Blown
Chapter 14th
Sometimes later parking his vehicle in front of Gibbs's house. He had gotten out with helping Gibbs as well. Gibbs said to Taft that he didn't need the help.
"Suit yourself Jethro!" he says with grabbing the personal items from inside of the trunk with Marcie outside waiting for them.
"Are you alright?" she will respond with seeing the grimace on his face.
"I am dealing with it, Marcie. I need to change and get ready with Taft?" he said before she blew.
"Are you out of your mind? Cyril isn't an expert with a weapon. You're going to get him to kill in the process Jethro?" she cried out loud enough for the neighbors to be hearing that's if they were awake.
"Stop already! Taft knows how to use a revolver Marcie. Now let's get inside already with the cold?" he said with the order.
"I DON'T CARE!" she commented with his passing her in a hurry pushing her slightly into the living room with the fireplace crackling.
Gibbs grabbed his belongings to head upstairs as with Taft to wait until he was ready to head downstairs into the basement.
Finding his green fatigues on the back of the closet with grabbing them with getting out of the clothes he had on from the hospital. Afterward, he went in search of his rifle and scope along with the revolvers. He wasn't exactly sure what he plans on doing with Vance or anyone else.
Meanwhile downstairs...
"Cyril, what is wrong with you for releasing him from the hospital? when did you know that he's not fully recovered?" Marcie cornered him with her tyrant.
"I had no choice in the matter Marcie while going with him before he makes the ultimate mistake of his life?" he commented with anger.
"I just don't believe this?" she had raised her hands into the air when all of a sudden she collapsed to the floor from mental and physical exhaustion.
"OMG! GIBS GETS DOWN HERE QUICK?" he cried out with his response.
He came running quickly down the stairs without worrying about himself. "I will call 911." Gibbs's heart was racing having to be up into his throat. Doctor Cyril Taft was checking to see that she didn't miscarriage with the baby at six months. However, she was fine in that area. However, it was mostly exhaustion.
"Ambulance is on the way, Cyril. I am just so pissed off that I had caused this after she had been trying to tell me to slow down?" he cried out with his response.
"Listen Jethro all of us have been trying to tell you," he commented as the ambulance was arriving.
"However Cyril, I can't stay here. I want you to take care of my wife while I need to leave?" Gibbs was at a loss with his own feelings as he was grabbing the items that were needed.
"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?" Taft screamed out with Gibbs putting on his coat over his fatigues. he walked out of the house quickly with heading for his truck after taking the keys and the essentials in the container that he keeps on the table.
Taft wanted to shoot Gibbs himself. However, that is another time when he has to take of Marcie making sure she was going to be alright and her stay in the hospital until he knows.
Moments later the ambulance arrived parking in front with Gibbs and his grey truck moved out towards his intended target.
Two young attendants came out from the back of the ambulance carrying the stretcher and medical equipment heading inside. "Doctor Taft now this is a surprise at this time of the night? what is going on?" Doctor Anthony Sanders age 32 studying to be a surgeon came along for the ride.
Doctor Taft explained the situation to them saying that Marcie is six months along and needs to taken to the hospital and placed under observation.
"let's get her onto the stretcher before checking her vitals?" he ordered with Doctor Taft standing back since it wasn't his case until they get to the hospital.
"Her blood pressure is 90 over 50 and her oxygen levels are beginning to rise. We will need to give her an oxygen mask to breath better?" Technician Owens needed to have said with concern.
"Then do it already?" Taft cried out with his response.
He watched the technician place the oxygen mask on Marcie still out cold onto the stretcher now. While Taft was worried about his other patient.
Once she was strapped in with contacting the hospital that they were on the way with the patient to alert admitting and the emergency room to have Doctor Angela Silvers or her assistant having to be taking care of the patient under their care and to see if there was any damage to the baby.
"I will follow you to the hospital? I need to be sure she is going to be alright." Taft said with emotion in his demeanor.
Special Agent Gibbs had been sitting across Director Leon Vance's house. The lights were upstairs. Gibbs was going to head behind the house for where there was a small entrance leading into the house. He had used this a few times over the years.
Getting out since the truck was parked away from the lamp post that could have the neighbors able to see.
Heading across the street quickly carrying his rifle and other essentials in order to get into the back of the house. Taking a deep breath with the pressure inside his chest building caused by the stress and the fact he had left his wife on the floor not knowing whether she was going to be alright or not. And most of all the possible chance of Marcie to file for divorce?
Inside the house having to be alone with his girlfriend Melissa having left for work at the Pentagon. Kayla and Gerrod had gone back to college to finish up the rest of the semester and their college days to enter into the private sector.
