House of Cycle:
Jerome was in Nina and Amber's room and was was being pulled towards the plant and was close of being eaten by it.
"Help!" Shouted Jerome.
At the same time. Vera was in the kitchen preparing dinner when she heard screams coming from upstairs. Vera ran upstairs, still with the knife in her hands. Vera entered Nina and Amber's room.
"Help! Shouted Jerome.
"Jerome what's going on?" Asked Vera.
"I'm stuck," said Jerome.
Vera walked over to the plant and used the knife to cut the branches and free Jerome. Jerome got up and was glad to be free.
"What are you doing here?" Asked Vera.
"I... I just wanted to take a look at the plant," lied Jerome.
"You know that you aren't allowed here at all in the girls' rooms," said Vera.
"Promise you won't say anything, please?" Begged Jerome.
"Okay I promise that, but then you've to promise that you won't sneak around here in anymore," said Vera.
Jerome heard the conversation he had with Mr. Griffin earlier about the Ankh and didn't pay attention to what Vera said.
"Jerome," said Vera, trying to get Jerome's attention.
"What?" Asked Jerome.
"Do you promise that?" Asked Vera
"Yes, of course, I promise," said Jerome.
"You get out of here. I'll clean up in here, "said Vera.
Jerome left the room. Vera looked at the plant very quickly and began to tidy the room.
A few hours later. The club entered Nina and Amber's room and saw that the plant was not doing well.
"Oh no," said Nina.
"It's dead," said Patricia.
"Oh it's had too little light, said Amber, as she ran to the windows to open the curtains.
"Amber it's no use it's already dark outside," said Fabian.
"Singing, singing, quick sing something," said Amber.
"O Christmas tree, o Christmas tree, Thy leaves are so unchanging," sang Alfie.
"No, not that, that's offensive," said Amber
"Oh right," said Alfie.
"Oh plant it'll be fine, I'll help you hear," said Amber.
Amber ran out of the room. Nina walked over to the plant to inspect it.
"Maybe we should give it some living flesh," said Alfie.
"You want to feed your hand?" Asked Aaron.
"Alfie don't, said Fabian.
"No, Alfie!" Shouted Amber, as she ran back into the room with a glass water in her hand.
Alfie walked over to the plant and at the same time Nina discovered seeds lying next to the plant.
"Look seeds, said Nina, as she showed the club the seeds.
"Seeds?" Asked Patricia.
"Of course, the cycle had to be round," said Fabian.
"It had to die and now we've seeds," said Nina.
"So this was supposed to happen?" Asked Amber.
"Yes," said Nina.
"These must go in the secret wall," said Fabian.
"And then we get a new plant?" Asked Alfie
"No, not a new plant, a new task," said Fabian.
"It worked, cheered Aaron.
The club celebrated that they had succeeded and were happy that they were now one step closer in finding the love tomb.
"Okay we've to go back to the cellar," said Fabian.
"Tonight?" Asked Amber.
"Yes,' said Fabian.
"Sibuna," said Amber, as she did the Sibuna gesture.
"Sibuna," said the rest of the club, as they did the Sibuna gesture.
Alfie started singing and dancing. Fabian kissed Nina on the forehead.
A few hours later. Everyone in Anubis house was asleep. Nina had a bizarre dream. She was in the hospital and was walking towards her grandmother's room. Suddenly someone heard her name called and it came from her grandmother's room. Nina went into the room and saw someone lying in her grandmother's bed, but it wasn't her grandmother.
"Nina don't be afraid. Only the brave can complete the love steps, be brave sweetheart. Only then will Tutankhamun and I get back together. True love always keep burning, I'll wait. Trust yourself and in the love," said Amneris.
"Amneris?" Asked Nina.
Suddenly Nina woke up abruptly. Nina opened her eyes and saw Amber sitting on her bed with a plant sprayer in her hand.
"Sorry, It was the only way to wake you up, "said Amber.
"What?" Said Nina, still half asleep and confused about her dream.
"It's time," said Amber.
Amber stood up. Nina got out of bed and left the room with Amber.
In the meantime. Vera had gone to Victor's office with a glass of some sort of drink in it.
"Hello Victor," said Vera.
"What do you've got there?" Asked Victor.
"Oh I've got a glass of liquor here," said Vera.
"For me?" Asked Victor.
"Yes, for you," said Vera.
Vera handed Victor the glass. Victor smelled the liquor.
"It smells good," said Victor.
"I myself brewed," said Vera.
"Really?" Asked Victor.
"Yes, there are really thirty different herbs in it. Like chives, comfrey, tarragon," said Vera.
Victor took a sip of the liqueur.
"Delicious and also very soft," said Victor.
"Double distilling that's my secret," said Vera.
"I also do that," said Victor
"Do you also brew your own liquor?" Asked Vera.
"Most certainly," said Victor.
"Where?" Asked Vera
"In the cellar," said Victor.
"I'd really like to see that," said Vera.
In the meantime, the club had arrived in the cellar and were busy moving the stuff and closest in front of the entrance of the secret room.
"It's spooky in here," said Amber.
"Victor has all set things in front of it," said Fabian.
"Please Amber your help is welcome too," said Aaron.
Suddenly the club heard the sound of footsteps getting closer to the cellar door.
"Oh no Victor is coming," said Amber.
"Open your heart to me," said Fabian.
The wall opened and the club entered the secret room. The wall closed again.
"That was just in the nick of time," said Aaron.
"I really thought what would get caught," said Patricia.
"Me too," said Alfie.
"Where are the seeds?" Asked Fabian.
"Here," said Nina, as she took the sees out of her pocket.
The club moved towards the wall. Nina handed to Fabian the seeds. Fabian put the seeds in the wall and now it was time to wait.
"Are you sure you did it right?" Asked Alfie
"Yes, these are the hole for the three seeds, "said Fabian.
"Maybe they're not ripe yet," said Amber.
"We just have to wait for a little while," said Fabian.
Suddenly the wall began to change. Six glass tubes appeared to leading to a large convex tube. Hieroglyphics appeared above each tube.
"Look," said Nina.
"Hieroglyphics," said Fabian.
"What does it say?" Asked Amber.
"Give me some time, I need to concentrate," said Fabian.
Fabian picked up his notebook and began reading the hieroglyphics and trying to decipher them.
"What I can make out is that we've to mix something, but what that's, I can't figure out yet," said Fabian.
"So we've to make another brew?" Asked Amber.
"Looks like it," said Fabian.
"But what exactly should we look for?" Asked Aaron.
"I've to decipher the rest of the hieroglyphics and I need time to do that," said Fabian.
At the same time, Victor had arrived at the cellar together with Vera. Victor noticed that the items had been moved.
"That's strange," said Victor.
"What?" Asked Vera.
"I really thought that stuff was over there," said Victor.
"Then Vera saw Victor's distilling gear.
"Oh what a big one, that looks very professional," said Vera
"Yes," said Victor.
"Magnificent," said Vera.
"I'll pour some for us," said Victor.
Victor picked up two glasses and poured his own brewed liquor. Victor and Vera toasted and took a sip. Vera started to cough a little because it was a strong liquor.
"This is strong stuff, but delicious," said Vera
"Delicious homebrew," said Victor.
Victor finished his glass. Vera slowly finished her glass. After the drinks, Victor and Vera went back upstairs.
In the meantime, Jerome had sneaked back to Nina and Amber's room. Jerome crept across the room and searched for the Ankh. Jerome turned and saw the ghost of Amneris. Jerome didn't know what he saw. Amneris charged towards Jerome, Jerome got scared and ran out of the room.
Back in the cellar. The club was still in the secret room deciphering the new hieroglyphics.
"Can you figure it out?" Asked Nina.
"These hieroglyphics are tricky I really need my books for this," said Fabian.
"Can't you decipher like a few right now?" Asked Amber.
"No because it's much more complicated than usual," said Fabian.
"Sorry just asking," said Amber.
"Dude just chill," said Alfie.
"I can't chill if you guys keep asking me constantly if I've figured it out yet, while I even haven't gotten to the time to study the hieroglyphics," said Fabian, as he was getting more frustrated.
"Guys this is not the time to fight," said Nina.
"Why don't we get out of here and get some sleep. And then tomorrow we'll have a fresh start," suggested Aaron.
"Good idea Aaron," said Patricia.
"Everyone is tired, we could all use some sleep," said Nina.
In the meantime, Victor and Vera were in Victor's office. Vera was humming something.
"Sounds like you're a Mozart fan," said Victor.
"Yes, I'm huge fan of Mozart," said Vera.
"Me, too, said Victor.
"Phasianus Colchicus a fine example, if I may say so," said Vera, as she looked at Victor's stuffed pheasant.
"As beautiful as your voice," said Victor.
Victor gave Vera an other glass of liquor and they toasted.
In the meantime, the club got out of the cellar and were now in the kitchen.
"Okay I'm going to decipher the hieroglyphics as soon as possible," said Fabian.
"Do you think you can do it?" Asked Patricia.
"This is a tough one but I'm not giving up," said Fabian.
"Alright guys I'm going to take my beauty sleep,' said Alfie.
"I'm going to sleep too," said Aaron.
"It's better that we also go, before Victor catches us we're grounded for life," said Amber.
Nina and Fabian gave each other a quick kiss and each went to their own rooms.
A few moments later. Victor and Vera were sitting in Victor's office listening to some Mozart's music. Vera looked at her watch.
"I've to go, said Vera.
"Yes, it's getting quite late, said Victor.
"I thought it was a nice evening Victor, thank you for that, said Vera.
Vera grabbed her coat and bag the office. Vera waved to Victor and Victor waved back. Victor feels strange, he had never had such a feeling in his life. What was this strange feeling he was feeling?
At the same time. Joy was sleeping and dreaming. In Joy's dream she met her secret admirer, he was dressed in white and wearing a white mask. In the dream, Joy had a very nice day with her secret admirer and they even kissed each other in the dream. Joy removed the mask and saw it was Otis behind the mask.
Joy woke up from her dream and felt confused about what happened in her dream.
"Are you alright?" Asked Patricia, as she was walking over to her bed.
"Yeah," said Joy.
"Nightmare?" Asked Patricia.
"No, just a really weird dream," said Joy.
"Okay," said Patricia.
"Where did you come from?" Asked Joy.
"Bathroom, I had to use the bathroom," said Patricia.
Patricia got in her bed and fell asleep fast. Joy tried to sleep to, but she couldn't. Joy just kept thinking about her dream, why does she keep dreaming about Otis?
A few moments later. Vera walked down the street and got into a car. And in the car was Mr. Griffin sitting in the driver seat.
"Victor is already head over heels for me," said Vera.
"Good, very good," said Mr. Griffin.
Mr. Griffin and Vera both had wicked grins on their faces and knew the plan was working. Vera was a spy for Mr. Griffin. Will anyone in Anubis house ever learn the truth about Vera?
