(A beeping sound is heard)

(Birdo opened her eyes)

Birdo: "Wh- where am I"

?.?.?: "你说什么？" (What did you say?)

(Birdo uses her tongue to flick the translator switch in her mouth.)

Birdo: "Where am I?"

?.?.?: "You alive!"

?.?.?: "WHAT WERE YOU DOING OUTSIDE WITH ALL THOSE ALIENS OUT THERE!? YOU WERE ALMOST KILLED!"

Birdo: "I uh... Don't know... Where my daddy?"

?.?.?: "Hold on. Let me run some tests."

(Birdo opens her eyes to see 2 yoobs sitting in chairs. She is in a bed with breathing tubes in her mouth. One yoob has a bright red belly and a pink top (Yoob 1). The other has an orange belly and purple top. (Yoob 2))

Yoob 1: "Man you must've been hurt really bad. I no know. What your name?"

Birdo: "My name B- um... Jelly."

Yoob 2: "Hope it's not a reference to that disgusting emergency yoob jelly."

Birdo: "So that's what that stuff was."

Yoob 1 (Wolfie): "My name wolfie! I 19 years old! Me found Jelly outside! All me!"

(Birdo smiles and thinks about when Yoshi found her.)

Birdo: "Thank you Wolfie."

Wolfie: "Hey Mike, Jelly's belly is really big. Jelly's pregnant right? Isn't that what the scan showed? Also why she wearing a diaper?"

(Birdo blushes)

Mike (Yoob 2): "WOLFIE! That isn't nice to be all nosy in people's privacy!"

Birdo: "Yeah me got a baby. Hehe! and uh... about the uh..."

Mike: "Yeah I can see from the x ray the baby is kind-of crushing your bladder. Don't worry, after delivery it will slowly return to normal."

Wolfie: "Who your boyfriend?"

Birdo: "It's Yo... Uh... hm... I uh... no remember." (Lying.)

Wolfie: "Think he may still be out there? Did we miss him?"

Birdo: "Where you find me at anyway?"

Wolfie: "At the bottom of mount neverest. Jelly had huge rock on top of her. Me get Mike to help me move it. Jelly looked dead."

Mike: "What happened to you?"

Birdo: (Knowing she can't say the truth) "Me... uh... can't remember. But had the weirdest dream."

Mike: "That's impossible. You're heart stopped beating and your brain stopped functioning. Can't dream if you're not thinking. You barely survived. In fact, you were DEAD for a couple hours!"

(Birdo's eyes widen for a few seconds. She starts remembering that "dream". If she was dead... WHERE WAS SHE!? WAS THAT HER SOUL?)

Wolfie: "Jelly?"

Birdo: "Sorry. I no know. Must be remembering something... weird. What's it called when you forget?"

Mike: "Amnesia. Common for hospital patients like you. You'll get over it soon."

Wolfie: "Any chance... You see those ugly looking aliens from earth?"

Birdo: "Hm... I uh... can't remember." (Knowing she's one of them they're talking about.)

Wolfie: "Who your boyfriend name?"

Birdo: "I no know." (Lying.)

Mike: "Well... I finger printed you and tried to look you up in the database. Can't find any record of your birth certificate. I'll let you know if we find anything. Also the tests are done. Your body is in surprisingly good shape for almost dying. Anything on how he looked?"

Birdo: "Me can't remember nothing!"

Mike: "Well... Since your systems are returning to normal, I can send you home at the end of the day. Also we have spare diapers for... you know. They're in the bathroom over there."

Birdo: "Alright, I gonna get up."

Mike: "Do you need help? You were in rough-"

Birdo: "I NO NEED HELP! Just-... Give me a second!"

Mike: "Alright. Alright. You're still vulnerable so be careful."

(Birdo stands up and goes into the bathroom.)

Wolfie: "Mike, that girl kinda strange right?"

Mike: "Wolfie, it's normal for patients to act strange after traumatic experiences. You're too nosy."

(A loud BANG is heard from outside)

Wolfie: "Again!?"

Mike: "Jelly you stay here! Gosh can't those aliens LEAVE US IN PEACE!?"

Wolfie: "Bye Jelly!"

(Mike and Wolfie run out of the room. A scream is heard from outside. More explosions.)

Wolfie: "What do you guys WANT!? JUST LEAVE OUR PLANET ALONE! ! !"

Mike: "Wolfie LOOK OUT!"

Wolfie: "GAAAAAAAA!"

(Birdo finishes up and comes outside.)

Birdo: "What going on!?"

(Birdo looks around and the 2 shroobs are gone. Birdo runs to the bottom floor to look. However, the sky looks ominously dark.)

Mike: "JELLY WHAT WARE YOU DOING HERE!?"

(Birdo looks and sees the bottom floor decimated. Many patients have been brutally attacked. Birdo looks up and sees... alien ships? WITH TOADS IN THEM!)

Toad1: "As ordered from King Boulder."

Toad2: "And Mario and Luigi will be very pleased."

Birdo: "WHAT IS GOING ON!?"

Toad1: "Another yoob huh? I got this one!"

(The toad in the ship shoots a laser shot at Birdo who tries to jump, but falls to the ground. Barely misses it. If only she were stronger!)

Toad1: "Now you're too weak! TAKE THIS!"

(The toad turns his ship when Birdo inhales, and her baby does as well. The combined wind is too strong and blows his ship into a shroob tree and it explodes.)

Toad2: "Think you can beat us huh?"

(The toad throws a giant brick at Birdo. Birdo inhales the brick and spits it back crashing his ship.)

Birdo: "WAIT WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS!? WHY THE TOADS ATTACKING ME!?"

Mike: "Wow... Jelly... that was... incredible strength! Even while pregnant how did you do it!?"

(The toads get up from their ships.)

Toads: "This won't be the last of us! King Boulder will get you!"

(Another ship hovers overhead and they float up and disappear.)

Birdo: "Would someone PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON!? WHO IS KING BOUDLER!? WHY THE TOADS ATTACKING!? HELLO!?"

Wolfie: "Planet Shroobsveam is under attack from an alien invasion from earth. The mushroom kingdom declared war on our planet because they wanna kill us all! They already destroyed our sun and now wanna kill us too! We no know why but all toads wanna kill us! They a bunch of evil alien invaders!"

(Birdo stood in silence. She could not understand. The toads were the good guys. The shroobs were the ones invading! These 2 yoobs in front of her are EVIL! THEY are the attackers! Why are toads attacking them!?)

Birdo: "Sorry... I just... can't remember anything."

Mike: "It will come back... give it a few days."

Birdo: "Who is King Boulder?"

Wolfie: "King Boulder an evil witch bent on world domination. He's teamed up with another witch from earth named Kunyay and wants to take over Shroobsveam. He the leader of the alien invaders!"

Birdo: "Huh... Kunyay..." Whispers: "Something seems awfully familiar here..." "Well... Me hope y'all find Boulder..."

Mike: "How were you so strong!?"

Birdo: "My baby is really strong and somehow able to make my powers stronger."

Mike: "Th-that... doesn't make sense... That has never happened before. It must be something else."

Wolfie: "Me believe you Jelly!"

Mike: "Well... I guess since you're doing so well you can go home... Do you remember where you live?"

Birdo: "nuh uh."

Wolfie: "OOh How about me take her home? Jelly can stay with me!"

Birdo: "Thanks Jelly." thinking: "This is it! Now me can be the perfect spy! This will be GREAT!"

Mike: "Make sure you tell us if anything happens. OK Jelly?"

Birdo: "OK. Bye."

Mike: "Bye!"

(Wolfie shows Birdo the path back to his house. On the way they start talking.)

Birdo: "Why the sky so dark?"

Wolfie: "Jelly really hit head hard! You no know?"

Birdo: "No why?"

Wolfie: "We're underground! See, about a thousand years ago, shroobs could live in peace and have fun. But one day, earthlings got together and decided to use our planet for resources and money. They no care about our lives and stole almost all our food, water, animals, everything. One really mean one named Boshi used some earthly technology to drain the power of our sun. Now we no have any heat to power the planet. We had to move underground next to the core of the planet, but that weakening too. We all think everything lost, except then came a brilliant scientist named Alemia, or as we call her, Princess Shroob, and her mom and dad, Queen shroob and King shroob! They led an all out attack against earth about 40 years ago, but these evil plumbers named Mario and Luigi killed Princess Shroob, and they thought they kill Queen shroob, but Queen shroob tricked them and battled them in an airship and had a fake explosion full of purple smoke when they fought her and she escaped. But Princess shroob was the smartest so they not able to help us anymore. They did have one last plan made by Princess Shroob written down in case the last one failed. And that was to-"

Birdo: "Is this Wolfie's house?"

Wolfie: "Yeah let's go in. I tell you the rest later."

(Birdo was deeply thinking about what Wolfie told her about Mario and Luigi. Could all this be their fault? Why is he treating her so nice? But again, King Shroob tried to KILL her! What is even going on!? Little did she know she was about to find out soon... Very soon.)

(Meanwhile back on earth... Mario was reconsidering his actions with Luigi.)

Mario: "But-a, Birdo was-a gonna kill herself... Now she didn't... Did Kunyay actually help? No no, he just wanted to possess her that's all... But... Luigi never was around him... He couldn't have-a possessed him... Luigi is-a my bro. Wait... Didn't this happen before? When we thought Birdo killed Happy and Jewel? Then they didn't actually it was a trick... But what about all that damage they caused? I mean, I saw Kunyay attack Kemmy... Kemmy is on our side... Kemmy wouldn't do anything... right?..."

(Peach enter's the room)

Peach: "Mario are you thinking about Luigi?"

Mario: "Yeah, I mean... He's a my bro... Maybe I was-a too harsh on him... I shouldn't have-a fought him."

Peach: "You know the old saying the worst betrayals are by your own family."

Mario: "No I mean... I think I was-a wrong..."

Peach: "What do you mean? Luigi's with that old witch Kunyay! You know Kunyay is working with the shroobs to conquer earth! You remember the story from history don't you? About a thousand years ago all the toads could live in peace and basically have fun. But one day, the shroobs got together and decided they wanted more variety in their meat and more sport. They wanted a place where they could commit any crime they wanted to and get away with it. So they got their weapons ready and searched out a place with life like their planet to hunt and basically cause chaos! They found earth and dragged my poor toads around, hurt them, bruised them, and used them in awful science experiments! The first one to fight against them was one of your ancestors Gabriel Mario. Gabe defeated them by laying traps all over the place to collapse on them. After one retreat, they left for many years, until when y'all were babies like 40 years ago when they attacked. You and your adult selves when y'all beat them back again 20 years ago, and kille Princess Shroob, and Queen shroob! The only thing left was a tablet with a plan written on it when translated it said they would put a spy on the planet, but it looks like that failed."

Mario: "I-a know the story! You don't-a have to remind-a me! I'm saying I think Kunyay was framed. I think all of this is just-a some brainwashing scheme! Maybe Kunyay really isn't a witch! He's-a never killed anyone! He's saved-a so many people from death and injuries!"

Peach: "Only to possess them afterwards."

Mario: "Maybe they followed him because he was good."

Peach: "Mario don't talk crazy! You're going to fall right into their trap."

Mario: "Yeah, I-a guess you're right."

Peach: "Good! Now let's instead think about a way to bring Luigi back! I have an event planned at the castle later today, so get ready. I need to get back to the castle. Bye Mario!"

Mario: "Bye Peach."

(When Peach leaves Mario says)

Mario: "I got to get to the bottom of-a this!"

(Mario leaves and goes to a space station outside the city. He pays them one billion gold coins for a rocket to track the ship Luigi left in. Mario is going to Shroobsveam. Little does he know, this was all planned by God for him to help win the final battle!)
