Sam woke up the next morning feeling the best she's ever felt. She didn't what caused it though. She peeled back her covers and noticed she was in her brand new nightgown. She started to wonder about the night before. She remembers everything up to leaving the park. Besides that, she had no memory of how she got home and in her bed.

"How did the car get home last night," she asked approaching the car. Opening the door for her "I flew back to get it after putting you in your bed" he said. She slid into the car and waited for him to get in the car.

"I believe Elliot put a date rape drug in your punch that you took from him. When I got you home your red nail polish turned orange. "Goes figures that pig tries to pull something. He was standing around the punch bowl waiting for a victim" she said. Sam ordered something for both Danny and her at Starbucks.

"Don't worry, I'll get him back at him some way. No one messes with you without having to deal with me" he said taking a drink of his black coffee. "Thanks, Danny," she said reaching over to mess with his hair to get him to smile.

The Indian summer of September came to end and the leafs were falling. It had been a couple of weeks since Homecoming and fall cheer was whining down. Sam got her revenge by switching Elliot's shampoo with Nair hair removal. The best part was that he could never link it back to Sam.

It was the week of Halloween, Sam's favorite holiday, which was her 18th birthday as well. Her hair was styled in an inspired Farrah Fawcett hair in Charlie's Angles in the '70s with lots of body and big open curls with feathered sides. Her makeup was basic today with mascara, blush, and a darker shade of pink lipstick. She closed her sketchbook when he approached and put it in her backpack. He draped his coat over her shoulders and sat next to her. She knew better than to not protest with him.

"What were you drawing this time," he asked curiously. She just shrugged at him and said "just the final accessory designs for my costumes. Paulina has been begging me to a Victoria's Secret Angel or a playboy bunny with Star and her. I just don't think it's me. So I promised I would make my costume more slutty. Thank God we are going to have tons of outdoor heat lamps. When did it become a sluts holiday anyways" she asked laughing at the last part. The wind picked up and she moved closer to Danny. She tilted her head up for her nose to touch his nose. She didn't think they were that close to start. They both had their eyes closed. She felt Danny's hand come up and touch her cheek. She could have sworn he was going to kiss her when they got interrupted by Tucker. "Danny! Sam! Valerie said yes! I asked her out and she said yes" he yelled running up to them. Tucker didn't even notice that he interrupted them.

Sam spoke first " Tucker, did you even ask Danny if he was fine with you dating his ex," she said with an arched brow. " Tuck, it's completely fine. I dated her freshman year for a very short period and it didn't mean anything. Seriously I am happy for you" Danny said getting up from the table when the bell rang. Sam was shocked by Danny's comment since she believed Danny might have something for Valerie still.
