It's been a few days since the attack of the sludge villain and the pro's trying to arrest Spidey. Currently, Parker was modifying the E.D.I.T.H glasses to see if there was a way for the battery charge to last longer using the miniature arc reactor. Since the entrance exam was coming in a few months, he needed to have at least one tool that he could use in the entrance exam in case his intellect wasn't enough. Currently, it was about to be 10:00 pm, an hour after his shift from work. He had a news station playing in the background using an old TV from the dumpster

TV: Crime rates in the Mustafu area have dropped considerably thanks to the presence of the vigilante Spider-Man, who is currently considered a popular vigilante in the media . . .

Peter Parker: Well, that's good looks like it's done too, it should last me 5 hours instead of the 2.5 hours Mr. Stark originally designed

Peter put on the glasses and looked through the statistics of the glasses, and turns out, the power usage decreased, making the glasses more efficient

Peter Parker: Alright, now that that's done, I'm gonna make more cartridges with web fluid. Don't want what happened to me last time happen again

As Peter made the web fluid cartridges, he began to think on how the entrance exam at U.A would be like, and how he would keep his superhero/ vigilante alter ego a secret

Peter Parker: Well, as long as it's a written exam I should be fine, what do you think E.D.I.T.H?

E.D.I.T.H: Mr. Parker, I have gathered more knowledge on the entrance exam, and I have bad news

Peter Parker: Hit me E.D.I.T.H

E.D.I.T.H: But I don't have hands Mr. Parker

Peter Parker: Oh, I meant tell me the information

E.D.I.T.H: Apparently there is a practical exam where the incoming examinees use their quirks to get points by destroying or immobilizing robots. However, you reported that your quirk is Enhanced Intelligence meaning there is no way you can use your real powers without being thought of as suspicious

Peter Parker: Is there a work around we can do to get me to pass?

E.D.I.T.H: There are ways. One involves being in the recommendation category, another is using a bit of your power to seem in peak human physical condition, and the other is using your web fluid, but that is very risky to do. However, I have just discovered a work around for you

Peter Parker: What could that be?

E.D.I.T.H: Anyone who has a physical quirk that is hard for them to control can use support tech to help them, but anyone with a mental quirk can still participate if they have tech that can support them. It isn't stated that those with just a mental quirk can't participate, but it's very difficult for those applicants to apply due to the sheer amount of power needed to destroy a robot.

Peter Parker: But I can do that thanks to the miniature ark reactor right?

E.D.I.T.H: Yes, but I don't recommend using the miniature ark reactor, we don't want it to be damaged or known due to the outcry of how you developed such technology in your circumstances

Peter Parker thought about what could be used to store enough power, and then remembered who made E.D.I.T.H. This gave him an idea

Peter Parker: Hey E.D.I.T.H, I'm going to need you to help me with something

E.D.I.T.H: As you wish

As days went on, Peter looked in scrapyards looking for parts that he needed. He then began building batteries based of E.D.I.T.H's stored files related to STARK Industries.

Peter Parker: Well, hope Mr. Stark has this figured out, otherwise this battery building is gonna take me longer

Peter used his free time to build the battery and test it. Although it had some issues, Peter made alterations hoping it would solve the issues. Right now he was testing version 20 of the battery

Peter Parker: Please work . . . I don't want to be stuck here for another 2 hours

Instead of the battery catching fire, leaking, or exploding, it began charging

Peter Parker: Finally E.D.I.T.H, we did it . . .

E.D.I.T.H: Congratulations Mr. Parker, Mr. Stark would be proud

After a few days of the battery charging with the miniature ark reactor, the battery became fully charged

Peter Parker: Alright E.D.I.T.H, what type of suit should I design? I need one that is portable, durable, and powerful

E.D.I.T.H: May I suggest upgrading the Mark 5 Suitcase armor?

Peter Parker: You have the files with you!?

E.D.I.T.H: I was originally intended to only be used by Mr. Stark, so yes, I have all his armor files. The original suit was made of aluminum, but since you have super strength, I suggest you make it out of titanium Mr. Parker. I also recommend learning martial arts due to your lack of you being able to use your powers

Peter Parker: Alright then, let's do it! Wait, how am I going to learn martial arts without going to a dojo and paying

E.D.I.T.H: Youtube

As time went on, Peter was very busy. Not only did he have to build a suit, work a job, learn and learn fighting techniques, but he still also had to make time to be looking for Doctor Octopus. Although Peter got the suit done, he still couldn't find Doctor Octopus. Eventually, it became the week before the entrance exam

Peter Parker: Alright, it's time to paint this bad boy

Peter began painting the suit when it was in its armored form, however he didn't have hot rod red so he went with regular colored red. After a few hours of Peter painting, he turned the suit into it's suitcase form and repainted the suitcase just so the paint looks proper. After some tweaking, the suit was finally ready to be used

E.D.I.T.H: According to what you have researched, you should be able to fight using the basics of karate, kung fu, and muay thai, but I suggest developing your own style using different techniques like Bruce Lee did. Also, make sure you fight differently when not in your costume Mr. Parker

Peter Parker: So I'm going to have to make separate fighting styles then? That should be interesting. Any names for the styles you can suggest?

E.D.I.T.H: I suggest Way of the Defender, which focuses on technique and limiting power to not kill your opponents. The second one I suggest is the way of the Spider, which focuses on speed, strength and agility. The other one I can leave for you to name, but I suggest it be focused on combining both ways of fighting.

Peter Parker: Alright, then everything is ready, alright U.A, get ready, cause a new protagonist is coming to ya!
