Chapter 3: Memories from the past or another reality?!
Buttercup walking around her home in nothing more than a pair of shorts, a lime green shirt and her socks too "Man oh man what a day!" Buttercup said falling down on her bed "What else is going to happen today? Will it suddenly start raining or will a tree get struck by lightning and then will it rain?" laying her feet across one another her hands rested behind her head. "Am I right girls?" Buttercup said to Bubbles and Blossom, Bubbles stood by her room door "I guess so" said Bubbles shrugging her shoulders "It's still hard to believe they were selling old hotdogs!" Bubbles stuck her tongue out making a disgusted face and says "Yucky yuck!" Blossom had her hands behind her back smiling at their little skirmish. "I told you they were remodeling!" said Blossom defending her favorite food place "You should have listened."
"So.." said Buttercup raising in eyebrow in question using her elbows to prompt herself up, eyeing Blossom with pure curiousness "you're saying it's her own fault for buying old and expired hot dogs and buns?" Bubbles shook her head in disapproval going over to Blossom and whispers "What would you do if it had been you eating that old warmed up hot dog?" Blossom's eyes darted up to the ceiling she knew what they were saying had been right but she wasn't ready to give in to their pleas just yet. "Precisely!" said Blossom patting Bubbles head as she was laughing at such an odd answer. Buttercup sat up on her bed pointing her finger at Blossom "You!" said Buttercup waving her hand around still pointing at Blossom "You just like eating old and moldy food don't you?! How is it you're still alive all this time?!" Blossom laughed more at this.
Blossom manages to calm her laughs and giggles pointing back to Buttercup "Hey! They're never moldy in fact the owner said it has something to do with the chemicals they've been messing around with!" said Blossom turning her attention to Bubbles, Bubbles rolled her eyes slightly annoyed by her friend for defending such a place but realized it could have held some sort of sentimental value to her. "Blossom we love you with all our hearts but you need to just…give in and let us win this one!" said Bubbles shaking Blossom slightly violently, she was still cute and friendly but when her friends lie to themselves about something she just couldn't help it and ends up reacting to what they're saying. "Oh come on Bubbles its not like they knew it was moldy!" said Blossom slightly laughing a bit "Like come onnnn don't you remember that time I turned into a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the entire city?"
This caused Buttercup and Bubbles to exchange looks of confusion on their faces. Just what was Blossom talking about? She never transformed into a giant vacuum cleaner they'd remember it. Bubbles put her hand on Blossom's shoulder firmly yet reassuringly letting her know nothing like that ever happened. "Blossom…are you getting enough sleep lately?" said Bubbles "You seem out of it right now" Blossom looks at Bubbles smiling brightly putting her own hand on top of Bubbles. "Yeah, I am but you guys seriously don't remember it?" said Blossom in a questioning tone, her eyes went over to Buttercup, and Buttercup only shook her head no in response to her question. "Blossom how exactly did you turn into a giant vacuum cleaner? You're not some kind of robot you know" said Buttercup brushing her bang down with her hand "or aren't you?"
"Of course, she isn't!" said Bubbles laughing some moving her hand off Blossom's shoulder she ask "It must have been a dream, tell us more about it" Bubbles had her hands behind her back waiting on blossom to speak, she ended up closing her eyes "Once you do only then will we be able to tell if what you're saying is true or not" Bubbles open her left eye smiling to Blossom. "I guess you have a point…" said Blossom letting out an nervous laugh "Okay so I barely can remember it in full details but I know we were in Townsville fighting off some strange monsters!" said Blossom raising her hands up "They looked about sixty feet tall! What's even weirder is it was nighttime. Bubbles had transformed into a giant stuffed teddy bear, Buttercup was using a eerie green baseball bat to fight them all off" Buttercup wiggled her eyebrows liking the idea of her foreign powers.
Bubbles eyes shun when she heard about her own powers figuring it must have been blue like her clothes since Buttercup's were green. "I've got to admit that sure does sound cool!" said Bubbles imagining what she could do with a power like that. "Yeah I'd totally drive a football through them all!" said Buttercup swinging an invisible baseball bat. "So did that ever happen?" asked Blossom in a low tone looking at them, in her heart she knew it was true but feared the inevitable. "Nope" "Nu uh" they both said. "We've only had our powers for nearly five years anything before that is out of question." Said Buttercup flopping down on her bed. "Hate to admit it but Buttercup's right maybe it was all a dream Blossom" she said cheerfully and a bit hollow. Blossom looked at them both laughing a soft laugh "Yeah that sounds about right…" said Blossom.
How do you all like that? Blossom is onto something but what? Only true Power Puff Girls fans will ever know this secret wahahaha! Stay tuned for more
