Moving inside carrying his rifle to the living room area but slowly heading upstairs. However, he heard the voices of Vance and another man. He listened to the conversation...
"What is wrong with you, Leon? I told you you needed to get rid of Gibbs for good after the suspension. Why would you act as if something else was happening with the undercover operation to search for additional intel on the serial killer? When you knew it wasn't the Washington Post reporter Marcie Warren?" Andrews for SECNAV having been pushing the buttons.
"Once this gets out Andrews. Special Agent Gibbs is going to kill you once he finds out?" Andrews inquired with his response.
"How well I know it Andrews and why I am afraid now in regard to what might happen?" Vance said with rubbing the back of his neck.
Gibbs up the stairs quickly when he saw the both of them facing them. "I should of know that the both of you were working against me in with the suspension?" Gibbs said.
Turning to face Gibbs. "How did you know Special Agent Gibbs?" Andrews's age 63 years old will say to him.
"I had the suspicious for when it came to certain incidents during the past six months," Gibbs said with pointing his weapon at Andrews firing three times with the blood splattering onto Vance. "You're next Leon? I am sick and tire of all of your bullshit from over the years." Gibbs cried out with fire in his eyes before firing at his so-call friend three times into his head falling back up against the dresser in the bedroom.
Checking both bodies with no remorse having no pulses at all. Gibbs pulled out the explosives to be placed throughout the bedroom and house to blow it up.
Taking his time with the explosives setting the timer for 30 minutes. He needed the time to get out of the area to change his clothing before going to the hospital and his wife.
Special Agent Gibbs heading home with changing and hiding the rifle downstairs in the basement. Afterward, he headed out after changing his fatigues to hide them into the hidden closet that he had built a few years back. There were hidden rooms throughout the house and including in the living room near the entrance of the door. He had placed Phineas inside it with lucy when there was an issue month back with trying to kidnap Phineas.
Locking the door. Gibbs received a text message from a friend of his telling him that Director Leon Vance and another body were found in his house having exploded earlier. Metro police and NCIS had been called in investigating finding the scarred bodies.
Doctor Jimmy Palmer had been called in as with Doctor Donald Mallard visiting from England with his wife Catherine staying home. He and Doctor Palmer were at the scene having to place the two bodies into the body bags while Senior Field Agent, Special Agent Nick Torres, and lt. James Brown was on the scene looking for clues as to why?
"I just don't get it as to why someone was out to kill Vance and SECNAV?" Torres needed to have said.
But then again they weren't voicing it, for the most part, knowing that it had to be Special Agent Gibbs that had killed and using the explosives to blow up the house as well.
Doctor Jimmy Palmer and Mallard came over to them chatting. "We found a third body?" both of them had to say.
"WHAT?" McGee exclaimed with his question. "Do you happened to know who the body is?" McGee says with strong emotion.
"It was a Pentagon/SECNAV employee having to be working in Vance's library for some reason. Forensics have found a number of strange oddities in the library?" Palmer said to the group.
"Are they going to be taking the evidence to the lab for Kasie to figure it out?" McGee exclaimed.
"They are having to be at the highest priority from my understanding along with the F.B.I. is being called in with Senior Field Agent Tobias Fornell to take over the investigation?" Palmer inquired.
"Damn! Just what we don't need right now?" Special Agent Nicholas Torres had to say with his frustration.
"Let's continue on with our own investigation with nothing more to check here with heading back to NCIS? I want all of you to continue to search. While I am going to be speaking with Special Agent Gibbs at his house?" Tim commented with no one asking as to why he was going there in the first place.
Alexandria, Virginia
"What the hell were you thinking once again boss with killing Vance and SEVNAV along with blowing up the house with a third victim?" Tim cried out from down in the basement as he was cleaning up the real RULE 91 before taking it out once again.
"What are you talking about a third victim? There was only Vance and SECNAV inside the living room?" Gibbs cried out with taking a large gulp of his bourbon. While his wife Marcie was away working on two stories in Minnesota.
"It was a Pentagon/SECNAV employee. However, I don't have the I.D. along with a number of oddities," he says to Gibbs looking at him strangely. "Palmer and Doctor Mallard having been called into the case will be able to help with the investigation. And including the F.B.I. has been called in as well with you're friend Tobias Fornell will be leading the investigation." Tim said with a deep breath.
"I didn't realize it, Tim. However, I will need to have you and Nick to keep this quiet?" Gibbs exclaimed with his emotions.
"Of course boss! And besides, the both of them deserved to have been killed because of their backgrounds over the years?" he commented with turning to leave before Gibbs asked.
"Why don't you stay for dinner? I am going to be making steaks," he commented...
