A.N: This chapter takes places before "An Assassin's Babysitting Assignment" takes place, so that you can understand more about what Tatsumi did in the SMG4 world. Enjoy the chapter.

Extra Six: Adapting

Chapter Synopsis: Tatsumi is already used to the internet and memes as well as music and technology, so he's going to adapt into different things within the SMG4 world. But he's going to need SMG4's Gang as well as the Anti-Cast to help him with his task.

Shopping with Belle Fontiere and Saiko Bichitaru

Tatsumi was with the two gamer girls as they were in a mall within the Mushroom Kingdom. The reason he was with the two girls was that he was going to adapt to their world's standards since he was still new to their world and that the SMG4 Gang, along with another group called the Anti-Cast (which he had a feeling that the Anti-Cast were like the Jaegers in some way). Belle was looking at the assassin while she and Tari were ready to shop. "I gotta say, from what I am hearing from you, this isn't your first time shopping, huh?"

The assassin just nodded his head at the other gamer girl as he had to admit it was nice hanging out with her on a normal and calm day. "Yeah, and I am wondering what this world has to offer."

Both girls then looked at each other before they turned to look at the boy. Belle just chuckled at him. "Well, get yourself ready Tatsumi, if that's your correct name because you are going to experience what it's like to be in this world."

Hearing what the other gamer girl had said brought a thought to the assassin as he realised that something was catching his attention. "Why do I get some Mine and Chelsea from her?"

With that, the two, along with Tatsumi who was tagging along, soon began to shop around the mall. As they were going into different stores, Tatsumi could not believe what he was seeing. There were a range of different set of clothing items that had much more unique style than the what his world had to offer. "Oh wow, now I can definitely imagine Mine enjoying all of this if she ever gets to be in this world. Makes me think that it will be a nightmare" Now that he thought about the pinkette, he immediately made a small shiver at that.

After going into multiple stores for about two hours, the two girls were enjoying themselves in a pizza café whereas Tatsumi made an expression of starvation since he was starting to get really exhausted from going to multiple shops and carrying some of their bags. Belle took a bite off of her BLT sandwich before she looked at him. "Are you alright?"

The assassin tiredly sigh at the gamer girl while taking a sip on a cup that was filled with a substance called soda. "Just tired from all of the shopping." As much as he wants to complain about only doing shopping, he was thankful that adapting into the shopping spree in this world was a bit fun.

"Well, this day isn't over yet," Tatsumi then looked at Saiko, who was folding her arms across her breasts, "Because you have two more things left."

"Oh, so what is it then?"

Harvesting with Bob and Rob

The assassin was not finding himself in a field that was filled up with plants that were growing corn. He was glad that he was doing some work. "OkAy TaTsUmI," the boy looked at the Garo, "SiNcE rOb HeRe Is OfFeRiNg SoMe FrEe CoRn, WhY wOn'T yOu COlLeCt SoMe?"

The scarecrow was glad that his Garo friend said that and he looked at the assassin, "Yeah, just collect some and you can keep it."

"Wait, really?" The assassin said as he looked at the scarecrow.

"Yes really."

Alright, without wasting a single second, Tatsumi, along with a huge bushel, then went to the cornfields and begins to collect a lot of corn. As he was doing so, he felt comfort in picking up all of the corn and putting them into a basket helped him relive all of the negative thoughts. Now that he thought about it, it did remind him of when he first went fish hunting with Akame.

"Done," Tatsumi shouted out as he went back to where the two were before he proceeded to drop the heavily loaded bushel into the ground, and he sat down into the ground. "So, did I do well?"

Bob and Rob couldn't believe what they were seeing. They thought that it would take at least an hour for him to collect all of the corn. But to do it within half an hour…."BrO, I tHiNk YoU dId A gReAt JoB tHeRe!"

The scarecrow could say the same as his hooded friend. "Wow, I'm impressed by the amount of corn you've got."

Tatsumi, now feeling quite better after collecting all of the corn, then look up to see how many corns that he collected and could not believe that it was a lot of corn. "Oh, I guess thinking about hunting fish with Akame did put a lot of thought into this." Now that he is a bit adapted into harvesting, it was the next one and that he was halfway done.

Spanish Class with Tari

Tatsumi found himself in a classroom as he was with a few people after making a couple of money by selling the corn that he had harvested. He had to admit that this was his first time going into class as he never went into school in his home village back in his world. He turns to his left to look at Tari, "So, you're in school, huh?"

The gamer girl shook her at the assassin. "No! Because of my dental trauma when I was at the dentist, I'm taking Spanish lessons now!"

"What's Spanish?" The assassin asked her as he tilted his head.

"chicos, chicas, ¡silencio!" both he and Tari stopped talking as they turned to see the teacher who was going to teach them Spanish. Swagmaster, who was wearing a take moustache and a Sombrero, "No hablo en mi clase."

The two, now paying their full attention to the idiotic soldier, were now going to learn the Spanish language. "Today we are going to learn how to say food in Spanish!" He said now back into his normal speaking language. He then pulled out an apple, and he proceeded to tell them how to say the food into Spanish, "Manzana."

"Manzana." Both Tatsumi and Tari repeated.

Next, the idiotic soldier then held out a piece of fried chicken and unknowingly a familiar person who was into fried chicken. "Pollo Frito."

"Pollo Frito." The two repeated and Tatsumi could see Saiko peeping at the food that Swagmaster was holding.

"Pistola." Swag told the class as he was holding an actual pistol.

"Pistola." The two once again repeated.

After saying all of those words, the assassin has to admit that this world has got some strange but interesting languages that were not present in his world. He looked back at the gamer girl, "I gotta say, it was quite easy!"

As if he unknowingly jinxed it, Swag then proceeded to get an old television and it begins to play footage of a football match. The idiotic soldier then begins to commentary and when he was finished, he looked back at the class to look for anyone who could repeat what he said.

There was no response from anyone for a while. Well, not until both Tatsumi and Tari then uttered, "Nani/What?"

Anime with Fishy Boopkins and Whimpu

After taking Spanish Class, Tatsumi was now finding himself back in the castle, where Boopkins and Whimpu were sitting with him on the couch. He was curious about what he was going to learn. "So…what are you two going to teach me on?"

The green sea creature and the simp scientist looked at each other before the latter decided to elaborate on what they are going to show to him. "Well, we're going to show you Anime, Tatsumi!" The two were excited to show him what it was.

"Anime?" The boy tilted his head when he heard that.

But before he could even get his answer, the two than on the couch and the simp scientist proceed to hit the play button in a remote and then the two began to enjoy the Anime that was being played on the screen. "Tatsumi, this is where my favourite waifu is coming up!"

"What…?" The assassin could only utter as he was watching the anime that was going to be played on screen.

Just then, two girls, one had blonde hair that was tied up to a bun. The other has got blonde hair that was tied up in twin ponytails like Mine, appeared on the screen. Both otakus then awed at it as they were beginning to make some sound as if they were obsessed with them. "Ohhhhhh…." Both of them uttered.

Tatsumi was just freaked out by their reaction as he begins to move away from them. "Okay, just what is wrong with these two?"

"I say, Artoria-San is best waifu!" Boopkins said.

Whimpu, of course, just glared as his otaku rival. "What? No! Rin has the best thighs, so she is best waifu!"

Of course, Boopkins felt offended when the simp scientist said that. "No! Artoia is."

"No, Rin!" the other otaku started to leer at him.

"Artoria!"

"Rin!"

The two then leered at each other before they immediately realised that Tatsumi was with them. The green creature just chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head. "Oh, we're sorry you have to witness this, Tatsumi."

"…" The assassin stayed quiet as he already got an opinion on the anime. And it wasn't a good one.

"You know what will help you?!" Whimpu suggested to the assassin, which he didn't reply, "An anime maid Café!"

"Oh yeah you haven't been to one, so let's go right now!" Boopkins told Tatsumi and he and the two were soon in an anime maid café.

The two were enjoying themselves whereas Tatsumi was covering his face with both of his hands while shaking his head as he didn't want to see any of the anime maids after his anime experience. Now that's some irony there if you consider that he, himself, is anime.

"Uh, at least the two are enjoying themselves," The assassin then uncovered his face to see the two dancing with the maids. Now that he thought about it, he knew that Lubbock would enjoy himself being in this café even though he was in a relationship with his boss, Najenda. He then sighs to make himself calm. "I'm going to need a lot of therapy to ease this trauma…"

Again, Tatsumi unknowingly jinxed himself as he saw a big bald man walking past him….wearing a maid outfit. "Heavy is pretty princess!" Upon seeing the person, Tatsumi immediately faints to the ground as he was very traumatised in seeing this and that he can no longer look at maids normally.
