"Oooh Blossom." A sing-song voice caught the red heads' attention.

Of course she would know that snotty slightly lipsy voice anywhere but was it something she needed on a Tuesday afternoon? No of course not.

"What do you need, Princess? I would rather not miss lunch so make it quick."

"Always so snippy. Anyway I can buy you a way better lunch than whatever slop they serve there." For a moment it almost seemed like she was inviting her out to eat but that was ruined when she started talking again.

"I just need to know when the winter pageant is?"

"It's the winter talent show, not a pageant." Though that seemed to go in one ear and out the other in a perfect Princess fashion.

"Who cares, I just want to know when auditions are?" Whether she noticed that her question sounded more like a demand Blossom honestly didn't know. "Well additions are this Thursday at 5:30 in the school auditorium and if you get in they'll give you the rest of the information then" she explained to the curly haired girl.

"If I get in? There's no if. My daddy says I'm the most talented girl in Townsville and there's no doubt about it either" she bragged shamelessly, gaining her a pink eye roll.

Though Blossom had found that the girl had become more pleasant since their adolescent years. It seemed that without the competition for attention she had made her own little world with her own little friend group. All was right in her little world.

"Alright Princess I wish you luck" She sighed walking away from the richest girl in school. Blossom knew the tantrum that was gonna be pulled if she didn't get in.

"She doubts me!" She could hear Princess start as she got back over to her little friend group.

"Oh don't listen to her, her only talent is being smart unlike you Princess" Tera boosted causing another pink eye roll that honestly couldn't be helped. "Plus she's super weird too." Her friend's were building her up by tearing someone else down. Tuning out the rest of the conversation that seemed to be going south rather quickly she made haste toward the cafeteria.

"The line's too long" Blink complained, slouching over something she often did when faced with a task didn't want to face moving around her Blossom took her usual seat at the table.

"I'm gonna cut it, '' Buttercup exclaimed, jumping up from her seat rather determined and quite theatrical.

"You know Mr. Green is just gonna catch you and send you to the back of the line." Bubbles reminded the green eyed girl but determination was already sparking in her green eyes.

"Not if I pick up the speed" she smirked though it was a bluff Blossom still remembered when they were 12 and she got so excited she tried to speed to the front of the line to get the fresh street tacos. The damage control was annoying to say the least.

"Buttercup don't" Blossom started her pointed brows furrowing.

"I won't. They wouldn't even see it anyway."

"Yeah, like a green stripe showing up out of nowhere won't set off any warning bells " Blink muttered, placing her cheek in her hand.

"Whatever I'm not waiting for food" Buttercup grunted but she didn't ignore their warnings walking over to Mitch who was near the front of the line.

"How long do you think till Mr. Green spots her?" Bubbles asked scanning the room for the monsterly teacher. Just like when he first came to Pokey Oaks none of the other students or staff seem to find the teachers' monsterly features odd. In fact there was almost no evidence that anyone other than her and her sisters could see his green skin, pointed teeth, and horns.

"I'd give it two minutes," Blossom shrugged.

"Raven advised me that we might have a problem with the men we took in last night." Blink told her eldest sister.

"How did you know that before me?" She asked the grey haired girl who shrugged her off again, another thing Blink often did when she was confronted was brush people off and avoid them.

"I had to make sure I had a ride to work since I'll be there alone today. I had to find some way there."

"Hey girls, whatcha talkin bout?" Robin

asked, sitting down placing her tray on the table.

"Just how Grandpa is taking me to work.'' Blink explained despite her monotone voice Blossom watched as she tugged on one of half up pigtails arguably one of the few things she expanded her effort's on.

Blossom had been an observer initially her entire life; she had watched many people so much so that she had started picking up on the different kinds of tics or habits of others but she knew her sister more than anyone else. A tug of her half up pigtails from her usually nonchalant sister meant she felt bitterness, distaste, or annoyance. Though she wasn't completely emotionally closed off she often used her habit absentmindedly.

"Damn Green, can't he mind his own business" Buttercup grumbled as she sat down at the table rubbing her hands through her hair. Another one of her sisters' habits, one that ranges from annoyance to embarrassment, the latter being something Buttercup was not willing to display.

"Get popped for cutting again?" Robin asked, turning to the black haired girl.

"He says it rude to others but it's just one person,"

"Here have an apple for your troubles" Robin laughed a bit handing her an apple over to Buttercup.

"Haven't they ever told you not to feed the animals?" Blink asked, attempting to steal a fry from her tray.

"That includes sloths," Buttercup snapped, slapping her sister's hand away.

"Bubbles, have you figured out an alternative for going out tonight?" Blossom asked, she had hoped that her baby sister would remember the importance of her meeting and would have found an alternative by now.

"No, I'm still taking the car. I need to go Christmas shopping and i don't get another day off till Saturday" Bubbles huffed, gaining herself a side eye from her redhead sister.

"Bubbles, I need the car after school. I'm going to the Mayors to talk to Miss Bellum," she explained in a slightly annoyed voice she hadn't expected her to still be planning to use the car.

"According to sweet little Bubbles she's had a long night and you can walk." Buttercup said quoting the blond and though it may have seemed insensitive considering the events of last night Buttercup was never the best when it came to sensitivity.

"I have to be at the mayor's office, you know that. Miss Bellum and I have important paperwork to work on." She was almost offended, she had to go do the proper paperwork regarding the 'almost kidnapping', something only she was willing to do and of course her sister had found something more important to do with their only means of normal transportation.

"It's not like you sweat" Robin commented while taking a bite of her burger. She was more or less ignored.

"Can't you just see if Bellum can get you?" Bubbles asked, crossing her arms knowing well she could.

"Well...yes...i can" Blossom hesitated seeing that she wasn't winning she sighed. "I'll have to call her," she added, getting up, jutting out her hand to Blink who played innocents blinking her eyes slowly.

"I know you have it handed so just hand it over" she said sternly motioning her hand towards the passive girl.

"Fine, but just know it took a lot out of me to take it from you just appreciate that effort" Blink sighed, handing over the shared phone once again tugging at her half up pigtail.

"Appreciated." Blossom bit out flippantly.

"Sharing a car and a phone must suck, '' Robin snickered, though she didn't really understand why they didn't try to get another car or phone. She had brought it up before but they had just said that they didn't really need to bother.

"Shut it only child" Buttercup hissed playfully, taking the fry Blink had attempted to steal and throwing it at her.

"We have other things that make up for it like these things." Bubbles said, reaching into her ear pulling out an ear piece.

"Yeah but that only keeps you in contact with each other?" Robin asked she had of course seen the device before but it was limited to a few people taking away its convenience.

"Line's shorter lets go get some food" Buttercup called over to Blink who followed.

"Want anything Bubs?" Blink asked in an attempt make up for the exchange that morning.

"Nah I'm planning on eating at the mall" she called back.

"So what are you getting them anyway?" Robin asked playfully once they were alone.

"No way am I telling you I haven't forgotten third grade" Bubbles smirked, crossing her arms.

"One time Bubs one time and they held me down until I told them I was under attack" Robin said putting her hand up in defense.

"You should have resisted," Bubbles countered playfully.

"Right resist against you girls you may not know this but you have a pretty intimidating aura" Robin whispered the last part as if it was some secret.

"Maybe."

"Come on, give me a chance , I need redemption," Robin pressed.

"Fine...how about this if you're free you can come with me" Bubble couldn't help but smile as her friend did. "Sounds good?" She asked.

"Yeah, it sounds great." Robin exclaimed.

This was how she would usually see the girls it almost made her forget about this morning. The stiffest one of the group was usually Blossom and compared to how they were acting now it was almost as if they were bipolar but either way Robin was just glad to have her friends in a better mood.
