When they got home he took his stuff to his room and climbed out his window onto the roof of his house. He just sat there wondering if things might be different if he had stayed in New York would he be happier would he and luxa be a thing. That's when he heard a girl scream it seemed to be coming from the house next door.

The girl was lying next to a ladder holding her arm which looked to be red. Gregor being a nice person he was asked "Do you need help I live next door and heard you scream" She replied with even looking up "I think I'll be ok for right now but thanks for coming to help me and would you like to hang out tomorrow"

Gregor just stood there in disbelief did a girl just ask him out because of his personality. Something has to be going on here but he just replied with " Sure where would you like to go"

She finally looked up and gasped it was her crush from school the one who all of the girls swarmed. She replied with " How about I take you to the arcade"

Gregor agreed and told her " if you could pick me up I don't have my license yet"

The girl said" would 6 work for you and by the way my names Ella I think I'm in your 3 blocks"

Now that Gregor realizes it she does kinda look familiar but say " That will work I better get going" as Gregor was walking away he thought this would be his first official date Oh wait I wouldn't call it that I would call it more of a hang around where I try to make friends with another person who probably has no friends since they just moved here.

When he got home he walked through the door he saw food on the table and guessed that it was time for dinner he took a plate of food and went to his sorry excuse for a room It was like the size of a closet. When he finished he went straight to bed.

The next morning he woke up sweating again probably from a bad dream so he might as well take a run because he already stinks. While he was running he saw this large figure standing in a library reading a book the library was closed on Saturdays. Gregor didn't want to get in trouble so he just finished his run.

He took a shower when he got back but he also got ready to hang with his neighbor Ella. He couldn't pick what he wanted to wear but all he knew is that he needs to cover up even though its late spring and hot he doesn't want to explain anything about his scares to anyone ever.

When the time came Ella drove over and picked Gregor up in a nice ford f-150 and started the 15 drive to the arcade. On the way Ella started to talk about her past " Before I moved here I used to live in Philly in Penselvanya and their I was a social reject because I was a tomboy and in Philly their aren't really a lot of those there"

Now that Ella shared gregor kinda felt obligated to share his fake story" I grew up really poor in New York and my family moved out here because we could stay with our uncle and have a happy life."

By the time they had gotten their Gregor was starting to like Ella a bit, but though just as a friend.

The pair had a great night they won so many jackpots is was insane they basically rob the arcade of its prizes. On the way home the atmosphere was almost perfect it was like he finally found his first real friend in a while.
