Rebuilding the Stage

With Kermit's dream reignited, they needed to rebuild the Muppet Theatre stage, but it will be too much for just him, Maria, Wiz and Ochaco. Luckily, they knew who to call for help, the other former finalists

We see Nicole holding Anais while Gumball, Darwin and their friends run around playing. She was on the phone with Kermit and hears the news

"We are! Seriously? Oh my gosh!" Nicole asked shocked and excited the show was back on and places Anais on a sleeping Richard's stomach waking him and confusing both "Yes, I'll be right over!" She quickly gets her things and heads out the door.

We then come to a sad, depressed Mondo who was gently punching his uncle's punching back when his cell phone rings.

"Hello?" Mondo said answering the phone however when he hears who it is he cheers up a bit "Oh, hello Mr. Kermit"

We then see Mondo excited exit the garage with his bike and rides off to get to the theatre

"Some say he's the worst showman this city's ever seen" Kent Brockman says standing in front of the Muppet Theatre ruins holding an article about Kermit "some say he's a walking disaster, a loose cannon. Well tomorrow night…"

Kent continues as we see Gwen rushing out of the train excited and Whisper rushing though a park also excited"The name Kermit the Frog will go down in entertainment history once and for all" As he continues we see Maria, Rita and Runt putting up posters for the show, Runt accidentally putting one on Mammoth's back "As he and this bunch of bumbling amateurs attempt to restage the show that brought down his theatre."

With majority of the others here the group sets to work in rebuilding the stage for tomorrow night, Nicole uses her skills in engineering and planning having made a blueprint and directing the others on what to do.

Mondo has also brought the truck Bane and his gang used in their heists and once Ochaco has secuectured the stop of the stage to a pully, Mondo uses the truck to pull it up to the top so it's secure.

Nicle pulls up the stage curtains while Kermit pulls and secures some small lanterns on a string to give the theatre some lights with Wiz helping with securing the lighs to what's left of the walls.

Meanwhile Maria is sweeping the stage floor, Gwen and Runt are bring in some spare wood for the stage and Ochaco is setting up some new seats for those who were coming to see the show. Whisper and Rita meanwhile were making some stage props mainly for his and Nicole's act.

The group work fixing up the rafters for the stage above so set pieces were secure. Nicole and Whisper practise there dancing for there act while Mondo test the piano works and gets in some practise.

Ochaco holds onto the Moon set piece while Kermit uses a drill on some screws to fix it up. Gwen practises her guitar while Mondo pulls up a pillar to get it out the way. As she works Ochaco looks at herself in a mirror in front of a microphone and smiles she was going to do this and conquer her fear.

Kermit flips a switch to see if the stage lights work, Wiz sees all work except one, he hits it and it turns on and he smiles. Kermit then puts up the finishing touch, the photo of the thratre's opening and smiles.

A while later as everyone was scrabbling with finishing touches, Roman and Neo had arrived hearing the show was back on and apologise for the incident

"Oh, not to worry Roman all is forgiven" Kermit said going through a checklist "Just glad you and Neo are back in one piece"

"Oh, you are too kind Mr. Kermit" Roman said smiling and then asked, "And err…the prize money this time…it's real right?"

"There is no prize money, because there is no competition" Kermit informs them and the two looked surprised "Tonight you are singing for yourself" He walks off "Two minutes everybody! Final checks!"

"Singing for ourselves?" Roman said confused and laughed "Seriously? I mean I would, but I can't do this, we have a literal target on our backs. Come Neo we're out of here"

Neo nods and the two leave, they can't risk Breakdown knowing they are here and come for them, not until they give up or Roman gets the money needed to pay him back.

Outside the entrance to the theatre, we see Lenny walking by reading a newspaper when Maria comes up to him with her megaphone

"Hello! We're…. we are putting on a show here…" Maria said while a spooked Lenny quickly leaves "You all should come and see it! You! C'mon, c'mon" She keeps on trying to get people to come watch

Back near the stage Wiz was bust setting up the equipment for the music, lights and such while Ochaco guides him. He was also wearing a headset

"Hey, how's our new stagehand getting on?" Kermit asked Ochaco.

"He's learning fast" Ochaco told him

"All set and standing by! I love this headset!" Wiz shouts out smiling shocking them both.

"The audience are in their seats Mr. Kermit" Maria said arrive with Rita and Runt.

"Great!" Kermit said excited as he goes to check through the curtain. "Hmmm…that's all…"

Indeed, there was not much only a few audience members, notably among a few random people, Ochaco's family were there and also Richard, Gumball, Darwin and Anais and their friends. Also, at the very back Kent Brockman and his news crew were setting up to broadcast the show.

As Kermit goes back behind the curtain, Nicole looks out at Richard who was trying to control the kids as they mess about. He said "Please sit down! Darwin put your shoes back on! Anais, I saw that! Stop it! Gumball, that is disgusting!" Nicole smiles happily and goes back behind stage

"Well, Tom I've covered many disasters for this network, but this is sure to…" Kent began to report but then the lights dim and music starts "Oh, they're about to start"

Back stage as the group is read, Kermit gets on a sandbag to give them one final pep talk

"Hey guys! Listen up" Kermit said getting their attention "Look, I got to tell you…um…there's not much of an audience out there…. tonight. But you know what?" Wiz comes to a lever ready to pull it but waits "It doesn't matter. It really doesn't, because tonight….is our night." The singers smile inspired "And whatever happens, I just want you to know how proud I am to be a part of this with you."

"Good luck Mr. Kermit" Nicole said with a smile while Mondo had his fist raised in respect

"Good luck every…ONE!" Kermit said but the last part screamed as Wiz suddenly pulled the leaver sending the sandbag Kermit was on and the frog up to the rafters while the others look on surprised. Kermit flies into the air and lands on the top nearly falling but saves himself and he pants recovering from the shock

"Oops…" Wiz said realizing he jumped the gun a bit there "Sorry…miscalculated the cue there. I'll get better at this I promise."

The others understand and go to get ready for there acts.

Well it's do or not now, can they pull it off, we will find out
