Stupid jokes aside! the mutant rain was now two months in to a year while Sakura had the cit under the shield card for protection! it end right at Ouran's back wall! where the fact the water level was two four inches high enough for semi-flooded the Dam project was not working a got dam bit! because while it was keeping the sea water out! it wasn't making the rain water vanish. Mare-velous looked at it, "At this right when the year is over the water will be over the dams and we will have an underwater city only maintained by Clown card magic!" she said arms crossed clearly worried about this. After all unlike albedo and Akihisa, and possible baby discord , and the sea creature mutants most people couldn't breath under water. Well A lot of people could breath under water now that she though of it but the point remained their was just as many that couldn't! global flooding they need another answer!

Fili-second then showed up holding an anime called blue submarine number six to her " yeah this didn't paint a pretty flooded world picture! in fact it painted it horrifying! plus with mtuant sea creatures we have to state all the hybrids and biological weapons in this series can become true! it's horrible" she then raced off! Everyone seemed to be fearfull but remaining calm under the grounds they where putting all the hope into the war horse!

Akihisa himself held his head, "GOT DAM IT I GOT NOTHING! I tried brainstorm, I tried Grey matter we don't have the tech or the magic for any of the ideas I though of! and I don't have the control of Clockwork to just portal the water elsewhere with enough mass to make a difference! we need to ruin that magic cloud! We need to kill it!" he declared saying, "it's the only way!"

Kyoya nodded and said, "good think I brought that up to the emperor when he dropped Luna and Celestia off for school!" he showed video of a drone going into it and something attacked it, "something mutated is up their attacking it!" he adjusted it horrified So guess who is the only one who can explore it!" Tsubaki was in the corner gulping!

the following after non Yuuko and Green where with Akihisa inside the cloud Akihsia as Jetray in moments they saw what looked like a mutation Zoo built in a cloud! jsut horrible stratospheric beasts everywhere yet the only thing that attacked them was white blobs with tendrils and mouths on the middle! Yuuko domed them as Akihisa timed out and be blinked before becoming big chill the alien force version and in a moment he breathed ice along the dome freezing it in places and it stopped making them blink!

Green looked away, "... it's a body system! that was a white blood cell! that attack invaders! but we are now covered in water like them! it thinks we are a normal cell! all this horrible mutants are Cells! the cloud isn't a mutant farm it is a mutant! it's one big mutant!" Yuuko shivered as she released this was a fantastic voyage episode.

Akihisa saw red blobs with bat wings and one eye moving holding bubbles of air between their tendrils, "... Bet you that guy holding an air bubble is a red blood cell! that send air to the organs! we just need to find one vital one and brake it! then the cloud will die! This isn't me being smart their was an american alien themed cartoon that had mutating rain and the cloud releasing the mutation was an alien was the twist!

they followed the White Blood cell to what looked like a cloud within the cloud that was sucking in things form above them to expand before deflating to send it into tubes! and repeating! it was breathing in and then breathing out! and the red blood cells where using the out to make their air bubbles! Clearly this freaky cloud inside the cloud was the lungs! In a moment Star sapphire made a crystal spike right through it as Yuuko rocked them out of the cloud body above it! the crystal spike remained in the cloud corpse! hovering with the body before they rocked back through to see the rain slowing down! the cloud mutant was dying form a stab wound!

Akihisa had his phone out and called it in, "the cloud isn't filled with mutants! it is a mutant! the drone was killed by white blood cells and we just stabbed it in the lung! it's dying form stab wound! ... I know it's like in that american Cartoon I already said that man! The only question is how long can the body limb along before dying now! and what will happen when it does die! if we remove the crystal spike made by the star sapphire power ring! it could heal! if we don't for all we know it and everything else will fall down! and this thing is all on top of our planet! So how much mass would the air version of a jelly fish have?"

Yuuko held her head, "scaling the world's largest and heaviest jelly fish to the size of the earth roughly that's about 2,000,000 pounds american! Falling down everywhere at once!" she gulped!
