Chapter 50th

Marcie nervously walked down the hallway to be standing in front of her husband's hospital room after finding him and McGee under the debris while inside of the Coppermine having been placed with explosives to have it come down in one of the smaller tunnels.

Exhaling deeply...

She will walk into the room to see her husband Gibbs with no air mask over his face with him to say the following to her.

"Marcie, I can't believe this with you flying ou there?" he said in a soft whisper with his demeanor as he tries to raise his bed to see her better.

She moved over to the bed to grab the remote to raise him slightly without knowing the damage to his body. Even though she can see the gash on the side of his head with a concussion.

"Good god! You're lucky to be alive Jethro?" she alluded with her statement.

In a soft whisper with his throat dry as hell. "Tell me about it, Marcie?" Gibbs inquired with trying to move a little to feel the pain in his head, back, and with his left arm.

"I will call for the nurse to come inside to check on you?" Marcie grabbed the call bell as her husband laid back against his three pillows to try and be rid of his pain.

Moments later a young blonde hair nurse walked in with Gibbs's medical chart asking what was wrong. "Can I help you, Mr. Gibbs?" she advised with her question.

"Pain in my head as if I have a drum hitting it as with the rest of my body." Gibbs exhales with Marcie watching the nurse look up at the computer terminal for the levels of pain, heart rate, and most of all blood pressure.

"Okay, I will take care of it with a shot in your arm to be a higher dosage of morphine," she said with pulling out the syringe with orders from Doctor Andrew Garland operating on Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
