning; she thought he was too good for her. But they were always friends, terrific friends. I wouldn't put it as best friends; Although I hold that title as the best friend." Angela pointed herself with some pride. "I know where the ball really lied. If I said something and Booth said the opposite. Brennan would apologize to me and do it as Booth suggested, and that was years before they were an issue. So, do you really want to talk to someone who knows Booth - to my husband Jack, he's known Booth for the same amount of time as I have. they got along great. She picked up her phone, and she called up Hodgins. Can you come to my office? I've got someone who wants to find out dirt on Booth. Click. He's coming. All of a sudden up here, a squeaking noise to the lab and through the door came Jack Hodgins, his red hair, though, grade, almost totally, but his face was red. He looked at his wife, with eyes of anger, and said, who's looking for dirt on Booth. Angela pointed her finger. This fine girl here came with a bunch of questions about Booth. Maybe you want to sit down and explain. Explain your questions to him. I don't want to interfere. Jack looked at her and said, interfere, what's going on. What do you say about Booth is that there are just certain things here? It seems that there was a rumour Booth was Cheating on Dr. Brenan that happened that he stepped out. Jack hit his hand against his wheelchair. "Booth cheating on Brennan! Dr. Brennan! Are you insane? Okay, listen." He tried to calm himself down. "You understand that most times couples work in different departments, different occupations and they're far from each other during most of their day." The girl nodded her head. "But the only person whom Dr. Brennan would ever work with as a partner or work closely with was Booth, and Booth only would partner up with was Brennan, so it isn't like your normal couple who have distance and space, every waking moment, they work together always, when he was at the FBI. She was at the FBI, and then she would come back here. Actually, Booth hung out here and probably was here more often than he was at the FBI; when he didn't have paperwork to do, he was there, but then Brennan was running over there. So, no, this is all garbage. I know him well; we have drunk together. Maybe drank too much together. He's, my guy; Booth is my guy; he helped all of us. You look like a nice girl and everything. But if you publish those lies. I will sue you." The girl began to get worried, "but just not I have money to worry, I will sue you. But I wouldn't be so worried about me because my lawsuit will be accompanied by Dr. Brennan's, who will sue you with more money than you and I can understand she'll take out loans to defend his name." This point. The young reporter asked the why. What happens if it's true? What happens with Hannah Burley says it's true. Jack is totally irate, and he continues, " because it's not true. We know him. You live with people; you work with people you see through them. And that's not him. That was never him. " She took note of the possibility of a lawsuit. Jack then asked. "You can't give me the accusations that were levelled against Booth," She said, "No, it was confidential information the informer spoke with the editor at that point. Jack said, "Are you going to meet with Hannah. Because yes, Is there something I should know. Oh no. We're all very comfortable with her, and she's probably coming by to say hello; she couldn't come during the funeral, so she said hello and met with the kids and what have you. And then, at this point, the reporter looks and says, "she was the ex of Booth. Booth was going to marry her; she broke it off. He marries his partner, and there's no ill will?"
Jack turns and says, "Never. It did take a little bit of time for Booth to get over the rejection. I know that Hannah travelled to the Middle East for a while. For the same reason,"
"Another name came up in my research, which might also be very helpful in this."
Jack looked at her and said, okay, it was that it was the former boss of the slab before you. Jack nodded his head and smiled. "Oh, you're gonna go talk garbage like this with Dr. Camille Saroyan? Oh, God helps you. Angela whispers at her. Camile Saroyan will kill you if you talk bad about Booth. She is in the Booth, like family structure, she's an auntie to Christine Hank and, of course, Parker. Cam has her own adopted children, too but is always really close with Booth. She's known Booth since his college years. Oh, ask her for Booth stories, but don't bring up slander; she'll punch you. She was a cop in New York for 10 years before she became a coroner. She'll beat you up seriously." The reporters stood up, smiled, shook the hand of the two, and walked out, and a security guard was waiting because of the noise of Jack screaming the security had been a bit closer than usual, they showed her out. Before she left, she said to Angela. "I'm not sure where to take this; either it is genuine friendship or hero worship or something in between," Angela replied. "How about just this? He was a great guy, a great dad. He died way too early, and what you should be investigating are the sources that gave you that garbage because there's nothing in there that's going to help you. It's, it's a smokescreen."
At that, she turned stopped at the door. "But why, tell me why." In his best tin hat conspiracy mode, Jack turned and said, "you know that the Booth kids are writing a book about their dad. With the level of fame that Dr. Brennan has for her writing and her loyal followers. This book will be a best-seller, without a doubt, considering that the Booth kids all inherit their parent's talent for writing and description, it should be a great book, but in it, they're going to be talking about why they believe that Booth was killed - I mean murdered. They're going to be talking about things that some people are not comfortable with. So 'they're' just sabotaging the book launch before it comes out." The reporter heard that with a bit of shock. "Listen, though," and she said, "Miss Montenegro, I hope I didn't disturb you too much, But would I be able to come back with subsequent questions," Angela replied tersely, "as long as they are questions and not slander, I'm more than willing. But Don't waste your time, don't waste mine." The reporter nodded her head and left with the security. As they left the building. Jack and Angela began talking. I think that's what it is they're trying to sabotage the book. Jack told Angela, no, you're right. That's totally what they're up to. We need to give Parker and Christine a heads up; they need to hurry up this process. I know that they want it to be a masterpiece, but if they don't get it out soon.
