Later, they walked out of the courtroom, a whole crowd being there and of course, some news reporters being there as well. There was also an upbeat song playing in the background as this goes down.

"We're the best...we're the beautiful...we're the only..." Jaune starts. "Grimmbusters."

Neptune triumphantly thrusts a fist into the air and cheers, "WE'RE BACK!"

In the firehouse, after it was given a needed interior makeover, a phone rang and Nora answered it, having her hair in a different style and some bracelets with her clothes.

"Grimmbusters." Nora said. "Yes, we're back."

All four Grimmbusters were seen running down the street. Then, a construction worker was working on putting up a new Grimmbusters sign, brushing it off after having finished. Then, the Ecto-1, now a different car and labelled as the Ecto-1A, and lots more stuff on the roof rack, drove out of the firehouse, sirens blaring.

The top LED sign read 'GRIMMBUSTERS! WE'RE BACK!'

Then, the guys were seen running out of a store, Ren carrying a trap as they all had Christmas hats on. Then, Ren and Neptune were seen gathering up more of the pink slime but this time from a staircase. Then, Jaune and Neptune were at a running track , waiting as they had a trap planted in the ground.

Then, Neptune caught sight of a ghost jogging along the track, checking his non existent pulse and then, he was in position.

"GET HIM!" Neptune signals

Jaune stomped on the trap pedal and it sucked the jogging ghost right into a trap.

"Bye-bye." Jaune says, waving at the trap as Neptune picked it up from the ground

Then, Ren and Neptune were seen collecting more pink slime from places like under a bridge, in a business building, and even from a basement presumably from a winery since there were wine barrels around them.

They knew that they were collecting the pink slime cause of the fact it was thick and dripping from the ceiling into the jar. The guys were all seen then sliding down a fire pole, then the Ecto was seen taking a few very sharp corner turns, Jaune looking a bit concerned at the fact they had to go so fast to get to this job.

Then, they had gone into a jewelry/antique store and an invisible entity was levitating a few of the objects and they set up some trap-pods which were tri pods split among various tri pods.

"Now." Ren signals

Ray flicks a switch and then it caught the ghost but at the cost of all the stuff getting busted unfortunately

Then, Ren had scooped some slime from a...vending machine outside a Dust-Mart and put it into a jar. Then, him and Neptune were seen dumping slime out of a payphone and into a jar. Then, the Ecto was seen driving along a bridge. Then, Pyrrha was in her apartment, bottle feeding Norkos as she was watching a 'back in business' ad for the Grimmbsuters.

"...and with our special half price service plan!" Flynt says

"Whaat?! Hold on, half-price?" Jaune scoffs. "Have we all gone mad?!"

"I guess so, Jaune, cause that's not all!" Neptune stated. "Tell them, Ren!"

Pyrrha nodded a little as she watched the ad.

"Oh, you mean the Grimmbusters hot beverage thermal mug and free balloon for the kids?" Ren comments

The message 'LIMITED TIME ONLY' flashed on the commercial as Pyrrha quietly chuckled a little.

MUSIC STARTS TO FADE OUT

In the firehouse at a later date, Ren got a small bowl of the pink slime out of the microwave.

"We've been experimenting with the plasm found on the Gigameter after we got it out of that hole." Neptune says. "Careful."

As Ren set the bowl on the table, Jaune asks, "Should I get spoons?"

"Don't bother, watch this." Ren stated. "Try it, Neptune."

Ren and Neptune began shouting various insults at the slime, Ren and Jaune eventually stopping it before Jaune looked at Neptune.

"This is what you've been doing with your spare time?" Jaune asks

"Jaune, this is an incredible breakthrough." Neptune said. "I mean, what a discovery! A psycho-reactive substance. Whatever this stuff really is...it responds to human emotional states."

"Mood slime?" Jaune comments

After some silence, Flynt asks, "You mean to tell me this stuff actually feeds on bad vibes?"

"Like a cop in a doughnut factory." Neptune stated

"We've been running various tests to see if it's possible to get an equally strong positive reaction." Ren added

Jaune rose an eyebrow and asks, "What kind of tests?"

"Well...we sing to it...and we um..talk to it...says supportive nurturing things to it." Neptune comments

Jaune and Flynt both looked at each other before Jaune was the one to ask the needed question.

"You're not sleeping with it, are you Neptune?" Jaune asks

The two had gone pitch silent. However, the slime bubbled a little, snitching basically as Jaune sighed.

"It's always the quiet ones." Flynt states

"You hounds, you absolute hounds." Jaune comments

Ren cleared his throat.

"how about the kinetic tests?" Ren asks

Ren walked over and grabbed a toaster and Neptune carefully poured some into the toaster.

"It responds to music so we've been doing some experimentation, easy listenings. Middle of the road type stuff. Like Paul Young and Dust in The Wind, that works okay." Neptune comments

"It LOVES Jackie Wilson, though." Ren says as he wheeled over a counter with a radio and he popped in a Jackie Wilson music cassette tape

Ren hit play and it began playing 'Higher and Higher' by Jackie Wilson.

"You guys do this at night when i'm out with my wife?" Jaune comments before looking back at the toaster. "I like it, it sounds just like Jackie. Does it do Emie Lou Harris?"

"Just watch." Ren says

The toaster began bouncing around to the music.

"Oh, it dances, too!" Jaune comments

The continued watching and giggling a little. Suddenly, two toaster pastries popped out and Ren caught them, turning off the music.

"Now, if I remember anything so far about that slime, the first time someone gets mad around it, that toaster can eat their hand." Flynt stated

"No no, we put a warning label on it we won't have any liability-" Jaune starts before cutting himself and faking some injuries and looking right at the others. "How did you ever go for it? The olllll man eating toaster bit?"

There was then a sort of low level fight but it didn't look to be that serious and just them goofing around to kill extra time for the day before their next inevitable clal for any given reason.
