Chapter V
SpaceGodzilla Crash Site, Tibet, China
Atlas stood motionless inside his crystallic fortress, the positricity flowing into his veins. Obsidius and Krystalak stood on guard to protect their Alpha, keeping an extra close eye on Godzilla, Dalai, and Panchen.
Atlas' fortress was growing like weeds, new crystals appearing from the ground everywhere. As the fortress covered more ground, it absorbed more energy and transferred it to its creator.
With the sudden influx of energy, Atlas became so empowered that he screamed at the top of his lungs. This scream was so powerful, it carried across the entire world.
Erie, Pennsylvania
The scream permeated through the water of Lake Erie, where a creature stirred and rose from it's slumber. The giant crustacean rose from the bottom of the lake and began to crawl onto the shore. It was known as Lord Howe in it's prehistoric days, but Monarch knows it by one name.
Dutchman had awoken.
Lake Alaotra, Madagascar
The scream was heard at the deepest part of Lake Alaotra, where the Goddess of the Harvest rumbled as her sleep was disturbed. She lifted her massive wings to re-energize herself, and roared to announce her return.
Demeter had awoken.
The Great Wall, China
The scream reverberated through the stones of the Great Wall of China, where a beast of legend broke free of its confines. It's scaly green skin glittered like jade in the moonlight, and it's claws tore through rock and dirt.
Tao Tei had awoken.
Great Bear National Forest, British Columbia
The scream was even heard in the Forest of the Great Bear, where a Titan rose from the tangle of trees and rocks that had covered its body. It's claws tore away all the roots that held its body to the ground, and its tusks flashed in the sunlight like ivory.
Hestia had awoken.
Monarch Base of Operations, Monster Island
The scream was heard on Monster Island, where Abaddon commanded her nymphs to quiet down and to not respond to the call. Not far off, Minya was hiding behind Zilla's tail, while the eggs were glowing brighter than the moon.
With a wet rip, the eggs burst open, revealing the larvae that had gestated inside for so long.
One was silvery grey, with green eyes and a faint emerald glow. It looked a lot like Mothra did when she was a larva, but instead of blue, it glowed green. It also had a very light coat of white hair along it's body.
The other larva was black as the night around it, and it's eyes glowed yellow like burning sulfur. Its form was like Battra as a larva, but it had two red horns on its head, instead of one yellow horn.
Mothra Leo and Battra Tauro had hatched.
SpaceGodzilla Crash Site, Tibet, China
Godzilla heard the scream that Atlas had emitted, and couldn't believe what his ears were telling him.
Atlas was telling everyone that he had killed Godzilla!
Angered by such an outright lie, Godzilla stormed down the side of the crater and roared at Atlas. Obsidius and Krystalak charged him in support of their Alpha, but Godzilla threw them to the side, leaving them to the Guardian Dragons.
Atlas heard his brother's rageful bellow and smirked. He had lied about the outcome of their battle to get more of the Titans on his side.
Besides, he was confident that he would make what he said true.
