Doctor Cyril Taft after a few hours before going home wasn't liking the test results on Special Agent Gibbs and the recent double by-pass he had. The stress of his wife's delivery of their son was too much on him.
With the shake of his head. He had placed the orders with the nursing station on the cardiac unit for where Gibbs was located.
Talking with Doctor Gilbert taking over for the evening so that he's able to go on home with meeting his wife Catherine for dinner at Gibbs diner.
This was somewhat perplexed for him right now knowing that Gibbs was still in danger in every way. With the news that the local Cartel had issued against Gibbs for messing up with their local delivery shipments on the different weapons and drugs.
Once the Cartel leader was killed by Gibbs. A new man had been circulating on who is going to take over the position for the local region.
NCIS had been using their resources when it comes to who is going to take over after what had happened at the mission district with Gibbs and his former team members.
Director Anthony Lowry having taken over for Leon Vance had his hands full with the Naval Yards trying to figure out who to trust with the team run by Special Agent Gibbs. Now with Senior Field Agent McGee now in charge with Torres,
himself, and Jessica Knight.
It's been rough on everyone with the adjustment.
Sitting up straight in his chair. There was a knock on his door with his secretary having left already for the evening. "Come!" he said.
F.B.I. agent Alden Park walked in with his salt & pepper hair with a large file compiled by his agents under him and including Special Agent Tobias Fornell on the local Cartel.
Looking up from his seat. "How can I help you Mr. Park?" he noted with a deep croak in his demeanor.
"I have the information you asked me for on the new local Cartel leader?" he hands it to him placing it on his desk.
Opening the first page seeing the name and photo of a man that is supposed to be on the run and maybe dead. "How is this possible Special Agent Park?"
"That's because Special Agent Gibbs had killed the wrong man. Alejandro Riveria has no doubt nine lives and he's going to be using them against Gibbs." he calmly tried to say with his heart in his throat.
"From what I understand Sir, Alejandro Riveria is a very dangerous man just like his father Pedro Hernandez." he had made the comment to have Director Lowry shaking his head.
"What are we going to do?" Park had to ask with his expression clearly confused for the moment.
"We have to say something to Special Agent Gibbs." Director Lowry will say to him with a sip of his cold water with the ice.
"Don't you think it's going to be a bad case scenario to tell Gibbs that Alejandro Riveria is still alive and well to cause more harm than good with Gibbs health issues?" Lowry snapped back with his response.
"Good question since I don't know this Gibbs all that well sir, but Fornell does?" Special Agent Park suggested to the director.
"Then I will be wanting you to speak with Fornell and have him talk with his friend letting him know the situation with Riveria. he said strongly to the F.B.I.
"I will call him now. If you don't mind me using your office?" he says with a croak in his demeanor.
"Go ahead and call him," Lowry responded by pouring more of the water into his glass.

Special Agent Fornell had arrived in a quiet house. Ever since his daughter Emily had died from the overdose. Exhaling with sitting on down his multi pleated blue couch. He really needed a drink but opted for a diet cola from the fridge.
Placing his cell phone onto the oval coffee table. When all of a sudden it was vibrating as he had been somewhat annoyed.
However, he had gotten up when he saw the name of Special Agent Alden park's name showing on the screen.
"Special Agent Park, what's going on to have you calling me at home?" his voice was annoyed and Park wasn't liking it one bit with his altitude.
"I am here at the NCIS director's office with the latest Intel on the Cartel Fornell. I have some bad news for you."
"What is it?" Fornell needed him to get to the point.
"Alejandro Riveria is still alive and will be taking over as the new local Cartel leader and has set his eyes on your friend Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs," he exclaimed...
"Are you frigging me?" Fornell cursed with his response over the phone. "How is this possible?" Fornell to say to him over the phone.
" A good question that needs to be answered. Anyways, the reason I am calling is to ask whether you're able to let your friend know that he's alive? I know this is not going to be easy to tell him that his one enemy of NCIS and the son of Pedro Hernandez is still alive." he cried out...
"Shit, I just don't believe this! Do you know what type of reaction is going to be having once I give him the bad news about Riveria?" Fornell snapped back...
"No doubt will be upset as hell with the news. Do you want me to tell him instead since you don't wish to be bothered?" Special Agent Park inquired with the question.
"I will tell him about going to the hospital to see him at this time. I will let you know what he has to say. Are you going back to the office or home?"
"Home. I will be sure to leave my phone on while you go see your friend in the hospital." Park said with ending the conversation to turn to face the director. "He's going to speak with him, director."
"Good," he says calmly with Special Agent Park to leave the Naval Yards for home.
