'Miss Granger may I talk to you? Please?' Kimmy asked as Hermione left Lucius's office.

'Well yes, Kimmy How are you today?'

'Well I have a problem you might be able to help me with.' as she put her hand on her belly.

'Um, yes let's.' looking around to see a small café. 'Go in here, have you had breakfast yet?'

'No ma'am, thank you.' they went in and sat at a table. Hermione ordered.

'Thank you, I have been trying to get ahold of Lucius to tell him.' as her hand returned to her belly. Hermione grasped her necklace and rubbed it.

'Ok, well, let us figure this out. Oh here he is now.' as she got up to meet Lucius and Severus at the door.

'Would you please stop rubbing your necklace? Please.' Severus pleaded.

'Oh why, I'm just nervous.' they held up their wrists to show a large burns across them, she gasped,

'Later, what is going on? ' Lucius spat.

'Lucius, she states that you are the father of her child'

'Can't happen.'

'I know can you get a copy of that paper?'

'Yes, hold on, Curlin, I need the green file out of the second drawer please.' Pop Curlin was standing there with a file. 'Thank you, can you wait and you can take this back in a few minutes. Curlin bowed and went over to a table and sat.

'Sev can you make this whole conversation for her eyes only so she can't tell anyone else?'

'Yes.'

'And can you do a pregnancy test on her?'

'Yes.'

The three turned around and sat down. Severus whispered in to Hermione's ear.

'So Kimmy you said Lucius is the father?'

'Yes ma'am.'

'I'm sorry to say you are lying to us and I have this prove you are lying.' as she passed the paper over for her to look at.' Read line three and four, please.'

'This certifies Lucius is sterile by the over use of the cruciatus curse and by a permeant sterilization charm. He is also free of all know std.' she gasped.

'So you are 6 months pregnant and you have multiple std, so why lie'

'Well he sent the note telling me it was over, he didn't need me anymore, and after everything I have done for him he just drops me. You said I could still see him. He would bring fancy dinners for us, I enjoyed our time together even if it was just once a month'

'Well during our honeymoon he realized I was all he needed as a sex partner and you would no longer be needed. And I can tell you it was his decision not mine. He figured out his issues. I am sorry you have gotten yourself in this … situation, you might want to go back to the real father for further monetary support, as you will not be getting any from us.'

'What happened? Do you know who the father is?' Severus asked.

'Yes, we met at the Hog's Head, I'm a waitress there. He heard that I like it ruff so he asked me out, we had a good time for a few months and then he stopped coming in, about the time I started to show, he didn't want to take responsibility for it and said it must have been my other shags. He was the only one, I never date two at a time.

'Her.' Severus said

'A girl?' as a tear fell,

'Are you sure it is his?'

'Yes, he was the only one that I have seen since...' nodding at Lucius. 'I promise.'

'Well will you tell us who and see if we can get him sorted out?' Severus said.

'Ron, Ron Weasley.' and she started to cry.

'Well now we know why Lavender left him.' Severus said. 'The stupid git.' he growled.

'Well, Kimmy, we know his family and I think we can get this sorted out.' Hermione said it with a sigh.

'Thank you so much, I know I don't deserve your help but thank you. Can you please excuse me I need to visit the loo.' as she got up.

Lucius handed the papers Curlin 'Thank you' pop he was gone.

'Well I know Molly won't toss her grandchild to the curb but she will toss Ron out in a heartbeat. So how do we handle this?' she asked her husbands.

'Well the stupid git, I guess we talk to them. Well card night might get interesting tonight.' Severus spoke. As Kimmy came back and sat down.

'Kimmy by any chance Ron knows about your… appointments with Lucius?'

'Oh, No, I know I was sworn to secrecy.'

'Does he know that you know me?'

'No you were covered by the secrecy clause as well. Why?'

'Well … Ron was my class mate in school, he is one of the Golden Trio, my ex-boyfriend and was very mad when he found out I had gotten married to this lot. So he was just out for a ruff shag.'

'I'm sorry if I had known, I wouldn't have…'

'Oh, no Kimmy he can date and marry whoever he wants it's just, he doesn't know how to forgive and forget the past. I have no issues with you, we are all ok with you. We are going to speak to Ron tonight so can you come to the manor at 6?'

'Ma'am I'm not supposed to be at the manor.'

'You are fine, I am inviting you in. This is a onetime invite to use the floo,' Handing her the address, 'Ron will probably yell and deny it all but Molly will do a paternity test and she will know the truth. She will most likely be upset at first, and then she will welcome you into the family. Ron on the other hand will regret his decisions to abandon you and his child.'

'Thank you, I will see you at the manor at 6.' as she left.

'Should we cancel card night?' Hermione asked.

'Well, we should be done in time.' Lucius said.

'I will get an owl off to them for an earlier arrival.' Severus offered.

'Oh yea, what is with this?' as she held up the emerald heart.

'The only thing I can think is when we took our vows the strength of our combined magic strengthened the magic on it.' Severus said. 'So if you need us in the future can you just touch it, you don't need to rub it. Didn't you notice it getting hot?'

'Yea, I just thought it was normal friction warming it up.' She pulled both of their wrists up and kissed them. 'I'm sorry I didn't know.' as a tear fell.

'Hey Mione its fine we didn't know either.' Lucius said.

They left the café parting ways as the husbands returned to work and Hermione finished up her shopping.

Kimmy flooed in just before 6 she was escorted to the big fluffy chair the library. The 3 Weasleys showed up at 6, Lucius was showing them to the library.

'Welcome all we have had a small incident come to our attention. We are here to help get it sorted.' As they entered the room, Ron looked up to see Kimmy and her very large belly.

'That's not my fault, she was sleeping around!' he yelled.

'Ronald Billus Weasley! What have you done?' Molly screeched.

'Well, Miss Kimmy came to me for help as we were friends back in the day.' Lucius spoke. He told the story as Ron paced the room.

'It's not mine.' Ron yelled again.

'She has stated under oath that you are the only man she was with at the time and you are the father.' Lucius said calmly. 'Your mother can do a paternity test to prove it.' as Molly nodded.

'Out of hatred for them you ruined your relationship with Lavender and now will have a child to support, all because of an old school crush you couldn't let go of.' Molly growled at Ron.

'May I? Kimmy is it?' as Kimmy nodded.' May I do the test?' Kimmy nodded again. 'Thank you, don't worry it won't hurt.' Molly said as she waved her wand over Kimmy's belly, 'Girl, due in three months and …. A Weasley. Congratulations, welcome to the family Kimmy!' as she reached in for a hug. 'I'm so sorry you came into the family like this, I thought we raised him better.' she said as she scowled at Ron. She let go of Kimmy and rounded on Ron, 'You, how could you turn your back on this beautiful girl and leave her? Ronald Weasley you disappoint me and I can't even say what your farther is thinking right now, and what your brothers will say and Ginny…. all over a failed crush. I have a mind to take you out to the shed and find the strap.' Molly bellowed. 'You get home and go to your room. Do not leave your room for anything other than the loo! Do you understand?' Ron nodded. 'Get out of my site.' as she escorted him to the floo. She came back a few minutes later. 'Well that's one is sorted for now, Kimmy now come to the kitchen so we can feed you up, you have a growing Weasley in there' as she helped Kimmy up out of the chair.

Hermione came up behind Kimmy 'Told you.' with a smile on her face. Kimmy smiled as she was ushered in to the kitchen, as Molly was cleaning up the last plate. The twins flooed in for cards. Laughing and setting crisps, snacks and drinks on the table.

'Oi I told you this was not needed! Lucius yelled at the twins.

'Yea well we did, Ron came home in a right foul mood so we took all of our secret stash, he's not eating his feeling away on our knut.' George said, 'and I'm out to win big tonight so I'm paying my dues.' as he laughed his way in to the library.

'Oi I have to set up too? Slave labor that is! You will have to let me win one big pot.' Fred yelled in to the kitchen.

'That was the baby girl's uncles, there will be 5 in total and one auntie to spoil her.' Molly said with a smile. 'The rest will be here soon and I will introduce you to them.'

'Ok, then I will leave as you have plans for tonight.' Kimmy said shyly.

'Oh no, honey, this is a family function and there is brunch on Sunday, you will be expected to be at both from now on.' Molly stated. Kimmy just looked at Hermione.

'Sorry but it's true, family always come first in this house, My lot,' looking over her shoulder, 'Didn't get along with that lot,' pointing to the Weasleys, 'But when I married them they were welcomed in to the family, Yes it took a while for some of them to come around, well one, but they are now part of the family, card night, brunch, birthdays and Christmas.' Hermione said with a smile. 'And that one time floo pass has just been up graded to a family pass.' as she winked at Kimmy.

'Welcome to the family Kimmy,' as he helped her up and hugged her. 'Well we better get that chair from Fred.' Arthur said.

As they entered the library, the tables had set up with chairs all around, Fred sitting in the big fluffy one.

'Nope not yours, get out, Kimmy needs it.' Arthur said as he escorted Kimmy into the room.

'Right she does,' As Fred jumped out and placed the chair near the fire but still in talking range of the other chairs. 'Sorry, miss'

Hermione giggled at Fred's manners. The rest of the crowd showed up and started to sit.

'Molly can you give me one minute?' Hermione said as she looked up at Lavender.

'Oh yes dear, it might be best for you to give her a heads up. I'll wait.' Molly nodding her head, as Hermione pulled Lavender over to the side and explained everything to her. They came back into the room as the first of the players sat down.

'Well how did that go?' Lucius asked.

'Fine actually, she has Hank now so, everything is good and she wishes Kimmy well and hopes she can get his head out of his arse, but she didn't have high hopes of that happening. So all is well with her.'

'My lot stand up! Kimmy this is my lot. My husband Arthur, sons Bill his wife Fleur, Charley, Percy his wife Penny, George and his girlfriend Angelina, Fred and his girlfriend Kandy, and unfortunately Ron, which you have already met and this is our daughter Ginny and her husband Harry.' They all waved as their names had been called. 'This Is Kimmy, she had the unfortunate chance to come across Ron in one of his foul moods. We will be expecting the newest Weasley in 3 months.' All of the Weasley girls came over to congratulate Kimmy. 'Kimmy I will let everyone else introduce themselves in time. All you have to do with this lot is point and tell them what you want. And they will help you in any way possible. I'm I understood?' Everyone in the room 'Yes Ma'am' 'They enjoy brunch at my house on Sundays and they all know I will lock the floo to them.' Molly kissed her on the cheek and walked away.' Well let's get playing I have a grandchild on the way. I'm feeling lucky.'

Kimmy walked over to Hermione. 'Is this real?'

'Yup, nobody crosses Molly, Can you play poker?' Kimmy nodded. 'Well here is your buy in,' Handing her a stack of chips. 'That is the high stakes table, down and dirty, people have lost their shirts and pants, literally lost them, Ginny has Sirius's sleep pants and she has won an imported bottle of whisky from the states. And that is the fun table most of the ladies play there, the stakes are low, more gossiping than playing some times. So go have fun and if you see a more comfortable chair, just ask they will gladly give it up for you, well for now, once you lose the bump it will be no holds bar, just one of the family.' Hermione winked and walked over to her husbands and kissed them both.

'Oi, get a room, if you're are going to do that shite at the table.' Fred yelled out. Kimmy just shook her head in amazement of the easy acceptance to the family.
