Rex P. O.V.
Wreckers groans echoed through the room as Echo began to start up the machines. Hunter took the gun and helmet away from Wrecker and as he went over to a nearby wall Omega went up to him and said
"Hunter, just because the surgery worked on Rex, doesn't mean it's safe. This is dangerous" I looked down at her and said
"It's more dangerous to leave their inhibitor chips in" Hunter then said
" We have to do this. It's worth the risk"
"And what if something goes wrong? I'll be left here with no one" Hunter glanced up at me before placing his hand on Omegas shoulder and saying
"We're not going anywhere, Omega. You're stuck with us for the long run. Got it?"
She didn't reply as a small beep echoed through the room. The beeping was followed by Tech saying
"I think I found something. Ninety degrees from his right orbital floor, below the parietal and temporal intersection... " Wrecker batted his hand away and grumbled
"Get that away from me" he then proceeded to grip his head and groaned. I unfolded my arms and said
"Something's not right. We need to speed this up"
Echo continued to start the machines up as I went into say
"You boys got lucky. Very few clones were immune to the effects of Order 66. It's rare" Hunter stood up and said
"When the regs attacked the Jedi on Kaller, we didn't understand why. We couldn't save the general, but at least we helped the Padawan escape"
"Relax, this won't hurt a bit" we looked around just as Tech started gasping.
"Wrecker" wrecker had his hand firmly wrapped around Techs neck
"You're in direct violation of Order 66" wrecker then threw Tech against the wall before turning to us. Omega to a slight step forward and muttered
"Wrecker?" Hunter only just grabbed her in time to take cover behind a workstation as Wrecker began shorting up the place. I then said
"He'll destroy the equipment if we don't get him out of here" Wrecker then yelled
"You're all traitors" Hunter then said
"We'll draw him out. Omega, stay with Tech" the three of us then scrambled to our feet and ran from the room with Wrecker close behind.
Valkyries P.O.V.

My eyes snapped open as the Holocron in front of me closed and fell to the floor. I took a couple of deep breaths before muttering
"Rex…"
Omegas P.O.V
"Tech! Come on wake up! The others need your help!... Tech!" I stopped shaking him when I heard Hunter say
"Come on, Wrecker. Snap out of it" I could hear both him and Wrecker grunting just before Wrecker spoke
"All clones in violation of Order 66 shall be terminated" I scrambled to my feet and grabbed Hunters blaster. As I got to the door I saw Wrecker had Hunter pinned against the wall and was choking him. Just as Hunter's eyes began to close I lifted the blaster and shot at the wall next to him.
"Huh?"
He turned to look at me and let go of Hunter. As Hunter fell to the ground I turned and started running down the corridor away from Wrecker. All the could be heard through the halls was my heavy breathing and his heavy footsteps.
Eventually, I ducked under a partially open door. I dodged away from Wreckers hand as he reached under the door. I quickly looked around for a hiding place as he stood up straight. I scampered to my hiding space for just seconds before he forced the door fully open. I could hear his footsteps as he searched the room. A rat squeaked from across the room. A loud crash then echoed from the same area as the rat.
Everything then went quiet…
Suddenly the sheet of metal in front of me was thrown away and Wrecker stood there with his blaster. I back away towards the wall as I said
"This isn't you, Wrecker. It's the inhibitor chip" He replied
"Conspiring with traitors makes you guilty of treason"
"Please, stop. I don't want to hurt you" with my back against the wall I said
"But, Wrecker, I'm your friend"
"Good soldiers follow orders' ' I closed my eyes and looked away only to hear a 'Kksssshhhh' sound.
"Hey, trooper!" I opened my eyes to see Wrecker turn around.
"Pick on someone who's not your size!" I looked past Wrecker and saw a hooded figure standing in the door frame with a white glowing weapon in hand. Wrecker then muttered
"Jedi" the hooded figure looked at me and said
"I'd find somewhere to hide Kid"
I scampered to my feet and ran over to the side of the room. I then said
"Don't hurt him! He's my friend!"
"Trust me kid I don't plan on it" the next thing I knew Wrecker was firing his blaster. I took cover behind a piece of metal as the blasts were repelled around the room. As the gunfire continued I yelled
"WRECKER PLEASE!"
Moments later the gunfire stopped and I heard the 'Kkssssshhhh' sound again
"Alright kid. It's safe to come out" I crawled out from my hiding place and saw Wrecker unconscious on the floor and the hooded figure crouched down next to him. I went to speak but was cut off when the hooded figure spoke
"Relax Kid, he's gonna be fine" I then heard Rex yell
"Omega!" He then burst through the doorway.
The hooded figure stood up and said
"I got your message, Rex" they then pushed their hood down. Blonde braided hair fell down her back as she turned to face Rex. She then pointed at Wrecker and said
"And from the looks of it I was right on time" Rex then said
"General, perfect tim…" I looked at the woman for a second before something clicked in my mind. I then cut Rex off by saying
"Hang on a second you're Master Petrova. Jedi and the last Shadow Walker. I heard stories about you when I was back on Kamino" she looked at me and said
"It's just Valkyrie, Kid" I crossed my arms and said
"It's Omega, not Kid" Hunter and Echo then ran in.
Upon seeing Master Petrova, Echo stood up straight, saluted and said
"General..." she then held up her hand stopping him and said
"Reunion later, boys..." She then pointed at Wrecker and continued
"I hit him, but not that hard. I don't know how long he'll be out for" Hunter then said
"Better get him back to the med bay then" I looked at Wrecker and said
"Any ideas on how we do that?" Hunter looked at Master Petrova and said
"Val, care to do the honours?" She looked at Wrecker before stretching out her hand, Wrecker was then lifted off the ground.
"Lead the way, Boys" Rex, Echo and Master Petrova then started walking out of the room with Wrecker in tow. I wrapped my arms around myself as Hunter came over. He picked up Wreckers blaster before looking at me and saying
"You okay kid?" I looked up at him and said
"I'm fine" he looked at me for a second before saying
"Wrecker will be fine Omega" I started walking away whilst saying
"You keep saying that"
~After the procedure~
"The procedure's complete" I went up to the side of the bed and shook him slightly
"Wrecker. Wrecker!... He should be awake by now. Is it supposed to take this long?" I looked around to Rex who replied
"I'm not sure. I've never been on this end of it" Rex then looked over at Valkyrie. Valkyrie shook her head before walking past him saying
"No, it shouldn't take this long. Although we were under different circumstances" She then placed her hand on the side of Wrecker's face and closed her eyes. When she opened them again they flashed all white before she said
"The procedure was a success, the chip is gone but his vitals haven't stabilized. We won't know more until he wakes" She then stepped back. As she walked over to Hunter, I said
"So what now?" Hunter looked at Valkyrie for a second before saying
"We wait" Rex then looked at Hunter before saying
"This could be a while. Why don't you take Omega topside and get some air?" My head snapped around as I said
"No. I'm staying until he wakes up"
